McDonald's I am complaining about the drive-thru service

Actually, Every morning i went for coffee to MacDonald's at "3500 Major Mackenzie Dr W, Vaughan ON L4H 3T6". But, the drive-thru service is more then worst at this place. Firstly, i have to wait upto 2-3 mins near order screen but, nobody take an order, nobody speaks Instead i have to say hello, hi so many times.Then, i move to window and they put me in a waiting line just for 1 cup of coffee. This i really bad. I don't know whats their problem. Please fix it asap.

McDonald's food

I was just at the Mcdonalds in Rensselaer Indiana store #12455 on College Drive. I will provide a photo of my receipt. I live approx 23 miles away. When I got home and we were to eat lunch before work after the first bite discovered the burgers were raw, not pink but red, raw. This is not healthy and I have had a restaurant and know food temps, this was cold. I tried to call the Mcdonalds, call went through each time but nobody would speak. I could hear everything they were saying. I tried to call 5 times to try to resolve this, I will call the Jasper County Health Dept. We had no lunch today, spent money I don't have on your restaurant and they were so disrespectful they wouldn't even talk on the phone. The worst experience ever and in a small town this matters, I want a refund! Lana Wuest

McDonald's decaf coffee

I am a very regular customer, almost every weekday for the last 4 years. This location has just gone thru new management and have gotten a decaf coffee machine. This morning was the 2nd time within a week, that the coffee machine is not working. Not only did they not ask me if I wanted something else, they didn't give me my money back. My order is always the same - 2 big breakfasts no hotcakes, bagels instead of biscuits and a large decaf 8 creams no sugar. I enjoy the workers here, always friendly and smiling. Please go back to brewing a pot of decaf coffee instead of taking the chance that the machine will work. I am losing faith in Mcdonalds!

McDonald's major screwed up order

On April 9, 2019, at the drive-thru in Essexville, MI, I ordered 2 hamburgers w/no ketchup, no onions, x-tra mustard & x-tra pickle. (Receipt photo attached). Below is a picture of what both burgers looked like. Both had heaping piles of onions on them, no mustard to be found & there may have been a couple of pickles. At first, I thought they gave us someone else's burgers but if you look at the paper attached to the wrapper, it reads exactly what I ordered. The rest of my order was good, but this was absolutely ridiculous. The smell of the onions almost made us barf. This is not the first time they have screwed up her burgers, but this is the worst. Not sure if you are hiring people that can't read or follow direction, but this was sad. Since you want me to be polite, I shall end it here. You can see what was done. Very disappointed. End of story.

McDonald's ham and cheese pocket (no ham)

I had gone into to the MacDonalds Footscray Ballarat road on 8 April 2019. I ordered a medium Cappuccino, 2 ham and cheese pockets (no ham). The store gave me ham and cheese pockets with ham. The store has disrespected my religion as I am a vegetarian. When I ask the manager what can you do. He gave me rude answer and told me "nothing I can do about it!". The manager has no intention of giving any refund and was super rude and rasist.

McDonald's service

I pulled up an a order a # 2 quarter pounder, med fries an coke. They gave me the coke an, ask me to pull up to the second window, as I waited the ice in the coke was melting an the people behind pulled to the first an second spots an they received there food before me now the ice in the coke has completely melted an is been 13 minutes now an I still have no food. The girl that gave the person behind there food I called he over an gave back the soda at the window, an told I wont my money back, serval minutes later I still havent receivce my money. So I go in some said I have already receivced my food I said no, you gave it to the preson behind me. Then I said a few words, wich werent kind, but I got my money back … way did it take over 13 minutes, never going back [ this is the mcdonalds in neosho mo]. #1344

McDonald's manager and employee rude

I went to this location to order and the girl taking my order ask me if I want my meals Medium or Large l, I told her regular size and she keeps asking me and going back and forth about the size and I keep telling her just regular size( regular size it's what it's on the menue) finally I went to the window and she was rude and repeat part of my order and again mention the medium size drinks, when I look at my receipt she took my order wrong so on the second window I ask for the Manager her name is Kenia or at least that's how she pronounced it. I told her what happens, she repeat my order then she said that I told her that she charge me wrong, which that's not what I said. I told her that's not what I said I said she got the order wrong and I was missing stuff. She grab the bag, I don't know what she did but I hear her telling the girl at the window on a bad way to give me the bag and that she give me the extra fries. The way she say it was rude and she didn't even came to me to give me my order and to apologize for the rudeness of the girl that took my order. She send someone else when I can hear what she said.

