Incompetent management and some staff
I am a senior and a now former customer. i had family work there and was treated unfairly. Not only was it unfair the manager supposedly in charge Ashley condonned the incident. They are understaffed and blame the owners for their unjustice behavior. I will spread the word of your staff’s behavior to other friends and family so they don’t go to this establishment. Shame on them

Bacon egg cheese Mcgriddle and Hot Cakes with Bacon Breakfast
Firstly the young lady didn't give me the correct change back from an orange juice I order that was $2.18 gave her a $10. Then they said they couldn't find the mobile order I had placed. The manager asked what the order was came back with the receipt for order which they had all along. I ordered Xtra bacon on my mcgriddle and this is what I got. 1/30/[protected]@9:40am. The picture has been sent along with this complaint.
Desired outcome: Food cooked properly, not hard and receive what I pay for. I should have had 4 nice pieces of bacon not crumbles thrown on a sandwich. I swear the quality of service is getting ridiculous. 1/30/22 @9:40am
Delivery service
Hi. I've been a constant customer of McDonald's for the past 10 years, ordering at least once a week. However, lately I've been questioning the quality of service McDonald's have been offering.
On January 29, 2022, I've made an order at 7:37 PM and the estimated delivery time on the application was 8:10 PM (approximately 30 minutes as usually promised). Unfortunately, the order was received on 8:36 PM (almost 1 hour after the order have been placed). This is not the first time this has happened. This incident has occurred several times in the past few months. It seems that McDonalds is no longer the fastest delivery in Egypt as it claims to be.
I have filed complaints before to the local customer support in Egypt and was promised that this is only temporary and everything will return to normal soon. However, as I said, this issue have been repeating for at least 3 months now and it doesn't seem like things are getting any better. I am very disappointed by the franchise in Egypt. Attached is the last order that I've made.

Sidewalk not cleaned off. Curb at building/parking lot piled with snow.
I recently went to the Union City McDonalds and fell in the parking lot by the store. Near the handicapped spot. It was very cold and icy that day. When I came out to get in my vehicle I slipped and fell on my back near the door entrance. The sidewalk was not cleaned off or salted. A pile of snow a lot of old people would have to step over right at the curb. I don't think I got hurt but could have and may be unknowingly. The manager that day came out and asked if I was ok. But what angered me most is that I said I think so but you need to keep the walkway scraped and salted. Her reply kind of snidely was they aren't allowed to use salt on the new concrete. This made me furious because all businesses I know of scrape, shovel and salt their walkways to avoid lawsuits for fall's. And salt doesn't hurt concrete. Had the walkway been cleaned off and salted I would not have fallen. I said to her.. so your sidewalk is more important than your customers? She then told me if I had a problem to call two different numbers. Of which neither one returned my calls. I got the number from the maintenance man because she would not come talk to me. I fell approximately mon 23rd to wed the 26th. Around 9:30 a.m. I don't know the name of the manager but you could find that out. After I left I saw the maintenance man shoveling. I am one of the many locals that frequent the store and would think I would be more appreciated. Spending hundreds a year and what's more it's been remodeled and half the equipment doesn't work. 45 minute wait times in and out of the store. Unclean in lobby and where the employee's work. Poor presentation of food. Not good either. Mixed up order's. And the redo on these stores is hideous. Ugly and unwelcoming. And we the customers pay the price due to increased prices, one reason being millions are being stuck into renovations and with subpar work at that. The old festive McDonald's is what we all want. And you cant call it fast food anymore either because I could order a pizza and get it before getting my order at the drive through or inside. My fall and the conditions at the U.C. McDonald's should also be on video for that day. As I and you know there are multiple camera's throughout the facility inside and out. If I were to pursue a lawsuit this footage would be my evidence and sequestered by my lawyer. I hope it doesn't come to that.

On several occasions, I visit McDonald's on Wednesday's. The location is 805 Vasco Rd. Livermore Ca.
On Wednesdays' its the Manager Special the Hamburgers and Cheeseburger are half price so I always pick two up.
On several occasions I noticed the Manager, I don't his name. Spanish dark hair in his thirties. He only works in the evening.
Well, what he does is, like today I forgot to order a soda, I gave him a dollar he balled it up in his hand and gave me the cup. That has happened many times if you give him cash. Or he will take my order (cash only) cancel and keep the cash. I often think about the children he is taking from.
Desired outcome: Manager should be dismissed, taking money.
Not allowed to buy sauce to make my food my way I eat it
Asked for ketchup and spicy sauce for my chicken sandwich like I have done more the 100 times I pay for it I don't get it for free I pay60 cents a sandwich never had a problem tell to night I spent over$100 there the other night this will be the last time I will every come here again on top u can get your food your way u aways got to wait and it is cold aways so that being said they lost a lot of customers I will post it all over Facebook about Swanton [censored] hole and get a [censored] attude about it never again

Big Mac from McDonald’s
I bought a Big Mac from the tomsriver McDonald's on Fischer blvd today. While I was chewing I had to pull a piece of cardboard out of my mouth. I don't believe this is safe and I'm wondering how a piece of cardboard ended up inside the burger. Cardboard obviously isn't edible and I think there should be some kind of compensation for this. It was disgusting.
Desired outcome: I want to be reimbursed. I don’t think I should have to pay for a cardboard burger.
Poor service and bad manager Mcdonalds-Petronas KLIA
Merchant Mcdonalds-Petronas KLIA via ewallet dated 25/01/2022 at 12:04:21, Refer to the transaction status was successful, however, as I drive thru to collect my food it has been stop due to the Merchant's transaction was unable to print the receipt. The service counter asked me to park my at packing area and not attended for more than 30minutes.
Entire experience
I waited for thirty minutes in line for my order to get messed up multiple times I remained patient as I have worked in fast food myself. Then I get to the next window and the employee had a bad attitude did not apologize for the inconvenience or attitude. I finally received my order and realized when I get home that I was missing my large fries. I am extremely irritated with this huge mess.

