McDonald's drive thru service

Tuesday June 11th at approximate 8:40 pm i drive into McDonald's located on 1800 Western ave. Los Angeles, CA 90019. Their was 2-3 cars ahead of me it took 5-8 minutes to get to the speaker and waited another 5 minutes at the speaker and kept yelling "Hello" but no answer, so i drive up to the window and a young male Hispanic age 20-25 years old walks up and makes me wait another 30-60 seconds before opening the window. He opens the window and says to me " he wasnt aware"Their is no apology given to me. I was furious him waisting my time. This is so unprofessional.

McDonalds drive thru St. Clairsville, Ohio
stop 4 - 5 times a week to get a sweet tea on my way to work, always late for work because I sit in the line 20 - 25 min when I finally get to the window I have to sit and wait on my tea! seriously? it should be ready when I get there. I am so over this crap!

McDonald's poor behavior of staff and management and obviously untrained employees.

The last time I visited inside the 10975 State Bridge Rd. McDonald's location I was very disappointed in the way the management and staff were arguing. It was not very busy but they all seemed on edge. One employee was trying to figure out how to open the ice-machine to add ice. When I figured it out I showed the employee. She went back to get the ice and when she came back to fill the bin no one came to help her so I held the machine open for her so she could put the ice in. However, she only came with a small amount of ice so I am sure they went through this again shortly after. When I finally got my boys hamburgers I heard more arguing as I was leaving. I thought maybe this was an isolated incidence but recently have been reading on the Nextdoor site that this arguing is happening on a regular basis. Please have someone go and train these employees how the franchise is supposed to work.

Ordered a fish sandwich and was told that now McDonald's only give you a half of cheese on it! Then cut your price since you are not providing the original way a fish sandwich from McDonald's is suppose to be served here in Phenix City, AL Your fast-foods and services are going down hill daily, I hope you survive this new generation of customers who won't just put up with anything thrown at them. Keep Up! or Get Out of The Business, really you have had your day. It's time for somethings new!

McDonald's I was charged twice on my credit card

To whom it may concern
I was at Macdonalds opera Paris yesterday on 7 June 2019 with my children. I was charged 20.80 euro twice on my credit card.
I will attached my credit card statement to show.
I would like this refunded to my card.
I am from Australia and am going home next week. I'm in Spain at the moment.
The lady at the counter did not get me to sign it or put in a pin. She just left me there and started making fries. Another lady had to give me my receipt.

McDonald's egg mcmuffin

The south Mcdonalds in The town/city of Roswell NM has the most terrible service. Their waiting times are ridiculous and when you get your food it's either not the complete order or it's just not the item you ordered. You have to be carful when ordering the Egg McMuffin because the actual egg isn't cooked right or there are egg shells in it. This has happened to me twice. The picture I've attached shows a piece of egg shell but sine the egg shell is white it's a difficult to see.

McDonald's wait time & cold food

I visited restaurant number #0441 mcdonalds south melbourne.

1st went through drive through to be told drive is closed if you like to come into the restaurant. That was not a problem then it took 15 minutes to get my order taken then i waited 27 minutes for a big mac meal to find the food was cold.

To top it all off the arrogance of the staff was discusting

McDonald's horrible treatment of loyal customer

my husband came into the kirkwood highway Mcdonalds on 3318 kirkwood highway in wilmington Delaware at 6:56 pm on 6/3/19. He was refused service, called a "whitemotherfucker" in front of our 11 year old daughter and was discriminated against by your employee based on the color of his skin. Needless to say, we didnt get food and left feeling insulted

McDonald's coffee cups

I am a fan of McDonalds coffee! I plan mornings around making time to stop for coffee. Some time ago the cups were changed... and since leak horribly. I constantly find stains on my clothing, in my car and on my desk or meeting table. In meetings this is embarrassing and quite a nuisance. It is extremely frustrating to wrap a napkin around the rim of the cup just to protect my clothing from the spillage. I am appealing to you as a coffee lover to quickly do something with the cups. This is definitely a game changer for me! If not corrected, I will not patronize McDonalds coffee any longer.

McDonald's handicap parking area

In Sidney New York there needs to be a ramp by the handicap parking area. I witnessed a little elderly gentleman that almost fell with his walker trying to get over the curb by the parking space. Suggesting this to make it easier for the handicaps who loves to visit your establishment. Needs to be addressed looking out for those who are not able to make their way over the curb.

McDonald's management

I spoke to Emily the manager at Elsternwick Mcdonalds tonight regarding a mistake on my gourmet $8 burger and I wasn't nasty or anything and she hung up on me not once but twice then I kept ringing back and she took the phone off the hook.
I keep having problems with my food at this store. The McMuffin's are never toasted even when I request that they toast them longer. It's like they just don't care about their customers. I'm getting really fed up with the poor service at this place.

McDonald's drive thru valley view, cypress ca 90630

Ordered a Big Mac with lots of other food and got home to find a quarter pounder with cheese! Fries were old and cold, and three diet cokes had no ice and were flat! My receipt was all super sticky on the back too. The worker at the window was taking payment and processing food. Worst attitude ever! I spent $23.11 and got home to find crappy food and drinks. So gross.
I think I should get some free food coupons! This McDonalds is the worst!

