McDonald's the cleanliness

Had a birthday party for granddaughter and the state of the restaurant was absolutely discusting!
Floor hadn't been swept, let alone mopped in months. The tiles where the coffee is made were meant to be cream colored but were dark brown almost black. The sliding glass door had a broken segment almost coming off the rails.
My son and daughter in law don't want to say anything but they spent a lot of money for the party and I think it should of been cleaned. Not sure if we will be going back!

McDonald's smoke house burger, waiting time and service

Thie service at McDonald's on Limonite and Hamner in Eastvale sucks. This is the only McDonald's near our neighborhood, and there is always an issue.Today I purchased two smokehouse burger meals, one single and one double. Why was I charged the same amount for both. The food was cold,
my drinks was not labeled. Food was messing from my order. It's a two lane drive thru, I watched 3 cars order before me and I was there first .

McDonald's service

No one seemed to want to take our order and several workers walking around behind the counter a lady with her purse that was getting off took it order Ten minutes to get order . They all just seemed to not care if they got orders out or not. definitely not the first time this has happened and I had stopped going for a while after the last compliant. went back this evening but I will not go back again.

McDonald's credit card machine not working

I went to the store on Ward Blvd, Wilson NC 27893 and I sat there for 20 minutes before they told me my card did not work. So j went to the ATM got the cash and went back. When I went back I went inside and I found out the machine was broken. This was on July 2, 2018. I went back on July 6 and July 7th and the machine is still broken. I don't carry cash and have to travel across town to go to another McDonalds or go to another restaurant altogether. This is poor customer service. They are turning away customers. Let alone they are always out of something. Everytime I go there they are out of something.

McDonald's burgers and ice cream

First of all everytime we have went there after midnight an tried to order shakes, they always say there machine is not working, an tonight we went there after leaving the beach I had five kids with me an everyone of there burgers were with onions when we told them no onions. Didn't know this till we got home witch we live 25 min. Away. So the kids went hungry cause they would not eat them an my husband ordered a big Mac fries an soda the big Mac was so soggy

McDonald's service/ personnel

I am not a big eater so my order was simple.I ordered, after waiting about 5 min, just a hamburger and small fries. Listening to the other customers complaining i just stepped back and watched. After 10 more min i asked about my order to find out they gave it to someone else. I asked for the manager but she was busy because the drivethru was mixing up orders. I never recieved my change because they were out of pennies. When the manager came to counter she said what was the problem? Telling her i haven't recieved my order. Mind you just a hamburger and fry, to go! And that i was waiting also for my change, 4 cents. She asked for my reciept and i said i was never given one because i didnt get my change yet.Guessing we're at 25- 30 min she said 4 cents really and i said give me a nickel and i said 1 penny really. So i got my food and she threw a quarter at me and said keep the change! I handed the food back and said i want my money back and you can give the burger to one of the homeless hanging outside. Getting pretty loud i said this is the worst experience i ever had anywhere at anytime and walked out. So no food and no money. Truely a once in a lifetime. There were other customers complaining as well. mcdonalds is off my list of . sorry to say

McDonald's 25%off first order through the app offer

I was on the website the other day and saw the 25% discount offer for the first order using the McDonald's mobile app so decided to download the app and use it. Got charged the full price. Queried it with the manager at the store who couldn't find the issue and said normally it is under the "offer section" but even he could see it wasn't there. He told me there was nothing he could do and to send an email on the app to have it rectified.

Even if it was my error, (Which it wasn't as it never showed up in the offer section), I can't believe that I wasn't even offered something as little as a "buy one get one free voucher" or a free small fries as good will. Surely a company of this size could afford to refund the 25% of a $30.55 order or at least offer something?
Below is their response:

Thank you for your email in regards to the 25% discount on your first order through our Mobile Ordering App.

Please be advised that in order to redeem the offer as part of a mobile order the customer needs to tap the offer listed under ‘my rewards' and & then select "apply to order". At the bottom of the order in the basket it will say "Offer will be applied when you place your order" and the order summary will display a discount if applied correctly.

If you are placing an order in store and wish to use the discount, to redeem the offer, you would need to tap the offer and then select "scan". This will display a barcode & offer code which can be scanned or entered at a kiosk in-store after pressing the ‘offer' button, or showing the code to a crew person at the counter, McCafe or Drive-Thru.

Please be advised this is the process for redeeming any of our MyMaccas Rewards.

We hope this clarifies the process in order to redeem your MyMaccas rewards offers.