The fries are a small when I ordered a large and they are also cold! I ordered a cheeseburg r with ketchup only for my 2 yr old and of course it had everything on it. I am pissed! This is extremely unprofessional
Double quarter pounder meal
I placed an order for a double quarter pounder medium with fries. I asked for my meal fresh due to it being night shift. For some reason the food is never fresh after dark only warm or cold. My order was not fresh as asked and was completely made wrong. I went back to get it remade and the young ladies just opened up the burger and made it really sloppy by using excessive Mac sauce. The fries for the second time were cold with no salt. I ended up throwing my meal in the trash. I was very displeased with this experience.

Last sunday we went to the Mcdonalds in Langley, Bc on Fraser Hwy.In BC they now charge for using single use cups. We brought our clean stainless steel travel mugs for our coffee. They refused to use our mugs and charged us 64 cents for using their singleuse disposable cups. I thought the idea was to use non disposable mugs and we tried then we were charged an exorbiant amount for a disposable mug. Are you just ripping us off-we will not go back. I have been sitting in the McDonald's drive thru on 1300 s and state for 45 minutes and still haven't even gotten to the order box to order my food! Every time I come here for the past 5 years I have had nothing but problems something needs to be done about this! It's 8:31 pm and I am still waiting to order my food! This is rediculous last time they didn't put anything on my one of my mcdoubkes and totally forgot the bun on my chicken sandwich.

Order is always wrong
The past 5 times we have ordered from this location our order has been wrong: food has been forgotten and or special requests ignored or done incorrectly. For example today we paid for extra cheese, the printout showed extra cheese but yet there wasn't even the normal amount of cheese (there was zero cheese). If you try to speak with o management, they just tell you your wrong and they are right…. Even when you show the food and the order.

Unfortunately going to the toilet was a horrible experience to me
Using the toilet I got wet and all the toilet floor was full of water beside toilet paper are on the floor and on the basket and around the basket on the floor. Using the basin u find water pouring from down the basin.
Finally what I saw yesterday shows that there is no maintenance and nobody cleans the toilet. When I asked for the head of the branch Mr. Omar Rabee he wasnt there. They got me Mr. Osman Ahmed who finds that its not an issue and nothing can be done.. He was really rude in his way of talking. Then I asked for someone to talk to higher in position They called Mr. Mahmoud Kamal. (shift manager) He was decent while talking but told me we sent to the maintence but nobody came till now. I was really shocked that they know and thats the easiest answer to be said. I gave him solutions to that problem as to avoid ladies being wet either closing that toilet and using the other toilet for men and ladies or closing the toilet with a very short note (closed for maintenance)
Really a horrible experience staying all way travelling from Cairo to Alexandria with all my clothes wet.
Desired outcome: Cleaning and maintenance of toilets/ people should not be rude in their way of talking specially that they have wrong in their branch .
Poor/rude management
I went through the drive thru with my dad this morning after being at the emergency room all morning for pneumonia. I'd been there all morning, had no money and was hungry. So I had cashed in my free happy meal as I had no money and plenty of rewards saved up on my McDonald's app. The guy kept telling me it was $4.05 which made no sense and I didn't understand his frustration till we got the receipt and they ended up giving us an extra six piece for free and a large coke. All we ordered was the single happy meal that was supposed to be through rewards. We get to the second window and my dad asked if he could just add a drink and he would've been fine with the manager just saying no but instead she ended up accusing us of just trying to get a bunch of free stuff. She gave us the extra stuff. We didn't ask for it and tried to correct it. She got upset with us for him messing up and I don't think he was understanding because he was new and she did apologize but she was really rude. I didn't get her name but she was a short Mexican lady. I worked at McDonald's as a teenager and I know that behavior was completely unnecessary. She could've been overwhelmed but her attack on customers was wrong.

Double fish sandwich
Asked for fish sandwich with exe target and add extra mustard on both sides of bread had sticker on out side if box with order.. Did not get, sandwich was dry ate without bread still dry. Last Sunday orders two the same way double with the same extra. Fish not cooked tasted like dough. My friend put hers in the oven, I threw mine an trash. Didn't file complaint last week didn't want to complain. But I am a paraplegic and have food brought by fr oh ends who drop off. But this can e continue to

Closing Manager
This Complaint is for the Mc Donalds at 4040 Jermantown Rd. Fairfax, VA 22030. I come here frequently around 11pm to 12 midnight. A lot of times they are closed early than what's posted on google. Like tonight I went through the drive thru at 11:54 pm and they said they were closed, on google it says they close at 1am Monday - Thursday. The guy who I spoke to a lot of the times I go there is the closing manager. I don't know his name but he is a big heavy set Hispanic guy with a fresh tattoo on his left arm. I asked him what time do you close he said now. I asked him what time are you supposed to close? He said right now ok, in a rude angry tone of voice and tries to come out side and chase my car and throwing up hand gestures I believe to be gang signs.
Desired outcome: Get rid of him
Drive through window worker
While waiting in line in the drive through, the worker pets a dooooog and then proceeds to still hand food out. I called the store directly to complain and the manager claimed that the worker used sanitizer before handing me my stuff! I didn't argue but I saw that she clearly had on some raggedy (old beaded up) half cut gloves on when she handed me my drink... Just nasty! I will not be back!