What laughter do the ignorant and racist people give me when they give opinions and assume without having knowledge of things. Speaking of respect LOL when judging a person by their language (nationality), assuming and criticizing because the word MENU is misspelled., and also because a girl under 17 is not called a woman, (the main complaint was the attitude of the manager, the WOMAN in charge) hahaha. People should have a different hobby or educate themselves before giving an opinion, that way they will not be ridiculed. Before pointing a finger at a person, evaluate yourself. lol You must work and eat at a fast food restaurant to learn the definitions of the LOL MENU

McDonald's mocha

I had a large mocha this morning and after 10 minutes I felt that my skin is itchy and after an hour all my body got red rash and was itchy like hell. I couldn't believe what was going on as my colleague was so scared of the rapid reaction which was happening. I could barely open my eyes and my job is in rail corridor.
I never had any kind of allergies to anything. It as a terrible experience.

I arrived at the drive thru on Thursday 3-14-19 at 7:40 ordered a egg white sandwich, I was told to pull up and they would bring it to me so I pulled up I ended up going inside it took 20 minutes to get the order. McDonald's customer service

I went to McDonald's on Friday, March 8th. I ordered an Egg & Bacon McMuffin to go. I paid cash (which I never do usually). It was a new girl on the cash. She told me it was only her 2nd day (I believe). Quickly after, I got the impression that there was a problem with my order since my number was not appearing on the screen like all the other orders. Even customers after me, their order # was appearing right away but mine still wasn't, so I mentioned it to a person behind the counter. She assured me that my order was on the way. I did eventually get it but they never called it out. It just appeared to be sitting on the counter after a while. Unusual but nonetheless, I was on my way. It wasn't until I got home and pulled out my receipt & looked at my change that I realized that I was $5 short on the change back. I was supposed to get $16.05 back but I only got $11.05 back. It was obvious because there was only 2 $5 bills in my wallet, and the same amount of change I had before. So, I was not too happy because this wasn't even close by. I would have to go out of my way to go back, and I was too tired to do that, so I decided to wait until the next day. I figured it was the only way to get the proper change back. So, I went back the next evening. I didn't feel like it but I also didn't want to be out by $5. Everything today is already expensive enough. It's hard enough already. When I got there, I explained it to the girl at the cash, and she didn't say anything, she just walked away! I assumed she was going to get somebody else, and sure enough, she did eventually come back & tell me that her boss would have to come and open the cash register. Instead, what happened though, was that I had explain again what had happened, and she said she would have to call her manager to find out what the sales were the previous day (something like that). So, I had to wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. The longer I waited, the more upset I got. First of all, I never got an apology. Instead, I felt treated as though I was the one making the mistake! The person I talked to, "Kimmy" she said was her name, was not willing or considerate at all about my inconvenience or humiliation of having to wait for so long for this to get resolved. It was ridiculous. I could not believe the lack of "customer service". It was so upsetting that we ended up arguing about it. For god sake, really? She just added insult to injury about the whole matter! It was a terrible way to resolve the situation. I don't think I've ever been more upset about the way that I was treated! It was terrible! Those people did not know how to deliver proper customer service. I will never go back there. That was a nightmare! Not the way I intended to spend a Saturday evening! That was an awful experience. One I will not forget. I can't believe that Kimmy cared more about $5 than to keep a customer happy. That's the problem with large companies today. They don't care about the customers anymore. That was so clearly demonstrated tonight. UNBELIEVABLE!

McDonald's sandwiches, fries, drinks

The big mac cold and fries greasy and cold, drink had two ice cubes. Swore I would never go back. This evening, gave this mcdonald's another chance and ordered buttermilk chicken meal — they said they were out of ice "is that ok?" I said no, and asked for sandwich only, after 9 minutes in drive through, I got the sandwich and when I got home, it is burnt to a crisp - not even edible. I called and told them I will bring it back in the morning - she said make sure you have the receipt. I do, and I will, and for real, never return to this mcdonald's. This franchise is pathetic, and needs to have corporate attention. Plenty of fast food choices and I see the demise of mcdonald's food coming.

