Memorial Hermann Health System defamation information on emergency room visit report by a nurse practitioner

MRN: [protected], FIN: [protected] - On April 21, 2017 I hit my head on the monkey bars while taking care of young children at the school I was working. I am providing pictures of the monkey bars. I was sitting on a seat and saw children arguing and got up fast and hit my head hard (saw stars) on the monkey bars. Because my head was hurting so bad and so much pressure on my left side of the head I went to the Emergency Room on April 23, 2017. On the Emergency Dept Clinical Summary there is no mention of dependency of drugs, however Rocardo Rojas NP put in his Emergency Department Provider Documentation he states under Medical Decision Making : "Headache exacerbation, narcotic use and dependency"

He further states : "Presence of any of the above findings indicates a need for ct head". He also has an underlined paragraph with that that suggests he is concerned for "narcotic abuse". This information is completely false and has caused problems when this report was reviewed by Worker's Compensation. I have nor will I ever have a narcotic use and dependency. I can have family and friends attest to this.

I live 5 minutes from the hospital and couldn't find anyone to take me to the ER, so I drove very slowing to the ER. I came in because I hit my head, told them it was a worker's compensation claim even though they didn't mark it that way, told them of a history of migraines. I also gave them a list of medications which shows AS NEEDED prescriptions. From this he assumed I had a drug problem.

I did not receive this documentation until I requested everything that was sent to a doctor for a Medical Peer Review.

I need to visit with someone as well as Ricardo Rojas NP to rectify this inaccurate report as soon as possible.

Thank you.

Memorial Hermann Health System trauma nurse discussing my status with my nurse from new room

I was in trauma room 8, at 830pm-1230am on Sunday June 3rd 2018, at Memorial Herman SW: I was admitted for seizures because I was in a rehabilitation facility detoxing from
Narcotics: I had nine seizures in five hours before I was admitted: I was very open and clear about my substance issues: I was being transferred more monitoring over night, and the nurse called my future nurse and very loudly, in front of other patients in the trauma room, and announced my seizures were fake and I'm just a drug addict and don't listen to anything I say, she also said she had meds she was told to give me, but she didn't want to. I'm embarrassed, I feel
HIPPA laws were not followed, as my full first and last name were spoken loudly, as well as my condition; and her personal belief that recovering addicts don't deserve any respect. I'm
Mortified, embarrassed, and would leave in a heartbeat if it weren't AMA.

Memorial Hermann Health System billing

I received a bill in April 2018 remaining balance of 217.49, I made a 50.00 payment May 1, 2018 which should of drop my balance to 167.49 a few days later I received a bill stating I now owe 310.00 when I phone billing they only stated the bill was wrong, really couldn't give a explanation. I advise I just made a 50.00 payment and was told my balance is 260.00, ( what ever accepted the additional owed). When I went to make my June payment it shows my payment from last month but stated I still owe 310.00, after I made my payment for June I should only owe 210.00. when you look at my bill for April 2018 and May 2018 every thing is the same except what my balance is. If this isn't corrected I will stop paying. Their billing practices are disgraceful, even their own employees can't explain the difference. Correct my account to show I owe only 210.00 and I will pay it on the 1st of every month . I refuse to speak to anybody in the billing department they have no clue or what their doing. Thank You Deborah Durand hospital stay 08-05-2017 to 08-07-2017 Home number [protected] email [protected]@yahoo.com account number [protected] I have invoices but not computer literate, I can fax if needed.

Reg: Memorial Hermann Health System
Price Water Corp (pwc)- RESQ
909 Frostwood suite 300
Houston, Texas 77099
[protected]

I was harassed, intimidated, pressured, and punished at work from Memorial Hermann system and Pwc RESQ system they're making me feel less Important of a person and undervalued as an employee.
Before Memorial Hermann hired PWc Price Water Consultants in April 2017.
I worked Texan plus accounts making over 75, 150 counts a day then to Aetna, Mhealth accounts and some miscellaneous accounts at times for 13yrs. I was making 35+ accounts a day. That was required. We worked four tens off on Fridays. They pwc took away our Fridays.

Price Water Consultants had a meeting with us regarding how to use their software RESQ. That took effect on July 1, 2017. RESQ is a controlled tracking device that Memorial Hermann hired PWC to put on our financial system to run. They added a second monitor to our desk which caused me to go to my eye doctor for new prescription. My eyes was getting worse started having headaches and shoulder tightness. We started using RESQ as a trial on April 11, 2017 to see how it was gonna help to better the company and to make more money, pwc said it was going to be better for all of us. We was told they're not gonna grade us or have points taken from us until they tell us it's time. We were told they was recording our scores May 15, 2017.