McDonald's incorrect product given

To whom it may concern

Every morning on my way to work, I stop at McDonald's in Durban Road, Bellville to buy a cappuccino. For at least 5 mornings in a row, once I have driven off, I realize that they have given me coffee instead of a cappuccino - I don't even like plain coffee! Also, I have been paying for the cappuccino which is more expensive. This morning, I checked before driving off and, once again, I had been given coffee so went inside to change it. One can accept 1 mistake but not every morning! This is not acceptable and I am considering taking my business elsewhere! I trust that this matter will be dealt with accordingly. McDonald's the service

I live in jesup ga and we use to have a really good McDonalds but no longer. Every time i gone and ordered through the drive through i always have something missing. Sometimes i dont even know until i get back home. We had mcds tonight i ordered a #1 w/extra mac sauce well when i got home to eat it as soon as i opened to box you could see mac sause just oozing out all around the burger. It looked like they squirted five or six times of the sauce being [censored] because i asked for extra sauce. McDonald's beverages and product

On 6/29/2018 I visited the McDonald's located at 91-590 FARRINGTON HWY STE #2 Kapolei, HI 96707 at approximately 11:30pm. Prior to this visit I had already had some disappointing situations with the product. I was SHOCKED because never had a bad experience here, but that night on 3 previous visits they were serving Coca-Cola that litteraly tasted like flat non-carbonated soda. Reality it tasted like syrup with a nasty flavor. The first time I brought it to the managers attention and I was told that they changed the product out and I was able to test it this time. Honestly it had the same nasty flavor. I frequent this location alot, so out of habit and not thinking, I visit the same store 2 more times the following week and the Coca-Cola dissappoinly tasted the same. So last night, 6/29 being that the mcdMcDonal location at my local waWalma was closed, I reluctantly returned to store #12658 and this time I knew better to order soda, but I ordered my son a happy meal, 3bacon mcdoubles and 3 order of fries. My 8yo son Loves McDonald's fries, but this time he wasn't able to eat the first one. All four orders of fries were so hard I couldn't even break them in half, not to mention they were plainly burnt, the fries were two different colors plain as day in each container, a dark brown and off looking white. My family told me I should definitely go back and get an refund, but honestly im over this McDonald's location. I know you have millions of customers and one person won't make a difference, but if I ever decide to visit a McDonald's again I would rather fight the hectic Walmart traffic and lines to order at that McDonald's than to ever visit this location again. But quite honestly, I never thought I would feel this way, but I may just take all my business to jack in the box, which happens to be right across the street from the McDonald's I've had issues with and I would be more than happy to pay the extra money. They are constantly on point and I can enjoy the food rather than having to take the time to go back and address an issue. I'm the type of customer that NEVER complains or even send emails, but like I said, I'm completely frustrated at this point. Thank you for your time.

McDonald's terrible service

I'm very irritated..
Got to McDonald's Stoneridge at 18:02, my order processed at 18:10 which was all good, 3 seperate orders placed.. The problem was having to wait over 30 minutes for my order.. So much for fast foods..
What made it worse was being told that they busy receiving fold over breads and being offered a refund over 30 minutes later..

There was no professionalism or customer service..

The other order was removed from the screan, without being prepared.. It's only after querying about my order that they started preparing it and was then told about the bread and refund..

I'm very disappointed and annoyed at the same time..

We ended up leaving around 7pm.

I really cannot be spending an hour at McDonald's when we weren't even sitting in.. That's really not acceptable..

Most of the workers there as well as the manager didn't have name tags so I can't really mention names..

After everything, my first order was taken as it was cold and i was told that I'm being given a fresh one only to get home and find that they hadn't put back my spicey hot sauce..

I've never experienced this at any other McDonald's, this was the worst treatment ever..

McDonald's service of employees/ice cream

Sat in drive thru no less than 1/2 hour on June 8, 2018 to order ice cream cones for family. Immediately prior to pulling up to the drive thru window to order, we see customer walk right past us with an order of cones. It was 930pm when we tried to order cones and were told that the ice cream machine was down and not working... AFTER SITTING IN DRIVE THRU FOR HALF HOUR AND SEEING CUSTOMER BEFORE US WITH CONES? Called the store the next morning to speak to manager and spoke to assistant manager named Chauntel who told us that ice cream machine shuts down at 11pm and was definitely working at the time I came in the drive thru, and whoever was working the drive thru at the time straight out LIED to me... This drive thru ALWAYS takes forever, and am very upset with the "service" we received that night as well as when I called in the morning.

McDonald's service

This is my second time complaining. This McDonald's is THE worst! If my grandaughter didn't love it here I would never come here. It's 1:00 on a Saturday, there is one cashier who is very fast and so very friendly.. But she's the only one up there..I asked for manager..who came up with attitude, I asked why there's only one person with literally 10 people behind me..and at least 7 waiting on food..she said oh..sorry we are short handed. And walked away. This location has a 86 rating from health dept..it's nasty..floor is dirty..everywhere. You really need to do something. It's in Pooler, Ga on Pooler parkway.

