McDonald's we employees have a damn good reason to be rude

There is always a reason that any fast food (mostly mcdonalds) employee is rude to you. Or maybe it's just me. I currently work at

mcdonalds and I can either be the nicest worker there or the [censor]iest. Here is a list of things I have assembled that will give you an insight.

Next time you complain, you might need to consider this before you do:

1. When ordering through the drive thru, be sure to look at the 12 inch screen displayed in front of you to ensure that your order is accurate. I always make sure to ask if the order on the screen looks correct and I always get an uneasy "...Suree..." or straight up "yes." Even if I know for a fact something is missing I repeat the order after the customers, and once again they reply with a yes. As soon as they get their food, they ### saying they didn't get their mcdouble or whatever, and look through their receipt to their surprise! They didn't get charged for it.
2. While in the drive thru, when you are paying, the employee usually asks you if this is your order and repeats everything. You should probably pay real close attention or you'll end up paying 15 bucks more than what you were supposed to get. Don't say the big mac meal is yours when you clearly ordered a large coke and thats it.
3. Be specific when you order your meals please, because if you just say "A number 1 meal" the standard size you'll get is a medium. Don't ask me if I made it large AFTER you paid.
4. If you noticed that the drive thru is a little backed up, you should probably get off your lazy ### and go inside. That way you'll get the food faster, and don't have to deal with the "rude" employees because you're all pissed that it's taking so long.
5. When we park you, we do it not in spite of you, it's because your food is obviously not ready. Clearly there are 5 more cars behind you but that doesn't mean they got the same exact thing that you ordered. So don't come in all pissed voicing your observation.
6. The reason nothing is stocked or clean usually is because fat people like YOU GUYS keep coming in and ordering a ### ton of food, that way it's almost impossible to get anything done.

I know this is long, thank you for reading this. The key points are the first 2. ### at me all you want, but anyone who has worked at mcdonalds or fast food in general will say the same exact thing.

You shouldnt be in customer service if you dont like customers, You are getting paid to be there, the customer is paying for you to be there, You should be there with the attitude I AM GETTING PAID TO BE HERE & MUST DO MY JOB WELL ... NOT, you should be nice to me because I am here to wait on you.

(although I agree people should be nicer to everyone)

I work in Disability services. A few months ago, a client of mine got a job at a local McDonalds. My job is to accompany my client to work and assist with training and generally settle them into their new role. This gave me access to the staff areas and kitchen, a place most customers aren't familiar with, and being an outsider, gave me an excellent perspective on what it is like to work at McDonalds.
Every day I witnessed fully grown (physically, I'm guessing not emotionally) adults berating 16 year old boys and girls because they didn't want a pickle or because of some other garbage. The level of disdain most customers had towards staff was disgusting. These kids (and a lot of mature age workers too) come to work because they WANT to work, and man do they work hard!
Believe it or not folks, fast food is a high pressure industry. Mistakes happen, the food is cheap, and they will often give you something for free if you have to wait too long.
McDonalds workers get paid pittance and have to put up with a lot of ###, go easy on them...

People who work in food service jobs do not have it easy. When you have a job dealing with the public there are going to be times when you have customers who are rude and have no thought as to what your job entails. I get aggravated standing in a long line at McDonald's and look to see they only have one person taking orders. Remember is it is the MANAGER who is responsible to have enough people up front. At the drive through I sit at the window to check my order before driving off. It annoys them, but saves me from being angry when my order is not right. If it is something like sauce it only takes a few seconds. However, if it is something more and I am asked to drive forward I only go up enough for the next car to get to the window. Waitresses in restaurants such as Cracker Barrel only make around $2.50 an hr. They depend on tips. Please remember to tip even if it is only a dollar a person. And remember it is not your waitress that makes your order, they only enter it into the computer. It is the kitchen staff who are responsible for putting the order together. A side note: someone I know worked at Cracker Barrel. A worker there put a steak in the sink and left the water running which ran down including raw pieces of meat over the salad making counter and into the vat where the ice cream is kept. It was so much water that pieces of raw meat got into the ice cream. The ice cream was then ruined and he took it out to replace it. The manager came by saw what he was doing and screamed at him to just pick out the pieces of raw meat and serve it anyway. The guy quit then and there.

