I Visited a Macdonalds on June 26
In Jamaica , NY …Our order consist of numerous items and the one in particular was a quarter pounder it wasn’t cooked ! I’m furious, because my 5 year old ate some of the sandwich ..
I’m looking too take further action , no one has contacted me regargong this issue
Desired outcome: Please , I deserve more than a refund of one sandwich my daughter could have gotten extremely sick !!
Preparation of coffee was horrible!!!, I returned it and got money back
It was at 6pm, 7.3.2022 in McDonalds at Union Square.I wanted get a small decaf coffee but 1st cup of coffee looked like spoil milk was there&cup's edges were dark.I asked to change it.They brewed new coffee, but before giving it to me, same team member added in my cup a small dose of coffee from someone elses red color cup that was standing there.
Desired outcome: I returned coffee,got money back.I want know why/what staff adding in small dose to customers cups?When I asked her,she through red cup in trashcan.She should NOT be working in food company.
Food order
Absolutely the worst experience yet, this store on N. 14th st has been gradually going down at each visit, food getting worse with each visit, the service FOR THE MOST PART is good no complaints there but, on my most recent visit July 3rd, 2022 about 12 p.m. the meal I ordered was absolutely disappointing, the meat and bun were both overcooked, the sandwich was ordered with cheese and maybe had a half of a slice on it, no it wasn't a fish filet. The packaging was a wreck and the it was made improperly missing ingredients to top off everything, normally wouldn't complain but this is just ridiculous the way I have been seeing it go down with each visit.
Desired outcome: Pay attention, understand if it were you eating it, you would want it done right.

On 7/2/22 at 8:13pm I placed a mobile order. I redeemed my points on a 6 pc chicken nugget order so I only had to pay for a small fry. My total was $2+. When I went to the window, the cashier asked for an additional $4+. My credit card was charged $7.44. I asked to speak to the manager since there was an obvious error and was being charged for either the car in front of me or behind me. The manager came to the window and continued to tell me I owed an additional $4 even though I showed her my phone confirming I was charged $7.44 in error. She walked away and refused to help me. I did not get my food. I parked and went into the building to get my card credited since I was charged incorrectly and did not receive any food. No one in the store would help me, they all ignored me and the manager walked into the back and would not come out. I called my mom as I wasn't sure what to do at that point. They charged my credit card and did not give me my order. My mom called and after several attempts of calling... because they would not answer the phone, the manager finally answered. My mom told her she was very disappointed at the way I was treated and told the manager, who still refused to give her name, that we are long time customers. Finally Rubi gave her name and said she needed to find the receipt and call her boss as to how to handle this situation. She promised to call me as soon as she was able to reconcile this situation. She never called. I want my credit issued on my card and will never return to this McDonalds again.
Desired outcome: Please provide a refund in the amount of $7.44 and I would expect a courtesy free coupons for the aggravation and terrible service I experienced.
Frappes
I am complaining about the Frappe machine not working and has not for several months. Now this wouldn't be an issue since the other McDonald's locations within 15 miles didnt have a working one either. HOWEVER, now both the pawleys island 29585 location and the small town of Andrew's 29510 both have working frappe machines and yet STILL OUR GEORGETOWN LOCATION DOES NOT! why is this? We are a bigger location than Andrew's and yet still, our equipment continues to stay broken while others get fix. This is ridiculous.

Food issues
My husband and I went to McDonalds yesterday at 6:00 pm on Saturday, July 2nd. The drive thru took forever so my husband parked and went inside. No one in restaurant and took like 20 minutes to get food. We drove home, the hamburgers were cold, the buns were hard and fries were Luke warm. The worst experience I have had at McDonalds. I thought it was supposed to be fast food. I expect to have fresh food and should not have to check my stuff before I leave. Hence Fast Food. Cost us $19.00 for food that was not worth eating.
Desired outcome: Please refund and would appreciate a response.

