Ordered 20pcs chicken nuggets for my grandchildren after receiving my order I pulled ahead and checked my order, there was only one box of 10 so I pulled back around probably 3 to 4 minutes time and told the same young man that I had been shorted a box of nuggets not a big deal right. Do you usually ask for the order back to see if it was actually short? Made me feel like he thought I was being dishonest. No apologies he just said I'll get you at the next window. Again no apologies, a hot apple was added who was at fault? Made need to reinforce customer service. Not a good experience.

McDonald's in Centre, Al is the worst customer service Ive had. Ordered in drive thru. Employee didnt even acknowledge, just took my money and slammed the window closed. I didn't get my change back. (it was on 8 cents so no bigger) . My ordered was handed to me with no thank you, hi, nothing. Thats after 15 min in drive to order. Its 10 pm usually not busy. Get home, my burger bun was so hard, it was not edible. This was the last visit for me. Im done.
