I subscribed to "adult move network" for a trial 3 - day trial $4. 87. Confirmation email cites billing by "viaty sl". Cancelled before the monthly recurring charge kicked in. However, my card was billed for $39. 73 a month thereafter, listed on cc statement as "amnetw".

Managed to track down the billing company which was actually "jettis international" (Www. Jettcs.com)

Contacted jettis by phone:
Inside the us or canada: [protected]
Outside the us: [protected]

Found out i was actually being billed for a subscription to "megadownloadpass.com" which i had never made, and had no details of. Cancelled it and got an email response.

A brief google finds many people in this boat. Also linked to downloadnova.com.

Complaint to cc company to attempt to recover unauthorised charges.

I was actually made transaction for $4.87 for 3 day trial version and I have been charged with $ 91.28 ($1+$1+$39.73+$39.73+$9.82) extra which I have never authorised. Again after doing this the file I wanted to download was also not able to download.
I complain for an amount of $91.28 against Megadownloadpass for unathorised payment from my credit card.
    Thanks

Unauthorized charges, false customer service number. Repeated charges after "trial" membership. Unable to cancel. Had to cancel my credit card to stop the repeated charges from continuing. Hope to get $ back through a request for a "charge back"

These scammers are also working as DiscountVideoPass.com. I was charged $1 for membership twice, then $39.73 twice in two days. My bank notified me of the irregular charges and I cancelled credit card and membership to the service. The one file that I downloaded from them was corrupt and unusable too.

I also got scammed by these sons of ###. Yesterday I innocently signed up for an account on www.fastdownloadaccess.com, so that my son could download something for World of Warcraft. I saw two checkboxes at the bottom of the signup page that also would enroll me for trial memberships to two adult sites. I unchecked these two boxes and clicked 'submit'. But it told me that my CC# was incorrect, so I re-entered the number and clicked 'submit' again. I failed to notice that the page had refreshed with the two boxes checked. Within a minute, I received several email messages telling me that I was now a member of Cybererotica.com, megadownloadpass.com and something called vipbookmark.com - none of which I had signed up for! And to add insult to my injury, I could not log onto fastdownloadaccess! so I called my CC company, and they reversed the authorization on the charges, one of which was almost $40 (I had only authorized $4.87). So today, I had to call two customer service numbers to cancel these memberships. Both of them agreed to do so, but only after a long wait at Cybererotica. They keep you on hold for 10 minutes, listening to bad, distorted music and gibberish before somebody finally comes on the line.

So be careful out there, this is a big scam. The name of the billing company is Viaty SL - nothing but rip-off artists.

If you've had this problem, check your credit card statements also for:

    billing-aid.com
    client-aid.com
    helpfulfolks.com
    customersupporthelp.com

all of these have appeared on my statemet - even after I had 'cancelled' on the website, and even after they wrote back saying it was cancelled.

Be careful, study your statements, these people are taking relatively small amounts from LOTS of people.

    Cheers

I paid by credit card US $ 4, 87 (I have the receipt) to download one music. The total amount that came was US $ 80, 28 (unauthorized debt). It is impossible to come in contact with the site. It is a pornô not a music site. I had to block my credit card.

I recommend that you call your credit card bank immediately, report the fraud, and my guess is that they'll recommend that you close your card account and issue you a new card.

I got rooked into a Megadownloadpass "membership" when I signed up with Download-Provider.com (AKA dll-provider.com) when they claimed to have some legacy software I was looking for. I no sooner signed up and paid when I was redirected to Megadownloadpass' porn website, the file I paid to download disappeared, and a call to my bank revealed two unauthorized charges within minutes of the initial transaction. On the advice of my bank I canceled my card immediately.

If you have provided credit card information to either Megadownloadpass, Download-Provider.com, or dll-provider.com, I strongly recommend that you call your credit card issuer immediately to determine if unauthorized charges have been made against your account.

    Ivan,

I experienced the same problem - they write something about a special offer of USD 4, 87
for a music download and all you get is porn for roughly 80 USD. How do you get your money back ?

    Best Regards

    Martin

The same thing happened to me within the last few hours. I raced to my bank and canceled my card. After my financial info was redirected to a site I had no intentions of having dealings with (megadownloadpass), I search-engined it and discovered it was operated by slime-trail bottom-feeders, depraved leeches... and I do mean that from the bottom of my heart.

I also had this same experience, charged these exact charges when I only wanted a 3-day trial. They also did not have the book download the advertised having. Tried instantly to cancel only to find out later I had the extra charges. ($1+$1+$39.73+$39.73+$9.82)
I have tried and tried to get a response both by email and phone only to be met by automated messages. This has been over the last month.