Our departments was moved around to different payers. I was still under Chuck working only miscellaneous accounts now. I had to stay on hold at times more then 30 to 45 min before speaking to someone per call. Now I'm stuck with accounts I had to hold long time with and not getting anywhere, my numbers stayed very low. I told my coworker Angela m. I feel like I'm gonna be set up for failure now. She'd say just pray. When I asked manager Chuck and director Minerva why I didn't have website accounts? Like I used to? "they'd said those were accounts I never got the chance to work that was in my que".

Now that we have a bucket it will be how they control what accounts to put in the bucket for us to work now. And I need to work those. Knowing they were problem accounts. Still I asked for help to get my numbers. They knew the hold time was very long, and other that had them complained as well. I wasn't getting anywhere like that. I was getting more and more stressed out and depressed,
but I continue to do the work as I'm pressured that I need to bring up my numbers of accounts. I continued to do the best as I can. Memorial Hermann and PWC knows what accounts to give us now that they have control over our system and how they'd give us our work. Before we could pick our accounts without RESQ.

On May 12, 2017 as we were having a pod open floor meeting and as everybody sat down I was standing waiting for it to start with my head looking downwards. And all of a sudden I get called out by manager Chuck Guillotte yelling out loud at me and ordering me to look at him twice real loud, not knowing why he's yelling at me. I'm not doing anything at all. I looked at him with a surprising look because he never called me out before. He said out loud that I don't look happy negative people don't last long around here, positive people do, he said you need to smile more. He said I'm not smiling enough to keep my job? And those that don't, don't last long at memorial Herman? I felt Intimated and threaten that I was gonna lose my job because I wasn't smiling or looking happy enough? Wow! What does my facial look has to do with him on how I'm feeling? I felt belittled in front of everyone, my coworkers looked in shocked. I have never felt so embarrassed and humiliated in my life, he never did it before. A coworker named Myeeka herd him yelling at me from the next pod and address me. She said "He should not be calling you out about your attitude or telling you you may be fired in front of everyone" He did that to me right before I moved in a meeting and I reported it to HR and they told me he shouldn't do that either and asked me if I wanted to report it. I spared him bc I was leaving anyways but you need to report him bc you didnt hv an attitude at all". I was afraid to report it because I didn't want to lose my job. So I just stayed working. I did call HR later. I was told to just talk to him to see why he did it. Said they will keep it on file, my coworker Angela m wanted to tell him how she felt about it, but I didn't want her to get in trouble. When I addressed it in front of him to the director Minvera Antu, he denied it.

Chuck Guillotte would call himself a COONASS proudly. He would mention it proudly anytime. Because he's from Louisiana.. I'd asked if he was mixed he'd say no but he's a proud COONASS.

Then I get a verbal on May 26 2017 that my numbers are low, but my quality was excellent. And pressured that I need to pick it up. I told him I couldn't get my numbers up like everyone who had internet accounts and making their numbers. I kept complaining because I wasn't.. and I need help! I kept getting depressed. I don't want to fail.

A male coworker was way below on his accounts way under me on both of his productivity and quality for several months and he's still working there?

Still I complained to manager Chuck Guillotte, and director Minerva Antu that I don't have any website accounts like I used to and I can't get my numbers and I'm stuck on hold for sooo long and it's very very very depressing and stressful to try and make my numbers if I don't have anything to help me achieve my numbers. They started giving me website accounts to work like Community health care and Molina accounts and no one said or put in writing that we can only work 5 of the similar accounts per day to help get our numbers up. When I found an easy way to reach my numbers at the time it was 35 accounts, I did 16 straight by website as I stayed on phone call holding i was able to get my numbers up quicker.

MHHS took my accounts away from me June 5 2017 saying I was abusing the accounts and working them to fast? We can only work 5 similars a day? I never seen anything in writing that I couldn't used them to get my numbers and I was reaching my goal. Most of the other workers still used the similar accounts to get their numbers. I felt as if I was being retaliated on for trying to get my numbers up.

Now I'm stuck again and could only work one at a time!, before I could move around while being on hold. I was stuck again not making my numbers. Stressed out.