McDonald's customer discrimination by staff

I and my family passed some street kids on our way to 7 Seas shopping mall in Vadodara, India, and as we entered the mall we stopped at the McDonalds ice cream kiosk just inside the entry to buy an ice cream each for those poor street kids on what was an incredibly hot day. The kids themselves were not anywhere near McDonalds or the building, as after the pavement there are a large number of steps into the shopping mall, security etc.

My husband had a quick errand to do so he gave me Rs 500 to buy the ice creams but when we approached McDonalds ice cream kiosk the member of staff there actively prevented us from buying the ice creams for the street kids. She said she didn't have any change so couldn't serve us. I thought that was really strange as Rs 500 is a small amount and this is McDonalds in a shopping mall, how could she possibly not have change of such a small amount! I was very dubious about her story and as we stood waiting for my husband we noticed lots of shoppers going over to McDonalds to buy themselves ice creams and the member of staff was handing all of them change with no difficulty. Her story simply didn't make sense.

My husband soon returned and asked if we had finished giving out the ice creams. We told him that we hadn't even started as we had been told by McDonalds staff that they didn't have any change. My husband looked incredulous, he said there is no way that is possible and we walked over to the McDonalds ice cream kiosk where my husband challenged the staff member about her story. She said that McDonalds do not like shoppers buying ice cream for street kids because they will get used to having McDonalds ice cream and will be present on the pavement outside of the shopping mall and the staff didn't like them being there as they and shoppers will have to look at them! Apart from us being utterly shocked and outraged, this confirmed my belief that she had been lying about having no change. I am absolutely disgusted at McDonalds, who seem to have a fear of children getting used to ice cream! These poor street kids have nothing, is it too much to allow foreigners to show them a bit of kindness and buy them an ice cream? What has the world come to and especially in India, I thought India was a caring society, McDonalds itself is an American chain but their staff in India are Indian, brought up in what is supposed to be a caring society yet they seem to begrudge a child an ice cream.

I have complained to McDonalds India about this issue and have received nothing but silence from them, my emails being completely ignored. I therefore contacted McDonalds in the US, both their customer services and their CEO Steve Easterbrook, again absolutely no response from either. It seems that McDonalds now thinks it is not answerable to anyone for any situation. It is my experience of them that if there is a problem, they will just ignore it, they seem to think their size and might gives them the right to trample on anybody and their rights and get away with it and that includes poor street kids!. Shame on you McDonalds.

I would like for McDonalds to stop this discrimination. I do not however have any faith in them doing so as after this incident I researched on the internet if there had been any similar situations and I found some from a few years back in which McDonalds apologised (maybe only because it caused a media storm of protest at the time) and said it would now welcome street kids and serve them like anyone else. Well things have not improved one bit, so it looks like that statement was just lip service and in fact things have got worse because now it is not only the issue of the street kids being harassed by McDonalds but now even foreigners are being prevented from buying them anything from McDonalds. If McDonalds don't want customers, then just let the world know and we will all happily buy our fast food from elsewhere! I and my family and friends have all boycotted McDonalds until this appalling incident is rectified to our full satisfaction in the name of these street kids.

McDonald's drive thru times

My name is Kristina, I went through the Thomasville ga McDonald's drive thru this morning 2-28-2019. I pulled up behind a car where I was next to order in line at 10:35am. After ordering and paying I sat in line, 25 mins. It is now 11am and I just received my food, when I was finally able to get to the window, the employees in the front were just standing there talking and one of what I'm guessing were the cooks came to give me my bag if food, no Thank you, and condiments, anything just handed it out and shut window. I understand how fast food works, I have worked for a McDonald's before and was the assistant manager at Arbys for 7 years. There is NO reason to have 25 min wait times. And on top of that the customer service at this location needs alot of help! To top it all off, half my food was wrong. I ordered a sausage biscuit add cheese, and received a egg and cheese biscuit.

The service of the Thomasville, GA McDonald's is absolutely horrible! The wait time is ridiculous even if you happen to be the only person in line. The staff is rude and act like they don't want to be there. There are plenty of people out there that are in desperate need of work. Orders are always wrong and food is cold! This place needs a complete overhaul or just go out of business.