More than several times these past 3 months were missing 3-4 French fries,2 Bacon cheeseburger,2 regular burgers, chicken nuggets.
No sauces that are requested. Not ONE napkin.?
ON JULY 2nd we were missing 4 small fries.. an a 4 piece nugget.
They had no cup holders,. the cap was not put on my fudge Sunday correctly an spilled all over my passenger seat.
You can imagine the mess.
The lines were backed up in drive thru an I was not going back.
I am disabled an have a hard time walking.
It's hard to check all items in bag when the line behind you is long
Desired outcome: I would like people do be competent in there job...double check the orders.Also would like some compensation for all the food I e paid for an did not get.
Building
We visited the McD’s in Hayesville, NC about a week or so ago. This was by far the worst McD’s I’ve ever been in, and we travel a lot!
Upon entering the building, it was obvious in NEED of a clean up! The ice machine was going off, on it’s own, ice was spilling out onto the floor, the whole area looked in need of cleaning. Looking to the right, the big front table was dirty, and someone had left their bag and other, napkins, crumbs, etc….on the table, and it was never cleaned the entire time we were there.
It took us quite a while to even be acknowledged, and then the order took a long time. The fries were odd! Some seemed cooked, some seemed undercooked, some seemed over cooked?
It took some effort to find a clean table.
The staff was loud in the back, joking, cutting up, and what appeared to be the manager, was the only one who really seemed to be putting forth effort.
The meat on my Big Mac seemed to taste funny, not sure, but my stomach didn’t settle well with it.
We’ve tried to be patient in these recent days, months, with all the unemployment and understaffing,
But this was ridiculous, there were plenty of people in there who could have been cleaning, with all the cutting up that was going on.

My order
Friday July 1, 6.00pm McDonalds Butler, Western Australia
My husband went to the drive through and put an order in for 1 Angus with Bacon Burger, Large Chips, 2 x Happy meals with Nuggets and 3 x Hot Fudge Sundaes Totalling $46.00. We did not get a receipt but I will have my Mastercard statement if needed. There was some sort of glitch with computer and people were waiting impatiently. He finally received the order and returned home. That order consisted of the burger and chips which were too cold to eat. the happy meals were okay but the sundaes turned into 3 lukewarm large hot chocolates which looked very unappealing , these were thrown out also. I rang the store and did not get an answer, again this morning still no answer. Under different circumstances my husband would have gone back but he said that the staff were so stressed out he did not want to add to it. Actually he begged me not to send him back as he was stressed also! We are in our 70s and on the pension so this was a treat for our grandchildren so $46.00 is a lot of money for food to be thrown out.

Order big breakfast with hotcakes. Pulled up to window i asked for mustard. Tenant at window no english. once manager came up and spoke to me what i was need they handed me my food. It was hotcakes and sausage only.. I said no i ordered bigbreakfast with hot cakes manager said yes thats what you have. I said no it is supposed to have eggs with it. I read it from you menu. Mcdonalds batemans bay is supposed to be open 24/7. went there a few weeks back just past 12am on my walk home from pub and they are open but they won't serve you unless your in your car they told me USELESS!

I went inside your restaurant at 14 discovery dr, Bluffton SC on 12/28 around 11:50 am
I tried ordering 2 fries at the kiosk and entered my mc donald app code. The kiosk froze, so I tried another. It didn't work either. I then asked the employee, who appeared quite young to help. He could not place my order either since my code was "stuck" in the kiosk. We asked the manager to intervene. She was in zero rush and ambled over with a major attitude. at this point, I was getting a bit frustrated since we had a movie staring next door at 1210. I rebooted my phone and got a new code. The boy took my order. At this point I approached the manager and begged her to give me my fries so I could go to the movie since I had wasted already close to 15 mns. she gave me a very scary look and a bigger attitude telling me there was a line... I will leave it at this, she scared me, I waited for my fries. I did arrive late at my movie (the reason I had to use the code and the app was because I did not want my mc donalds points to expire). Thank you for dealing with this. I cannot understand that a manager would act like this at all. I also found out the kid was her son. She yelled at him for calling her over in front of us. I mentioned that I was surprised how she spoke to him. He said: she is my mom

I went to macdonald montague gardens resturant to purchase share box meal and the service I receive was very unpleasant.
The lady who assisted me gave me a terrible service, she didnt not ask which drink we would like to order she just gave us coke zero and my wife doesnt consume coke due to health issues.
And they requested me to pay extra r10 when I ask them to change my soft drinks.
Which I refused as I was never ask which flavour I like to order, normally when I purchase they ask, I told the lady at collection that they didnt ask and they said the cashier told her we ordered coke zero.
I'm very disappointed with macdonald and I would like the leaders at the higher level to intervene in this matter.
We can't be treated like this, we spend our money and we need to be treated with respected.

We had a fairly simple order of 2 cheeseburger meals... A plain hamburger happy meal and a plain burger on it own. We were given 2 burger meals instead.
At the window while we were waiting on our food 2 female employees were having a tiff which made us feel very uncomfortable.
We never got the extra burger... Napkins... Sauce or even a receipt

mango slushy
I purchased a $2.49 slushy which was filled over 1 1/2 from the top of the cup. This happened twice. The second time when I saw what they were serving (1 1/2" from top) I told them I did not want it. They informed that corporate said this was what was to be served.. My suggestion is that if you are charging for a medium, give it in a full cup or provide a smaller cup so one would not feel they are being cheated.
