McDonald's review: the whole picture: coffee served with only hot water/cold prepared food/bad customer service toward the public!

The other day, I went into McDonald's and ordered two hot coffee's and got two hot boiling water? No Coffee? I also ordered two hamburger meals with fries and got cold (uneatable) food? I spoke with the Manager of the McDonald's store that's inside the (3000) Walmart store at the Agincourt Mall (3850 Sheppard Ave., E.) location. The McDonald's Manager was insulting and so arrogant towards me, personally! "Discriminating Me" ? I live right across the street from this location and find it very convenient for me to shop and purchase hot food. But when I as treated so badly, I felt impressed and went straight home. So today (September 25th, 2019) I'm filing a complaint towards McDonald's Restaurant at this location. Now I'm forced to go to another location to get respect at a different Mall! At these employee's at this McDonald's should be fired and force to leave that company. The Manager should be sued and taught a lesson in how to treat all their customers with total respect to receive respect, right! I talk to our Superintendent of our building at 3845 Sheppard Ave., E. about this complaint. He agreed with me, totally ! ! !