McDonald's lack of everything...

I have been going to this mcdonalds for about 2 years. 5 to 6 days a week. Each time it gets worse.
Last few times I have ordered a big breakfast and they forget the syrup.
I order the sausage egg mcmuffin and get ham.
But everyday I order (or try) a decaffeinated coffee and last month or so they say they don't have any or they don't have any made. If its that hard to make or you never have any take it off the menu.
This place had a great assistant manager in the summer and he left. Since then its just a s* show. Its so slow, out of product or to lazy to make the product and wont give you the product you order...
Please fix the problem and start from the top.
You just lost a loyal customer that went pretty much every morning.
Now I must go to the kum & go.

McDonald's hard as a rock burrito

Feb 25th, 2019.

Just finished dumping my morning breakfast in the garbage. Wish I was there to go inside and smash the bag over the employees head. The burrito was microwaved. Hard as a rock and missing one side of the burrito. Hashbrown was cold and hard as rock. I think they just tried warming a previous order and pass it off through the drive through. Also I asked for a 2 double double coffee and it did not have any sugar in it. This McDonalds is the worst around. I have not received a single order correctly from this location in over a year. I am an idiot for coming back here.. this is the las time.

McDonald's Delivery that never arrived

I ordered for breakfast delivery 2 2pcs hotcake meal, 1 egg mcmuffin meal w/ hashbrown for breakfast at 9:50am thru online delivery system and after an hr I started calling up 86236 mcdo hotline for follow ups until the 3rd follow up at 11:50 which is already 2 hrs ftr we placed our order and no action has been made. ftr 2 and a half hrs at 12:20 manager Alma talked to me that their rider gave it to other customer and the food was already cold to be delivered to me, that's why he goes back to the branch. The manager Alma cant provide me with another set of my order because it is past breakfast time already and wanted me to place another order and would let me wait for another half an hr. She just said sorry without any other action plan to resolve my complaint that's why I write here.

McDonald's time it took to get the food

2/23/19 we waited for over 15 minutes in the drive thru for three things. Ordered at 2:33pm and were not receiving our food until 2:50. When we got the items they were cold. The big mac was cold and the bun was getting soggy and the fries were cold and barely cooked. The only decent item was the nuggets. I watched over 11 cars come and go from tim horton next door, and we say an orange car in front of us leave and come back with something wrong because we saw them come back in the window we could see them at the counter inside... Very disappointing since it wasn't even busy. We can see why they dont have much service since they can barely serve the few people that decide to come there...

McDonald's horrible service

I am very dissatisfied with your location #979 in Dearborn Heights Michigan.

#1 They are constantly out of items ex. Shakes and other food items
#2 They just remodeled the building months ago and they still have 1 of there drive thru menu boards that doesn't even light up
#3 They are suppose to be a 24 hour location and inconveniently about the same time every night about 230 am they say they can't take orders
#4 I just went there today as order 56 as on my receipt and I was told to pull ahead for them to walk out my food at the drive thru.
I checked my bags while the women was standing there and I was once again given NO napkins. I simply asked her if I could have some napkins and she proceeded to roll her eyes at me and walk away without saying a word.
#5 Today I also had quite a large order and many drinks and they told me they didn't have drink holders...how is that possible..doesn't management order what they need?

All of these items listed are unacceptable.
This location is of poor quality.

I would like to be compensated for my horrible experience.

McDonald's prices on certain items or higher at this location then any other mcdonald's in the area.

On February 19th, 2019 at 4:04 p.m. I purchase a Mocha Frappe from Store #8100, located at the address listed above. I was surprised when I was told the total of my order. I admit that I am addicted to your Mocha Frappe product and have purchased many of them from various locations, but the price has always been $2.99 plus local sales tax. At this particular location the price for a medium Mocha Frappe is $3.49. This is an increase in the price normally charged at other McDonald's of .50. I asked the cashier at the window, why their price was higher then Statesboro, Glennville and Metter and got no reply.
Where my favorite drink from you stores usually cost me $2.99 plus local tax, I had to pay $3.49 plus local tax in Claxton, Georgia of .28 for a total of $3.77.
Is the Claxton store location setting their own prices?