I agree with Stealth Pilot, the user redtulip has obviously never had a job before because when you get a job, you are assigned to a certain position. For example, the kitchen crew that you saw laughing and joking around in the back, is assigned to make the food and that's it. You don't even know if they know how to take orders yet. There's a person assigned to a register on the front counter, and that person is responsible for it, and no one is allowed in it (due to being short). It's not like there's going to be a person standing there all day waiting for someone to come in. You get in trouble for just standing there doing nothing. So how about you shut the ### up and consider these things.

okay well how about this? How many times have i been told to pull forward in a drive through and wait for my order and then sit there for 15 minutes completely forgotten about? A BUNCH! How many times have a looked towards the kitchen and seen employees playing, laughing, talking, or staring off into space while i'm waiting for someone to come take my order? A BUNCH! I don't mind fast food employees and i am nice to them as long as i see they are taking their job seriously and actually trying to accomplish something. Unfortunately the majority of them are just lazy and looking for an easy job they can get paid for without having to put in much effort.

@ Anita Maccy Ds is a good job. It is one of the few things you can do that get you up the retail career ladder quickly, and you don't pay for your training.

Now @customers_suck I agree with you. There is no point of people being rude as it is their mistake and their fault they don't listen. And if they see the drive thru backed up then maybe they should go else where or go inside. I worked in Burger King and I know how rude people can be, but you have to stay happy and just take it.

McDonald's lack of 'special sauce', and charging for extra

Ok, so maybe this is just being whiny, but would it really kill McDonalds to actually put on more than a quarter of a teaspoon of their special sauce to their Big Mac's? And they leave the other side of the burger (both patties) dry! And then if you ask for more, since there is not enough to begin with, they actually have the nerve to try and charge you for it! It's bad enough that the Big Mac has gone down in size over the decades (hardly big enough to be called a Big Mac anymore), but now they are so stingy with the sauce that the burger is pretty much dry. And putting on catsup, just doesn't make it taste right. So, considering also how bad it is for me (so full of fat and cholesterol), I quit eating them altogether. Heck, quit going to any McDonalds at all. Jack in the Box usually treats us better, so we give them our money instead.

Yeah, I agree. I just never thought everyone (well, a few people) would end up so hot-headed about it and it would end up with two pages of mostly two people arguing so much. But wow! Yeah, it was whiny. the few times I posted after my post, I had been in a bad place and was lashing out. My fault. And yeah, my beginning post was whiny. At least I can happily say McDonalds no longer gets my money, and in the end that is what counts to me. To say the least, this is the very last time I even check this complaint. It went way beyond the small question I had asked about

If you don't like my question, then why answer? You have nothing better to do with your time? I'm not mad, I honestly could care less about your opinion. And will not put any more of my precious time reading your ridiculous comments (not everyone else's, just those two). I asked a real question, and just wanted a real answer. And no, you two most certainly did not give a real answer.

It was just something that had always bothered me. And, to be perfectly clear, I don't eat the Jack in the box burgers. They have salads. You know, greens? Vegetables? The complaint was me just wondering why McDonalds is so stingy about their sauce. Are all of the other 'whiners' who commented McDonalds employees?

McDonald's large shakes

What’s the deal with the new McDonalds’ large shakes. What a rip off. You use to be able to get a large shake in a large cup. Now you get a medium shake with a squirt of cool whip and a cherry for the price of a large. What’s up with this? If I wanted a medium shake with that stuff on it, I would ask for it. I want a large shake again. Pay more, get less.
Calling a medium a large does not make it a large, it makes it a rip off and McDonalds a bunch of THIEF’s!
Paying $2.50 - $3.00 for 10 drinks of a shake. What a deal, not! I am wondering if McDonalds is doing this everywhere or if this is a local rip off.?
If you are going to down grade you should consult the customer. They handed me this shake as if I was suppose to act as if nothing had changed. What if I changed my mind? They would have had to throw it away.
They could take the time to ask me to bend over before they start to screw me.
Should have told me about the change before they made it. I would not have wasted anyone’s time.
Times are already hard, now fast food has got to screw the little guy.

