They say I triggered a fraud thing & now I'm blocked, can't open a new account, or get any help! I'm so done!

I been blocked out of megapersonal and I do no to know why i'm a real person not a scammer i've reached out 6 times no response I try to make new account same thing happens and I just don't know what I do ' it's been a week since I been blocked I get no reaponse and i'm just so stressed about the whole thing I have sent multiple emails no response

when I try logging in it tells me that my profile has been flagged for fraud for me opening up a text message which I have never opened any of the text messages because it clearly states on the site to never open them I have sent multiple multiple emails to them trying to get it fixed they will not answer me back on any of them. There was the message on the site every time you would login that would say never answer or open any text messages because it was not from them and I did receive multiple messages saying it was them but never answered or opened any of them because I knew it was a scam so when I went to log into my account few days ago it says I have been blocked for fraud that I must have opened a message which I never did and it says that they will respond to a message within 24 at the most 48 hours I have sent six messages in the last week and cannot get them to answer any message or fix my problem I tried to open a new account and it says I'm flagged there is no reason why this is happening because I have not done any of the things they say I have done but they will not fix it

I usually sign out of my account Every time I make use of it. Tried logging the following day. I noticed i got locked out of the account, couldn't sign in anymore.

Its been a week since oct 1st 2020 wen to move my ad and ive been flagged I dont folow inks or any of that stuff im not working since covid and I depent on this to take care of my 3 year old idk what to do u use. It becuase its free and it works but again ive done nothing wrong. Out of no where the fraud flagg was triggered and I jus am completely lost ive even made new emails and im still flagged still no response to my emails u cant find a number and the parent company is discombobulated u cant under stand anything on the page it is not the 11th of oct and still nothing in responce but I know a hacker so either way it goes

We keep getting blocked for no reason every time we try to post in a different state or city they think it's a scam and we open something in a text when we didn't this ad website is really becoming stressful for a lot of us cause it do bring us money and we [censored] it but to keep having to get knew phones and new numbers because mega keeps blocking us

Every time I sign up or in with a email and phone it works until I go to post ad. Every time

It does the (vpn fraud) thing. They never reply to my emails

The first time I signed up for it, it said my account has been flagged. I proceeded to keep signing up, it kept saying my account had been flagged . I've never had an account with mega personals before . Pls help me do what I can .

They are always rude, and specifically have gone out of their way to input my drivers license information so that anytime I try to post or create new acct i'm automatically blocked. I have never once broken any rules, i've been real polite, real patient. One time a lady typed to me in a text claiming to be one of megapersonals customer service agents some extremely discriminatory, racist mean insults and swore up and down that my drivers license number will be put into the database to be permanently blacklisted. I have emailed customer service well over 75 times the last month. They refuse to respond, they refuse to even lift a finger to help resolve anything really. They claim they will get back to you in a set amount of hours but they don't. It seems like it's almost even a popularity contest with a whole lot of false advertising, politics, discrimination, holier than thou [censored] don't stink kind of [censored]. Absolutely ridiculous. Oh and need I mention they encourage trafficking for sex?
And their system apparently thinks a 26 ur old means they are under the age of 18! Or customer service is really that damn terrible at math or common sense...

This all I get been email for weeks now got a reply bk say they fix it but didn't I just want & need my account unlocked

This has been going on for sometime now must be shut down immediately like Craigslist and backpage, minor age teens are also on this site exposing themselves to nudity, prostitution and sex. Transgender woman are the biggest issue selling their body and sex services for donations of cash
And even going after young under age teenage boys which is a misdemeanor an a felony underage crime

Just the other day I got a text from mp that someone logged in from columbus, oh (i'm in ny) and if not me to click link and click the "no" button. The link brought me to the home page. I text back to no avail. Then, the other day I got an email that my post was bumped/edited at 2:15pm. It was not me! I clicked the link and it was another girl's ad! 6 of them were under my account. I contacted the girl who claimed she had a work email that she was unable to use. I deleted her 6 posts under my account and emailed support regarding it and how do I change my password!

I've been blocked on the website saying I triggered vpns or proxies or that I'm commiting fraud or something I've never done any of the sort and I have no idea what a proxy or VPN is. I've emailed the company now 22 times and have not got a single response back I really think that this company is computer ran and no real people actually work for the company this is so crazy to not be able to reach anyone

My account has been flagged & locked! I have done nothing wrong! This ismy business & livelihood being messed with! Customer support will not respond! I need my business! I am very very angry! I'm unable to post my ad & cannot get a reason as to why! I need my account unlocked

We were to meet with Hannah but she never showed up. We cash out a deposit and then we also did 200 cash app payments so she was paid in full before she was supposed to show up. Never heard from her again
I contacted mega personals via their contact us on their webpage and I did get a response we then saw Kashef to us and it said refund so we clicked the accept button and it ended up taking the money out of our account again. We are now out over 5 bills and yes I once again contacted mega personals they have yet to hear from them
We want our money back and we want it now