A coworker said she told Chuck and price water, if they take hers she's gonna twiddled her thumb and not get hers and they never took hers accounts and she worked all the similar accounts and no write ups? Never..

On June 19, 2017 Mhhs/PWC gave the accounts back to me saying I'm off of punishment now and I can work as many as I want now? after I had several write ups to terminate my job because I had low worked accounts with good follow up on productivity. When I was given the accounts back, I could work the websites I was able to give more.

Then they would start picking and digging in your accounts to see how they can lower your scores so you can't make the percentage you need to continue to work there. They'd ding me for rushing trying to get my numbers and I missed two things to put on one of the notes and they dropped my scores from 100 to 82?

I got so stressed and depressed from work. I left out on FMLA from June 29 2017 August 2 2017. When I returned to work to get the written warning letter because I couldn't make my numbers for 6/5-6/30. I told them after taking my work from me that I couldn't get it working one at a time. They would ding points off your percentage if you missed something and it causes your scores to drop very low. Is another way for punish me/us.

August 23 2017 I received a final notice because I got 80% on quantity. Said I need 98%. I left for vacation for four days to Vegas on August 27 and we got stuck from storm Harvey.

I did better in September because I can work more accounts per website but still get dinged at times.

On October 5, 2017 I left out on FMLA for surgery. Came back October 23, 2017 again I was up with my numbers until I got stuck with one account got dinged and it dropped my scores for the weeks in November 27, 2017 I had 96%.

On 11/30/17 manager Chuck Guillotte sends me an email to say I'm doing a good job keep up the good work?

I was let go of my job of 14yrs on December 5, 2017 all over 2% to make 98%? I was crushed because I was giving them all of my hard work, time and devotion and they set me up to fail me.

All because of a percentage? I'm a person not a percentage. I worked very hard for Memorial Herman to resolve these accounts and it takes time to make real good progress and the money came in. This is the thanks I get? Wow? What does a percentage have to do with collecting money?

But the new Productivity/Quality standards officially became effective
July 1, 2017?

What was I terminated for?
Everything below has happen to me and needs be addressed. I want a significant compensation for all that has happened to me.

I was intimidated and made it me feel less Important and undervalued.
* giving me pointless accounts that I had to hold on to calls for forever and to try and get someone to assist me got worst. I'll get dinged for not trying to wait and losing percentage to drop my scores more.
* giving me impossible jobs that can't be done in the given time or with the resources provided
* deliberately changing your work hours or schedule to make it difficult for me.
* deliberately holding back information you need for getting your work done properly. Taking away my work so that I can't get my numbers. Putting me on punishment.
* I started being less active and unsuccessful because of all the pressure and stress to hold on to 2%? I could see if I failed at 5%, 8% 10% like some people are and still working?
* I became less confident in my work
* I felt scared, stressed, anxious and depressed
* I wanted to stay away from work because of all of the stress, pressure put upon me.
* I started feeling a lack of confidence and unhappy about myself and my work
* I have physical signs of stress like headaches, backaches, and sleep problems.

Sincerely,

Sharmaine Pinnekins

I was working at that location around the Same time. and was actually apart of the team and that whole pod is corrupt. Thank u for posting this because I was treated in the same maannar and i was terminated and I feel it was retaliation from getting chuck fired for sexual harassment that was actually facilitated by Minerva and Vicky and helped him hide his predatorial ways of liking younger black men as a fetish. I will never forgive memorial Herman for the mental trauma and physical they put me through as an entry level patient account rep. These people are evil and I was young out of high school but pretty sharp and on top of things but he would purposefully sabotage my work. Set me up follow me have the chords do the same around the job I wa snowing spied on. The HR department is guilty as well for dropping the ball for letting them retaliate against me after chuck was terminated . Multiple emails that didn’t get answered after i was clear I wa sin fear of losing my job because the were after me then I noticed I stopped getting responses from them and then I was soon let go with no reasoning and I knew the reasoning. Thank you to the women who helped me come forward and gave me courage to stand up against chuck and his cronies. I will forever remember you ladies shamara and Clovis. thank you ladies for making my time there at least manageable

Memorial Hermann Health System billing

In December of 2017 I went in to get an annual physical which is covered 100% by my insurance company. Went I got their I explained to her other things that were going on with my health, thinking it would be relevant to the physical. She mentioned something about calling it wellness visit or something like that, but did not mention that it would cost me anything, or give me a choice. After the visit, I felt they actually cared, but then get a bill for nearly $200. When I called to ask, they said they told me and I signed something in the beginning. In short, they said, sorry I don't understand, but you owe us money.
The biggest problem was that this was NEVER explained to me or given an option. Plus, I do not know what she did that was different than a physical anyway. I expect crooked practices from mechanics, lawyers, and some salespeople, but did not think this would ever happen at a doctors office.