They need to go back to using the same cups the soda comes in. Why should somebody get a lot more soda as a medium compared to a tiny plastic cup that's not even close to the same size. The new way is made with syrup that isn't even mixed in. Also the shake needs to be thicker. Got awfully runny before I got half done. What a disappointment. All this so we don't have to pay as much. The idea of going there was to get that big paper cup filled with thick ice cream, not some pretty looking cup with cream and cherries. It's fast food for God's sake, not a Starbucks or Gloria Jeans. Americans want real burgers, fries and shakes. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS. Thank you.

Well I have to say that I am glad it wasn't just me. I just ordered a med. shake and they handed me a small with a gob of whipped cream on top! I looked at him like "are you serious?"! Then handed it back and told them to remake it cause I HATE whipped cream! Spraying whipped cream on it and putting a dome lid on does not make a med. shake become a large! That is like a 5ft person putting on 6 in heels and saying they are normally that tall! Hello! If I wanted a med. shake I would have order it! Thanks but give me what I order if you want me to return! I actually googled to see if all MDs were doing this! I was shocked!

32 oz for $3.50 is fare but 16 oz for $3.50 is a ripe-off. To hand your customer half of what they used to get and play it off as is nothing has changed is bad business practice. Good by Mick [censored]. Going back to Frosties for my sugar fix.

ARE YOU SERIOUS? Capitalism? Poor Planning ? We're talking chocolate shakes - what the heck! Look it's not capitalism (###) or poor planning (Jack Wagon) it's the old bait and switch. When you pay for product X for years then one day you order product X and get product y it's human nature to be upset. Sure you don't have to buy it but that's not the point. the point is that the consumer is used to a known product in a know quantity at a known price. If that changes the consumer has a right to complain and make his point known in an effort to persuade the selling party to return the product to it's original state. If that happens YAY for the consumer. If not - move on to a better place. I agree with the Chris32344543. McDonald's is trying to be something they are not. McDonald's should forget about being like Starbucks and just stay McDonald's. Great shakes, great fry's and good fun. This whole McCafe thing is a marketing campaign I personally DO NOT like. I too like the old shakes. I don't order shakes at McDonald's anymore.

Just experienced the same thing this week, in New Hampshire. Ordered the large shake they asked if I wanted whipped cream and a cherry? I said no, why? They said well, we "This is the large sized shake, " she said. To which I inquired, "since when?" Since Monday she said. I then asked if it was the same price. She answered, "Yes, no change." I told her that's too bad, McD's is going to lose a lot of buisiness and told her to keep the shake and give me my money back. GOODBYE Mickey D!

At the mcdonalds near me, they lowered the prices by a lot... A small shake is $1.99 instead of the usual $2.70 ish. Its because they down sized it thats why we lowered the price. I don't know about you guys. The new small shake cup is equivalent to a small iced mocha/latte cup, and a medium is equivalent to a medium iced mocha/latte cup etc.

Did you consult with the counter staff about the size of the cup? When they handed the cup to you, you had the option to tell them you changed your mind and request a refund. To complain about it this long after you left the restaurant is poor planning on your part.

McDonald's mcdonald's franchisers in hot plate

McDonald's is a company of stocks...not the vision of Ray Crock. I watched MdDonald's corporate destroy my hardworking honest father after he worked his whole life as a franchisee with all kinds of awards and recognition. One day he told them he was retiring and wanted to sell his store. You would think this good store owner of 35 years had signed with the devil! They started giving him horrible scores on thier inspections instantly and devalued his store to be worth NOTHING! For 35 years every time my father got ahead, McDonalds would find some new equipment he HAD to have or would make him totally remodel so he was ALWAYS in debt.
What a racket! No wonder people find the food unpalatable. There is nothing in it thats good.

McDonald's unjust employee rules

I am very tired of hearing my friends complain about Mcdonalds employee rules. I am not employed, but I've heard enough complaints to the point I know what goes on around there.
Number one.
I hope a manager there reads this.

My cousin recently worked in Mcdonalds. ( He can get into better jobs than this but he was here for a short period of time so he had no choice)

My cousin has severe back problems. So just as he started to work, he asked one of the managers if he can go home because his back started to hurt.
Then the manager said " No you may not. We have a packed schedule and no one is allowed to switch for today"
So guess what, he didn't end up home when he was suppose to.

