We submitted travel information for travel Feb. 15 through Feb. 22 for rebate for the Riu Palace Hotel. We continue asking about our rebate and only get excuses, and promises that we will receive the rebate. Last several emails I've sent have not been answered.

Its now been 6 months, that is WRONG. You certainly wouldnt want to wait this long to get your payment of our dues.