Memorial Hermann Health System billing

On 10/13/17, I went to see Dr. Indira Vanguru at the Katy office for my annual check up only to receive a bill for what my insurance covers at 100%. I called the insurance and was told my services were billed as diagnostic and they had no control over the code. I have tried without success to resolve this. The insurance company also called and we were hung up on. The billing department was also rude and unprofessional. I also visited my doctor's office to have this resolved and and no progress.

I have filled complaints with the medical board of texas. I have also done all I can as a patient and I am tired. I will never have anything to do with memorial hermann again.

Memorial Hermann Health System human resources

I had applied for a job with them and one of the HR by the name of Gary called me and left a voicemail. First, for starters the voicemail that he let was unprofessional didn't even last 10 seconds. I had to call back 2x's and when i finally got him on the line he was so rude. He asked me what job had i applied for and since i had applied for many jobs in a short time frame i wasn't sure and i let him know that. He then proceeded to tell me so you don't know what you applied for you just applied not to long ago and then it was a long pause he then told me the job but kept asking what i was looking and i asked about the pay he couldn't answer that. The whole experience with him was just unpleasant and I wouldn't want to work for any place that has someone like that in their HR department, because they are there to help but he wasn't very helpful at all.

Memorial Hermann Health System service and bedside manner

I'm a patient of dr. Bhojani as well as his pa elizabeth sbrusch when I was seen for a stomach bug in immense pain (Not cramping) was told they could only prescribe me phenergan in tablet form after I made it very clear I was having difficulty swallowing because my throat was raw from throwing up she had to call the pharmacy to find out something everybody knows which it does in fact come in liquid when I asked about something for the pain they recommend pepto which any dr should know not to recommend that during a so called stomach bug because if it is in fact something more serious pepto will mask the symptoms causing a patient to get worse rather than better. When I asked her if she could please find out if there is a antiemetic and analgesic combo in liquid form (Once again knowing full well there was, I am a pharmacy technician) she comes back with yet another option one that would actually help but follows up with dr. Bhojani doesn't want me to write the prescription for you because it can cause constipation (Let's keep in mind I have a stomach bug and have had diarrhea all morning as well as vomiting) so now I ask her how is that an issue to weigh out when i'm already in pain hunched over and feeling sick and using the restroom at that point i'm starting to feel nauseous once again and stomach is burning she continues to keep poking and pressing my stomach trying to make me feel better about the fact that they had no interest in actually helping me but in fact just wanted to do enough to say they did something... Dr. Bhojani is known for doing this he actually believes he can cure anxiety as well which is why I had to go find a psychiatrist because I wasn't getting better as if that's something within my control. I'm finding more often than not drs are only willing to prescribe medication that doesn't have any negative connotations attached to it even if the patient would actually benefit from it. Something needs to change in the medical field and if this continues these doctors should lose their license because every patient is different and I shouldn't have to settle for less than the best care because a doctor has decided to lump me in a group of other ppl that have legitimately nothing in common with me.

Memorial Hermann Health System lack of care to the point of abuse and neglect

Dr. Leung has refused to treat me, refused to consult with another doctor and refused to talk to me or my daughter. I had surgery on my right leg Tuesday afternoon for a broken femur. I developed blisters on my back which she looked at, when my daughter asked her to, on Wednesday afternoon. She looked at my daughter and told her she didn't know wha5 it was, asked my daughter what she thought it was and how did she think it should be treated. Dr. Leung said she would order some cream to put on it. She did NOT order anything and she would not answer any of her pages. Thursday she had another nurse from another department come look at my back. By that time the blisters had popped and there was no skin on them. She told me her recommendation was to consult with a Dermatologist. Dr. Leung refused to consult with a Dermatologist even after my daughter begged to have one brought in and said she would pay them cash. Again, Dr. Leung refused. She also refused to talk to me or my daughter. Dr. Leung ordered a different cream for my left front side. Tgere is nothing on my left front side. Everything is on my RIGHT side. My daughter has spoken to everyone she can think of at the hospital and has gotten the same answer, Dr. Leung says it's being handled. Yesterday afternoon when she came in she told us the blisters had to be treated as outpatient. We both asked how I was supposed to do that since I was confined to a bed in the hospital. She told us she had discharged me. And I still had a drain in my incision. How does one doctor have so much authority that it gets to the point of abuse and neglect?