McDonald's mcdonalds on exit 21 off of i-95

I get to intercom and the lady tell me that they are only accepting cash, I had a card so I get out of line to go to atm across street and I immediately come back. So I get back in line only to wait in line for 23 min. So finally I get to the window to pay for my food and I have to wait another 4 min to get to the window to get my food. I finally get to the window to get my food only to have to wait 3 more min for the lady to ask me what my order was. I told her what my order was and she closed the window and comes back 2 min later to hand me my tea and ask me to pull up to the third window. I asked why do I have to pull up to the third window and she states we are waited on hashbrowns to cook. I told her to just give me my sandwich because I was on my way to work and had to go after I waited in line for over 30 min. I didn't get reimbursed for the food. I thought that was very unprofessional.

McDonald's customer service

I went to McDonald's located at 1400 Lake Tapps Way, Auburn, Wa 98092 and witnessed the assistant manager hanging out the window yelling and cussing at a customer regarding her order. He threatened to call the police if she did not leave even though there two vehicles in front her vehicle preventing her from leaving. He then slammed the window after exchanging numerous other words and then he got into it with the customer that was in line in front of me with her child in the car. My family and I will never dine here again and it would be nice if no one else supported this type of business as long as he is employed.

McDonald's Crew trainer

One of my friends went through the drive thru a few weeks ago to order food and one of the employees at McDonalds had no smile and was very rude. She had a very rude tone of voice. I don't think she should be able to be working there anymore. If McDonalds continue to keep this Employee they will eventually lose customers at this location. Customers that come to McDonalds a lot who are always coming to this location likes to have great customer service. I understand people have bad days but come on it's a every day thing this employee does this crap.

McDonald's bad service

We are today at the branch of McDonald's at forum le halles mall.
We gave the seller plastic glass and ask to fill half of it with hot water to the baby, after we ordered a meal for us.
The seller rejected rudely and said that u have to buy cup of tea and refused to our request to give us his name.
It's 29.5.2019, 13:30 and the seller was from Indian origin.

McDonald's cleanliness of the venue

We have just called in at canklow Rotherham South Yorkshire the floors were disgusting I almos went to the floor chips crushed on the floor I am elderly and I managed to get my balance I know the place was busy but no excuses for this .we go to a McDonald's at Worksop in Nottinghamshire and it is spotless they are cleaning all the time I did mention to one of the staff but they did not seem to care I know not to call there again

McDonald's latte, fries, nuggets

I went to this McDonald's around 8 pm and after I paid the girl hands me my change and says the printer is broke so I wasn't given my receipt (come to find out it was only out of paper...go figure!) I waitied for over 20 min for a 6pc nugget, medium fry, vanilla latte and a happy meal. Employees we standing around not doing anything and the wait time got ridiculous! I was finally handed my food hut not my latte then the girl who took my order asks what was I waiting on and I said my latte. She goes to make it and when she hands it to me it was only two thirds of the way full I just paid 3 something for a large latte and ended up only getting a mediums worth in my large cup. I contemplated going in and having them top my latte off but I had already waited a total of 30 min and I was over it...their we're only 3 people inside ordering. I only live 2 streets away when I got home my nuggets and the fries were cold! I'm extremely upset and disappointed that I just bought food and drinks that I ended up having to heat up when I got home...no offense but the foods not any good if u have to reheat it. This isy neighborhood Mickey D's but I will not be returning this isn't the first time I've had a terrible expirece but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. For now on I'll got to taco Bell ..and if my son ends up wanting a happy meal ( an old he will cuz he's 3) I'll be driving 5 min to another one! I would appreciate being contacted to correct the issue

McDonald's service

Just been to Haslett Avenue, Crawley McDonald's. And extremely disappointed.
Received my order promptly although the server had a problem understanding English.
Found that my drink had no ice so went back to the counter to ask for some. I was ignored by 5 members of staff, including what looked like the manager, and after 10 minutes I walked out!
So angry! It was supposed to be a treat for my son. Instead he got a fuming mother! If someone is standing at the counter, they need something, please teach your staff this!

McDonald's 2 combos

I went there and asked for a quarter pounder combo with cheese mayo tomatoes and ketchup and recieved a regular quarter pounder with all the toppings and than had big mac combo and recieved chicken..the fries were cold I asked for mayo for the fries and again never recieved it which is ridiculous being you have to pay for it..it seems every time I go in there there rude and rushing you, all they care about is there speed of service and have no customer service skills

McDonald's drive through

Me and my dad went through the drive through and the lady had us repeat 3times after each disconnection then went on another order. It was more then one person taking our order. Not only was that the issue, at the window after we paid our order took way to long and let alone wasent even right or good. My mcfluffy was more so milk with m&ms and my dads chocolate shake wasent even chocolate. The employees were rude, disrespectful, and made a wrong order.

McDonald's pricing difference

while getting breakfast at store #1980 we we gave order and were told the price was $13.01, which is what it usually is. After paying with a debit card and looking at the receipt we were charged $13.43. Told them when we picked up the order and were told the price on the receipt is what it costs. Wondering why the difference from ordering and paying.