So after 6 hours, he finishes.
My dad and I drove to Mcdonalds because he called us.
So I escorted him to the car.
We got home. Then we took him to the hospital. The doctor says that he apparently got really bad.
Then, without hesitation, I just screamed on top of my lungs,
"NO ###ING WAY"

Guess what, if work is more important than health to you then why don't you try getting pregnant and see if you can work while your wife is in deep pain.
SECONDLY

My girlfriend also works there.
She can get a better job too, just that she's in high school.
I recently asked her to change her maximum work time to 7. Every time. And the first time she was registering, I also saw her putting her availability to the maximum of 10pm. But all of a sudden, it's ignored
She tells me that they don't care.
Well I can tell that the managers have no more future, but some people there actually do have good grades. jeez.

Kay Mcdonalds, get a better system.
Im tired of you guys. really. I am.
I don't know how long I can POSSIBLY deal with their system.
It's just so unorganized.

I hope a Mcdonalds

McDonald's playland

McDonald's went to all the expense to change the outside appearance and a new playland. I took my grandchildren ages 2 and 5 this early evening. Both grandchildren were so excited about the new playland and knew if it was dirty as previous prior to the remodeling we wouldn't be going.
NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Rules posted say SOCK REQUIRED. PLAYLAND FOR CHILDREN 3 AND UNDER.
Four children there barefoot and children over 3 years of age. I informed by 5 year old grandson the rules said 3 AND UNDER and he immediately reviewed the rules and accepted the RULE that children 3 and under was the RULE.
I brought it to the attention of the supervisor and he argued with me that it was a SORT OF RULE. I informed him the playland will be as dirty as before with barefeet and children 3 and over on the toys. I am 62 years old and have knowledge that the playland is meant for this age group. 5 is too old.
I INFORMED THE SUPERVISOR I will never return to that McDonald nor any other. I am tired of being disrespected and being treated as a minority by the african americans and hispanics. What happened to respect just for the customer and listening to what is being said. RULES ARE RULES and I requested if that wasn't the rule then take it off.
WHAT IS BECOMING OF PLAYLANDS THAT THEY HAVE TO BE SO DIRTY AND A NORMAL CAUCASIAN SENIOR CANNOT ENJOY A LITTLE PLAY TIME WITH THEIR GRANDCHILDREN and following the rules.
I will share this event with my friends and make sure they boycott McDonalds since they all seem to be the same on the northside of Chicago. IS IT SO MUCH TO ASK FOR CLEANLINESS AND SHOES AND FOLLOWING THE AGE GROUP?

McDonald's rude managers trying to use a coupon

I go into stores and fast food restaurants, even doctors offices now with the expectation that I'm going to get treated like crap and I have to go out of my way to be super nice or else someone is going to really lay into me. Well I ventured into a mcdonalds the other day and tried to order a grilled chicken sandwhich meal with a medium fry, and I had a coupon for a free drink with any purchase. So I asked the obese manager if I could please use my coupon and she looked at it, threw it across the counter, and said in a loud obnoxious voice "WHAT YOU WANT TWO DRINKS? CUZ THE MEAL COME WIT A DRINK AND IF YOU USE THIS COUPON YOU AINT GONNA GET THE DRINK FOR FREE' And I said ok nevermind and put it back in my pocket feeling humiliated and degraded. HOW EMBARASSING!
I didn't get an attitude with her, I just walked out after I got my food with my dignity stripped by how loud she was and getting my coupon flung across the counter.
I'm sick of being treated like that by people.
I don't know why I waste my money at sickening establishments like this.
I won't anymore I know that much.
I know customers aren't always right, trust me I've worked with people and many customers are a lot less than pleasant, but I just put on a fake smile and did my job.
I even worked at Mcdonalds once, so I know the job sucks. But this woman is a manager for crying out loud, you'd think she would have learned the proper way to handle it is to calmly explain why I couldn't use a coupon to get a drink if I was already getting a meal...which to me doesn't seem right anyway because if she would of just took the sandwhich and fries and rung them up separate, and then used my coupon for the drink, I would have gotten a deal! But instead their employees would rather bully the customer and embarass them.
Thanks Mcdonalds.

OK WHY COULDN'T SHE HAVE JUST SAID POLITELY INSTEAD OF THROWING THINGS AT ME AND TREATING ME LIKE AN ANIMAL. That is the complaint I could care less about the coupon at this point or if I had to pay for the meal, but I wouldn't think anyone would want to be spoken to like that.