Memorial Hermann Health System transport from memorial hermann urgent care to mh katy hospital

2 years ago, I took my wife to the MH Urgent Care Center in Katy. After diagnosis, she needed transport to MH Katy hospital for surgery. An ambulance was dispatched and took her to the hospital. Afterwards, no bill from a 3rd party ambulance was received, indicating that the transport was part of the care received by MH.

Last month, the same thing happened to me. I get 2 bills. One from MH for their care, which I paid. Then, I got a bill totaling about the same $$$ as my hospital bill from a 3rd party ambulance company.

When trying to approach MH about this issue, I was told it was between me and the ambulance company, absolving themselves from any fault.

If I had been told by the Urgent Care staff that an additional charge would be incurred by the ambulance company for the 15 minute ride up the Grand Parkway, I would have had my wife drive me to the hospital.

My wife and I will NEVER visit the Urgent Care center again for any medical issues after this incident. It's a shame, because the UC center is staffed by friendly folks and can get care quickly. But the hidden costs are just too much.

Memorial Hermann Health System valet cashier very unhelpful and rude

On 10/20/2017, I approached the Valet Cashier station to pay for valet parking. The Cashier (Dorothy) was on the phone speaking to her son (she told me he was 32yo and was working); as my daughter and I stood there waiting, she finished her phone call, took my valet ticket and stated I owed $15.00. I gave her my credit card which she processed and returned a receipt for my signature along with the vouchered ticket. I left and went home. On Saturday, I noticed that my credit card was missing so I planned to return to the Valet Cashier (Dorothy) on Monday morning where I would retrieve my card (I assumed she would have placed it in a locked drawer for xxx amount of days). On Monday, I went back to the facility and when I approached the Valet Cashier (Dorothy) she was very irate, angry and acting nervous. I was caught by surprise because this was a very simple matter and I could not understand why she was acting so nervous; it seemed very suspicious and out of the ordinary. She repeated several times that she didn't have my card and threatened to call Security; I was stunned and didn't understand why she was acting irate. After many people gathering around the area, I left and decided to cancel my card.

Memorial Hermann Health System emergency room

1) I took my wife on 09/28/2017 in the morning around 9 am to our closest Hospital in Pearland The Memorial Hermann Medical Center Pearland due to an emergency of she was not able urinate due to some possible obstruction. Her bladder was full and she was having severe pain and her blood pressure was shooting up.
2) We went to the security counter and a gentleman took us to the registration table right behind the security counter.
3) The lady in the registration counter (her name is Yeni as shown in the ID card) has no consideration of the emergency we were going through and it appears that she does not like anyone coming and bothering her and we felt that we were an uninvited and unwanted elements at our first impression itself.
4) My wife was carying and told her repeatedly that her bladder is too full and she is having severe pain. It was going to a deaf ear we felt! She got up form that chair and went out without event attending us. Later a nurse called us to the next room and started asking questions and taking vital signs. My wife's blood pressure shot up to 168/116 and we request her too about the emergency situation, but she said her beds are full and we have to wait and she does not know how long..
5) An excellent Emergency Care!.They should have told us there is not bed available the and there in an emergency situation like this.
6) I had to then take care to another Emergency Room in Broadway and address this matter urgently.
7) I worked in the hospital Emergency for few years and I have never seen such unprofessional employees who have no concern for the people with real emergency.Shame on you Memorial Hermann for your un professional approach..
8) We have decided we will not use any of their facility as far as possible in our life in Pearland and we will put our opinion accross our friends and relative about our experience with this Hospital ER.

