purchased order ram website business product shipped company rma refund money cancelled shipping invoice return arrived paid beat up calling damagedNewest Memory4Less reviews & complaints
Not forthcoming
Purchased 2 IBM , HDD on 2/25 and paid by PAYPAL.
Initial interactions in getting their invoice and PayPal invoice was prompt.
After payment , try getting them to reply my emails on shipment date went un-answered.
Resorted to LiveChat, was told that shipment would be ready the same day but on the next day , was then told shipment was not released and parts is being tested.
Lost faith!, began to doubt if they do have the parts.
Need to know exactly if parts is there and can be shipped soon.
motherboards
i ordered a specific motherboard by manufacturer and model and paid $110 for it. what arrived wasn't what i ordered and in fact didn't even have a manufacturer or model on it at all.
i was given an rma to return it, but had to pay for the shipping myself.
when the replacement motherboard arrived it was the correct manufacturer and model, but,
it couldn't even pass it's own power on self test.
so i paid $110 for two shipments of JUNK!
i wrote them detailing this sorry tale of woe, to which they responded with NOTHING!
i guess you could say at least they are consistent.
tesla m1060 graphics processing unit card
I was looking for a high-end professional graphics card like Tesla M1060 GPU that wasn't available anywhere. At some places it was available but the price was too high. While surfing on the internet and I found Memory4less.com website where I bought that Tesla M1060 Graphics Processing Unit Card at very reasonable prices. The package arrived some late but product was properly packed no damaging and works fine.

commendable
Just wanted to say I purchased a DDR4 RAM [urgent order] and it was shipped as promised. They charged a $7 urgent fee but that was already mentioned on the website.
The website is decent and I had no problem in purchasing the product.
The customer support was also admirable. They provided me a code that I could use to track the order and as it was just delivered in a day, so I didn't face any problem.
supplying product advertised
Placed an order for memory which was directly quoted through an email from Memory4less and they cancelled it 2 weeks later because they could not supply it even though their website listed stock AND the emailed quote also said that they had stock. They offered another brand equal that was also listed on the website as in stock and confirmed by email which I placed an order for. 2 days later I receive an email stating that the memory that I ordered was offshore and it would take a week or two to bring it in and I replied that I can wait. Well, it is 2 weeks later and I again received an email stating that they have cancelled my order because they cannot supply the memory. And to rub salt in the wound, the day after receiving the cancellation notice I received an email notice from memory4less that the quote that I placed the order against was about expire and I should place the order ASAP! Hoe incompetent can one company be!?!?!?! Memory4less is now on my company's "Do Not Use" list and we will never get duped again! Buy at your own risk, but don't believe anything that they say.
sandisc memory card
Ordered a specific memory card, had the right one on the invoice but clearly was not what they sent; see attachment. I ordered Extreme IV, was sent Extreme III. Asked to return it so they could replace it with the one I ordered. Was informed that there would be a $25 re-stocking fee... the item was $28. This is ridiculous, THEY sent me the wrong item and now say I must pay a restocking fee ?!? Should have read the reviews before I ordered.
This issue has been completely resolved. They provided me with the correct memory card that I ordered and went out of their way to make this right! Thank you
Disappointed
I have placed an order with Memory4Less about three weeks ago and required the same day shipping. My order was not shipped and when I contacted Memory4Less customer service they said that my order was put on hold.
Customer service rep promised to contact me later. No one contacted me so I called myself and asked about my order status and they said that my order was cancelled because they were not able to deliver to my address. Then I asked for a refund and they said sure but I'm still waiting for my money and have no idea when will I get it.
Ridiculous and expensive prices
Ridiculous website! I wanted to buy RAM for my old laptop from www.memory4less.com, but when I saw their prices, I was shocked. Their parts were too expensive and it wasn’t worth to buy from them. I think that people, who know nothing about the parts and their prices, can buy from them. But other people won’t waste their money on their crap. Be aware and share this information.
But I don't think that Memory4Less.com is expensive, I think they also have those parts which are not available in the market. This is the market trend also, if the product / item is not available and short, so the vendor raise the price of that item. Memory4Less.com is cheaper than other store like amazon, newegg and others.
I am regular buyer and on the behalf of my company, I have ordered many refurbished items including memory, hard drives for our server systems and their accessories.
Sometimes it happened that delivery of product is late but they informed us that what is the reason behind delays. So I think these complains are bogus and not effective.
HamingB is a bot. Meaning fake acount!
They cost more then another website. New egg, NCIX all of them are just cheaper. HamingB is probably a FAKE account made by Memory4Less.
If you click on his profile you can see that his account was made the day of this Complaint AND HE HAS ONLY COMMENTED ON THIS!
Its sad when pathetic Companies like this do crap like this!
News flash it's easier just to provide good service!
Dude for me Memory4less support was one of the best as I was looking for DDR4 SDRAM upgrade and it was out of stock at newegg and they put my order in back.
Warranty
I bought some RAM from this vendor and didn't look closely at their warranty. A couple of months later it went bad and I found out they have no obligation to do anything. If you go to the warranty its a full page that gives the customer no rights. They even disavow standard Commercial Code warranties of merchantability! Their merchandise is sold "as is" as if you are buying it used from a guy from the trunk of his car. They say go to the original manufacturer, well my RAM memory was made in Korea with no name and no address provided. Its shoddy way to do business to have such a statement as a warranty and customers should know what they are buying that you're on your own after they mail it out. they are not about to tell you about how they sell their stuff, you have to search for it. I'd never get anything from them again, not worth it.

I help my client order a print server from them. Took more than two month to shipped. Price was high too, but figure my client needed it bad. When it got there, print server was used, generic box, no manual, no software or setup CD. It was a nightmare. One of my biggest account. NOT GOOD. Very bad business ethics.
Canceled Order, Yet Charged Me, No Refund Yet
Purchased an HP Finisher online on a Friday. The next Wednesday they canceled my order, they told me that they were out. What makes me mad is they charged my credit card. Now a week later I still don't have a credit back on my card. I tried to email and the email address was no good. When I call they pass me around, and cannot explain why they charged me. Everything about this transaction makes me nervous. At best they charged me when they shouldn't have and then dragged their feet on the refund. I'm still waiting for worse news.

Did you ever receive a refund on this?
Poor business practice
Company advertised an IDE drive. No mention that it was a laptop drive. Company contacted upon receipt. After a few days they issued a RMA and advised there would be a 25 dollar or 20% handling charge whichever is greater. They have a ten day limit on the RMA and it took two weeks after the RMA to get a response to follow up emails.
Avoid this company.

If you're talking about Memory4Less.com, then you're wrong, because I am a regular buyer of Servers and Laptop Parts from Memory4Less.com. They have clearly mentioned and provided Guidelines for Exchanges or Refunds on their website. https://www.memory4less.com/return-policy. I will rate the following:
Product Satisfaction = 5 Excellent
Delivery Time = 4.8 Good
Price Satisfaction = 5 Excellent
I think you're some confuse or mislead by someone.

This is the worst store to do business with. I purchased a brand new keyboard for $100 from them. They sent me a used, beat up, filthy dirty, damaged, and DOA keyboard. Not only did I receive a damaged product, I had to keep calling them to get my product shipped. Finally made them promise to overnight it to me because they didn't ship within the time frame promised. I will never do business with this merchant and recommend you don't either.