McDonald's management

I get a large unsweetened tea with Splenda quite often from our local McDonald's. A few weeks prior to the incident the manager got upset with me and removed me as a friend from Facebook. So, my son and I go through McDonald's one afternoon and I order my tea. In front of my 14 year old and his friends tha5 happen to be there, I was told through an employee that this particular manager told me to shove my tea up my [censored]. I was so upset I contact his boss and it was brushed off as a joke. First of all he had been mad at me, no apologies were offered, he hasn't spoken to me since. Our food is noticeably different now when we have to go to that store. I contacted corporate twice and nothing good came out of it. I cannot believe that employees, especially managers, are allowed to treat customers like that.

McDonald's service/manager attitude

my ticket no was order #76 on 6/27/2018 at 2;30pm.
My order was a qtr cheese meal plain no cheese. meat and bread only large fries and coke. I was parked in # 4 at 2:45 they were bring out food for cars that had just parked and not mine. I asked young lady about my food, she seemed like i didn't have an order. I went inside and heard her telling the to cook my food then after I had waited 15 minutes already. She started to give me a refund and still give me my order when a manager in the back said If I took the food I could not get a refund. Well I was hungry and I said just give me my food. When O took food it still was not right I bought it back inside and asked for a refund not wanting spit in my food. (yea, it happens). She said rudely whats wrong with your food now.. I told her and she had the nastiest attitude. They had me wait this long food still not right and didn't know how to treat a loyal customer. She acted like I had made my own order wrong. Mc Donald's use to be one of my favorite places to eat but, there aren't many who care. They should fix your food like it's their own. Managers should lead a better example for employees. Tell them to go to McDonald's in Priceville Al. Great staff who listen and treat you with respect. They should have gave me free meal with a smile. They were wrong

McDonald's no meat in my burgers, employees on the line saying “we should not be so picky when ordering food.

My wife went to McDonald's (#31188) N.M. to order our kids some burgers. As we always have to do with this store, we checked the burger to make sure they were correctly made. After finding that the burger were completely missing meat, my wife went in to the store to talk to the manager and show her that there was no meat, the manager took the burgers and said to the crew on line, "you guys forgot to put the meat in these burgers". My wife said that the line crew just laughed at the problem and said "next time don't be so picky". This all happened around 7pm, our receipt says 6:59pm, 6/28/2018. We ordered 6 cheeseburgers with no onion, my daughters are allergic to onions, 2 cheeseburgers with only pickle, that's all my son likes on his burgers. Why is this so damn hard to make correctly? It really makes me upset that my wife had to hear the laughing and comments coming from employees, after all the customers are still right, right? Please get back in touch with me as soon as possible regarding this problem, hope it does not happen again.

McDonald's order accuracy

Ordered a quarter pounder with no mustard and pickle as I'm allergic to mustard and dislike pickles. I bit into my burger and immediately realized it was wrong with both mustard and pickles. I've been to this restaurant several times in the past. I haven't been back due to the attitude and faulty service and prefer to go to the other McDonalds restaurants in town. However it's the closest to my residence and I keep giving it a chance. I just wish theyd get an order right for once as the other restaurants do.

McDonald's milkshakes

We have been to the McDonald's on South Union and Main Street 3 times and have been told each time they were out of milkshakes. They are still passing out katsup and mustard packets, and we were told only 4 per customer, which is not a lot when you have an XL French fry and a hamburger to top. Sauce pumps are at every McDonalds except this one. Customer service at this location is terrible as well. All of the employees acted like they did not want to be there and had no enthusiasm as well

McDonald's wrong order and delayed order complaint

Hi i went to macdonals at prince albert location store# 40006 and my order number was 62 and it was two junior chicken burgers and i said for extra chicken sauce and they put the extra chicken sauce in only one burger and in the other one they put extra lettuce instead of extra chicken sauce and it was a drive through order and in front of me there was no big order and the lady told me to pull ahed for my order i paid for my order on 2:35 and i was waiting for my order till 2:42 and then i went inside for picking up my order and a girl was coming out with the orders, and I said her that my order is late it was more than 5 minuets waiting only for two junior chicken burgers and the gave the other order with mine that was way behind me and way bigger than mine in quantity and the girl doesn't said me anything not even a single word. I am very disappointed with the service. If i had to wait 6 minutes to get my order I would have gone inside and order. Thankyou

McDonald's forgetting my food

I have been going to the McDonald's everyday for the past year to get to go break fast for me and my co worker I spend $12 and some change there every morning Monday - Friday on my way to work. Over the past year they have forgotten my extra bacon with my big breakfast more times than I can count Friday on 6/22/18 I called them to inform them that we needed to get this taken care of I understand mistakes happen but this is becoming a habit. Not only did they not put my extra bacon in my big breakfast they forgot my 2 hash browns that came with the 2 meals I got and they only have the parfaits every once in a while. You guys are the only yogurt I eat and I cant even get that because that McDonald's only has them once maybe twice a week if I'm lucky. I called the manager Friday he was very nice he said he will talk it over with his crew but he didn't even offer to replace it which was fine I just simply didn't want it to happen again. Monday rolls around and I go through the line to get my food and when I got to the office to eat, there was no extra bacon. I also checked my receipt and I was charged for it.
