Medlife International unethical behavior with patient by not allowing to check medicine packing without payment at the time of delivery

No mercy for patients

Please consider my this matter as complain.
I'm ordering medicines from your well known company since last about 3 years which gives discount on medicines without taking care of patients.
Before january 22nd 2019 I had received all medicines without any difficulty from your company.
Regarding last order placed on 22nd january'19 by me I would like to narrate your company that your delivery person informed me the rule that before payment of medicines I can not check medicines inside the packing box. I was shocked because this rule of your company was not said by any of your delivery staffs since last 3 years.
Then I had to check by calling [protected]. First I had talked with a person name mr. Nitin (he told me his name by asking), as he had no more information when this new rule came into effect. With request he transferred running call to executive a lady who said that this new rule applied from last year in the october'18.
If so then I had received heart medicines in last week of december'18 and first week of january'19. While taking delivery I had checked the medicine packing by opening and then I paid payment by debit card.
This time your delivery person took away medicines as I refused to pay without checking the medicines.
It meant that your company does not trust patients
And with no mercy keeping away your patients from medicines.
With this attitude patients are bound to suffer by loosing regular dose of ordered medicines. By giving 20% discount on medicines
Your company is harming the patients by taking back all medicines. With this new rule that first pay and check medicines.
For your information I have not received any messages regarding this new rule along with other messages sent by your company as usual regarding delivery and payment.
By taking back all medicines by your delivery person.
Please tell me who is responsible for my missing regular dose for further moe days till I get discounted price medicine.

Medlife International worst delivery and excuses

first there delivery people don't deliver than you get message that you are not at home however my senior citizen parents, maid and my wife are always home. then they reschedule your deliver to next day then you get message that order cancelled because of low value. god knows what they want to do with there delivery, either they improve it or they will loose business

Medlife International return policy

I had recently ordered medicines on this medlife app & their service is just horrible. First they schedule doctors appointment, verification calls for the medicines which makes the whole ordering process gruesome & troubling. The Customer Support executives are so poorly groomed that they dont even knbow how to read a prescription & keep bothering us with several calls. Also they show a timeline in their app but the order is never delivered within that timeine. Even they dont bother to give the customers a real time update on the time of medicine delivery arrival at our home. On top of it the return process is absolutely worthless. I had requested for a return of a particular medicine a month ago but till now no return process has been initiated. I had called them up thrice & asked for the return but still no progress. I would recommend everybody to stop using this app further to prevent this kind of harrowing experience.

Dear sir/Madam,
I want to change the medicine in medlife. By mistake I had ordered Telmavas 40 (5 strips) instead of I want Gemcal Plus(5 strips)
Please do the needful.

Medlife International wrong medicines delivered - money not yet refunded

On 17th May, 2018, I had ordered for following items
1 ) Tab Glycomat GP2-60 nos
2 ) Tab Glycomat GP1-60nos
3 )Tab PPG 0.2-60 nos
4 ) Tab Lipikind -60nos
5 )Tab Clavix as75-60 nos
6 ) Tab Covance D -60 nos
7 ) Tab Unistar 20/150 -60 nos
8 ) Tab Telma H -60 nos
As per attached copies of prescription and my order was confirmed by one of your executive on phone giving me id noOR6879BI-001A, .
Next day it was modified saying insufficient stock of item no.6-Covance D . Still I OKeyed it then again on 19th it was again remodified it for shortage of item no. 7- Unister
When I confirmed it due to urgency, the order was delivered to me on 23rd May on cash payment of Rs.2260.90.
However when I opened it on 25th due to my illness on 23rd & 24th I was surprised that some skin care products were delivered to me.
Please look into the matter and return my money by taking back the wrong parcel. Or deliver my medicines urgently.

Medlife International online order of medicine

I have ordered medicine on 29th. It got delivered on 8th i.e after 11 days.

I have already paid on paytm. But the courier boy asked for COD money because it was also written on his receipt to collect money.

I called medlife. they said please pay the amount on COD. We will refund your orginal online paid amount.

So I Paid.

But my refund is not initiated yet.

Its not a small amount. Its Rs 3855.

Medlife International medlife — cheating people with incorrect offers of 45% discount on first order

I received several SMS from Medlife that I will get 30% discount from medlife and 15% cashback from Mobikwik on my first order. I placed an order of Rs. 7, 146/-. I received 30% discount from medlife after placing and cancelling my orders 3 times because they have made it very complicated to ensure you do not get the 30% discount easily.

Next, they told me I will get 15% cash back from Mobikwik automatically credited to my wallet after 3-4 days. But I all received was Rs. 200/- cash back to my wallet instead of Rs. 1071 which I should have received as 15% cash back.

When I spoke to them several times about this, first they told me to wait for some more days for cash back. Finally after 1 week they told me I am entitled to 15% cash back with maximum of Rs. 200/-. No where on their website or app or order screen they have this mentioned that max cash back you will get is 200/-. Even their call centre executives are trained to not reveal this information at the time of order taking and give false information that you will get 30 + 15% = 45% discount.

These people are cheats and you should not buy from them. Even the medicines they sent me have mfg date of more than 12 months old. i.e. July 2016 when I placed the order in Sept 2017.

Medlife International harassment caused due to order placement in medlife

1. Fools are working in your call center as they don’t even understand the simple English language as the start of my order is with a wrong address and I had made a complain to correct it but it’s the same till date.

The person while collecting the prescription calls and correct the address for his convinence and says that the address is mentioned wrong by our site instead of the call center mistake.

This states I am staying on wrong address from last 50yrs

The complain regarding the address was done and conformation was asked by your execute but no action is taken till date and no feed back is received

2. The prescription is collected but the name of the Doctor is also mentioned wrongly not as per prescription

3. My first order was twice returned due to short supply of medicines and discount structure
It took nearly 10days to complete my first order with lot of harassment and waste of time

Also they doesn't fullfill their promises made in messages as 25% discount & 15% cash back if payment done by Freecharge, Mobikiwik, Ola Money but the cash back is never recieved from these sites.

4. My last order was booked on 29th of may with 5products among which i didnt recieve 1 product that was Basalog 100IU of 5ml and it was said to me that it would be delievered next day as it is short of order but on next day I received a calling stating that repentative coming to collect the prescription so I made a call in ur center regarding short supply item so I was informed by Ayesha on 1st June 2017 @ 3:00pm tht provide the prescription u will receive the same 25% discount and new order was placed and as today i recieved the product with a 20% discount when i called in call center i was talking to Raunak as he said, u return the order and place a new order to recieve 25% discount who will be responsible for the late intake of medicine as from yesterday my Insulin has been finshed it mns again customer has to be suffered for the mediciens which is one of the important thing tht should be taken on time and the mistake done by the excuitve is free from any hassle with no inquiry done on tht person

5. Abhishek is also one of the executive who has promised to arrange a call back with his senior team member but till now no call has been received.