Memorial Hermann Health System 3:00 am-3:10 am er staff 09/09/17

I get to the Humble location ER and I was trying to get my son seen white lady with dark wavy hair with glasses asks me what's wrong even before taking my sons information in the computer at least that's what they've always done for me when I've gone there I USED to think really highly of this hospital now to me this is the WORST they made me feel like they just used me to mop and throw me away...ok so I'm there then speaking to the white staff lady then there was a black staff lady that was there so they asked more questions like did I call the pediatrician and how long has this gone on for and then again both of them said something to each other which I thought nothing of but while that was being said this other white staff red curly hair guy was on my side just saying and using his hands up to his ear I don't know one crying he said it about 3 times then I looked at him and said well he fell asleep because he was crying and he looked at me and again said he's not crying he's fine! Then I looked at the other ladies that were attending me and the white one said ok we'll see him assuming your saying the truth and then got the mouse of the computer with attitude and I told them ok so if your rejecting my son then I'm leaving so I did and the white lady was like we'll see him but I walked out...How do you think that made me feel this staff asking questions about my son is fine but when they start acting sarcastically when that guy had nothing to do with it and then for that lady to act like my son was a burden to get seen plus her attitude was no better...I walked out and told my husband about what happened and he went in there to get the complaint number they didn't want to give it to him and he asked nicely and they started asking why he said because you all refused to see my son and the three of them said it's cause your wife got offended with so many questions which I didn't I was answering everyone of them but that they didn't refuse and then my husband said questions are questions but acting sarcastically and with attitude like you don't want to see a patient is not part of asking questions also the black staff lady called my husband an [censored] as he walked out of the hospital telling him you trying to be an [censored] too!Patients heard and so did the security ..We didn't get names and no in not trying to be racist by describing them white or black but since I didn't get names that's the only way I could describe them.Never will I go back to this hospital I thought it was the best and my family has had their babies here I'll make sure all the ppl I know don't ever use this hospital and I hope this staff gets taken care of making sure they attend to their patients with no sarcasm or even attitude!

Memorial Hermann Health System director of human services

The director for the new MH cypress hospital has little regard for the truth. She is biased to her labor nurses and will discredit a pt or even a doctor before taking responsibility for her labor nurses actions. She is not qualified to run a NICU as she has NO baby experience at all leaving the NICU to fend for themselves. She also has allowed her labor nurses to discredit other nurses, tell lies, and attack their integrity. Wendi the director does not take the time to ask what happened or investigate anything she uses what her people tell her to belittle and harass other nurses to the point of quitting. In all my years I have never been treated as poorly by management as I was there. I was also told she has done the same to some of the NNP's by discrediting their concerns about her labor nurses or simply not responding to their emails. It is unfortunate and if I were you I would stay far from the maternal newborn department until they bring in management that knows how to mange, that is unbiased and can see things objectively and solve problems instead of harassing and belittleing the nurses her click has spread lies about. Worst director ever. Watch your back, watch and protect your license!

Memorial Hermann Health System the valet service cashier at mmh medical center (lakendra)

Was asked by security to give me their Manager/ Director's phone number before I leave. As I approached the desk, she already had a mad look on her face. She proceeded to give me a generic number. I called it right there to make sure it was the correct number. As I figured it was not. I asked her again politely to please give me her manager/Director's number. At this point she flat out refused and called me a [censor] in front other patients and staff and my 2 year old daughter. She continued loudly to call me nasty names. She also was trying to jump over the desk to fight me..
At this point, everyone was just staring at us like, this kind of thing happens all the time... I was embarrassed and insulted. I will never use their facilities again.

Memorial Hermann Health System dr. jawad sarwar office staff

I have been treated by Dr. Sarwar since 2015. I am a CHF patient and had an appt at the new location on yesterday with complaints of shortness of breath, an ear ache and skin infection. The office staff denied my visit because community health choice had not update their records to show.my premiums were paid.
Not to mention my benefits should have been verified prior to my visit..I arrived there an hour before my appt time
The.lady at the desk help my cards until it was time for me to see the Dr to.spring this on me..even after I called.my ins on speaker phone. They still would not let me see the Dr. But told me to call back in 5-7 days
No thank you..I won't be back.
Since.Dr Sarwar is my.listed.pcp..had I gone to the hospital ER and been admitted..he would have still seen me anyway

Very.poor customer service and uncaring staff.
This is not the first time either..staff was rude at the office location at memorial professional building

Memorial Hermann Health System service at memorial hermann in pearland

My regular physician asked me to go to emergency to get testing for pneumonia. After 8 hours your doctors would not see me. I received my bill for $3148. Medicare paid, BCBS paid, even after I told them that I did not receive any services. I requested copies of the test results and they refused to send me or my doctor those results. I think you fraud your customers. I am going to keep complaining and sharing my distain for your organization. I believe that many of the people who came in the same day did not have insurance...but you saw them. What a rip off.