No I'm not going to accept customer service like that from a restaurant. I would never treat my customer like that. They do dumb things all the time at the office where I work and if one of them came in and tried to pay their account with a credit card I wouldn't run them out and scream at them and throw the card over my desk at them...I'd just say, like I always do, sorry mam but we accept cash, check, or money order only at this time. Thanks for your understanding. Unfourtunately America has gotten used to this way of life of treating people like crap and the cycle goes on and on and people just accept it and blame themselves. (LIKE ME) Glad I came on here to report it. Goodnight.

It said with ANY PURCHASE. It didn't say you couldn't order a meal so I figured it wasn't a big deal. Besides do you really think that deserves the coupon flung back at me and a loud voice? These people are paid to take orders and help the customer. I shouldn't have to figure out that I can't use my coupon by getting yelled at like I'm mentally handicapped or a child who just knocked over the mop water for Christ sakes. I just ordered a meal and tried to get my drink free. I didn't realize how foolish of me that was.

after having the coupon thrown back at me I really didn't want to take up any more of her time for fear of what else she might do.

McDonald's quality of service

I am in a vehicle all day, every day and am forced to eat at fast food/quick shop places. I have visited numerous McDonalds in the Des Moines area and it's always the same, the food is never quite what is ordered. The ONLY time I can count on decent service is when the McDonalds is staffed with older workers. I agree with the previous complaint about the ethnic makeup of the workers. I wonder how many are illegal? It's really exasperating when you expect english to be spoken in America's restaurants and all you get is gibberish. WAKE UP MCDONALDS

It's interesting how you expect great service for those measly $3 in your pocket. How about you make your own lunch, and not say things like you're "force" to eat somewhere. There is no external duress that is causing your eating choices, just your lazy fat ###. Typical Americans.

I actually work at that McDonald's store and I understand where you're coming from. A lot of the staff can be on edge and a little distracted during the busy periods. I do understand the complaint, but as far as I know there are never burnt nuggets. The vat has a timer, and it beeps like crazy when it goes off. Consumers don't suffer? When I am working we are polite to customers and when we make a mistake in the order, we fix it and even give something extra for the inconvenience. The late night shift often has only 4 or 5 staff members on at a time and they have to clean the whole store, stock up fridges and serve customers. We even have the drunk customers and teenagers who come in after parties. I do understand that we make mistakes but we do try and fix them.

McDonald's stupid staff

So when ever I got to mcdonald I order a double hamburger, only ketchup. Then, when I get it I always check it and always find a mistake. So remember I ordered a double hamburger only ketchup, well I got a double hamburger with everything on it, I asked for only ketchup on it! Then one day I found out why they always do this, i'll tell you what I heard them say:
I walk in and wait in line, then I order, (Another pert to the complaint) I have to wait 10-15 minutes for my food, I sit down at my table, I check my hamburger, and there it is with everything on it, I wrap it back up and take it to the cashier and tell them "you guys made a mistake on my food, I asked for a double hamburger only ketchup."
He says "oh i'm so sorry, will fix it and have it out in a second."
5 minutes later "here you go sir" I take the food back to my table and check it again, it looked exactly the same as before. I repeat all this again about 5 times and then the 5 time the casher went back to the cooks and this is what I heard, "this customer asked for a double hamburger only ketchup" the cook says this "whats a double hamburger with only ketchup?" wtf I think, so I yell back to them "its a hamburger with 2 hamburger patties with ketchup on top of them with hamburger buns on the top and bottom of it!"
Wtf is mcdonald's teaching it's workers?!?!?!?!?!

Must be the same McDonalds I visited @ the Walmart in Bay St. Louis MS! I got almost the same thing verbatim when attempting to order a double cheeseburger with mustard only.

I swear (or should say that I wanted to swear) I told them several times that I wanted a double cheeseburger with mustard only and each time the cashier asked me if I wanted cheese on it. Exactly what part of a double cheeseburger is so hard to understand!?!

I planed a birthday party for my best friends 2 year old. I booked the playplace at our local McDonalds 2 months ago. Today when I arrived to set up for the party I was informed that not only did they book a second party at the same time but they also booked another party 30 minutes later. Whose ever heard of a childs birthday party lasting 30 minutes? It took us over an hour to get any food, the playplace was so packed most of our party had to set out in the resaurant, and we were informed that they didn't have enough plates, hats, or birthday cakes for all three parties. These things are supposed to be included in the price of the party. we were not worried about the cake because I brought one along with ice cream. but because we were supposed to get plates i didn't bring these. our guests ended up eating cake and ice cream out of big mac boxes. the kids could hardly play because they were being pushed around by the older kids from the 2 other parties. and there really wasn't enough room. This party was going to be a gift for my friend and her son because the company that she worked for went under in Dec. and she lost her job and really couldn't afford to have the party herself. Now instead of feeling like I gave them a gift I feel like I gave them a headache. No one working for McDonalds said that they were sorry and all the manager did was offer to call the other McDonalds in the area to see if they could take on one of the parties and we were willing to move but he never came back to inform us of what they said. am i wrong to feel like we were cheated out of the party we were promised 2 months ago?

To whom it may concern

I am very unhappy about my last visit to the McDonalds Rangitikei Street. Palmerston North early in May. I went the morning to book a party for a girl that turn 4 her parents was not in the position to have a party for her so I went and ask if I could book it for the afternoon at 4pm. The manager on duty said it wss in order everything will be fine.

I arrived there at 4pm with friends waiting nothing was ready.. We stood there while they were cleaning the floor and rushing around after I had to ask what about the party. Then a guy started to help us. He was very friendly his name was Luke. But after the few bits of paper wsa on the table we saw him once when he took the orders and again whne he was chatting to the other mothers. The kids were out of control running around and very sooon got bored.

There were in total 5 children. When i went to pay the bill $80! I almost got a heart attack!
I did phone the store afterwards and complaint about that. The manager on duty returned my call by saying they prefer to have bookings 2 weeks in advance. For what I wondered and if so why did the manager on duty not say to me sorry we cannot take a late booking. She just said we appreciate your response but we can do nothing further.

I am very unhappy regarding this and would appreciate it if something could be done about this.

I also plan a birthday party in September 2009 for my 2 yr old son and I had the same experience. When I first made the reservation I was told I would have the whole play area for my party. I was also going to have someone help me with my son birthday party and I hardly ever got the help form them. The play area was a mess when I arrived. All the tables were dirty the play area was not clean and ready for my son birthday party. To top it off 5 mins after I arrive some other family arrive stating they had already book a party too. Now that was very upsetting to my husband and me becuase what was told to me was not a word they kept. I paid the deposit plus I paid everybodies food which is ok but nothing went so right that day. Agian with a Im sorry they say they thing they can fix anything then just shut us up. Now I do plan to make my sons birthday party at mcdonalds but another location. I want something in writing telling me what it offers so I can show them and I wont run into this problem again. I really hope everything will go better this year since last year was not good/great at all.

McDonald's coffee machine always broken... or supposed to be open 24hrs. and always not ready to serve at 5:30 am

I went several times last week at 5:30 am on my way into work to get coffee, and every time the coffee machine was not working. I work at Lowe's in the same parking lot as McDonald's and Starbucks. I chose to go to McDonald's because of the drive through window and the coffee is just as good as Starbucks but cheaper. three days that week the Ice mocha machine was broken so I went to Starbucks and spent the extra money to get coffee. I would think early in the morning is when people buy the most coffee, and the machine would not always be broken. Many of my co workers have had the same experience and would rather spend more money at Starbucks for the convience than the hassle of the McDonald's on Manhattan Blvd. Every time someone says they are going to McDonald's for coffee I tell them not to waste their time.

Sincerely,
Alice Hamer

McDonald's rude and unprofessional

I am entering this complaint because this situation has been going on for a little while with no solution. My Granddaughter goes there for her children because they love McDonalds. She was told last week that she could not come their anymore because they have problems with one of there employees named Deb Gauthier. This women is a lier, she steals and just does terrible things to people. She got people fired that should not have been just because she didn't like them. I have reported her before and nothing was done about it. This has really gone to far now and I am even thinking of bringing a law suit against the McDonald and also Deb Gauthier. The Manager is afraid of her so doesn't say anything to her. How can you allow this kind of conduct to go on? Thank you for your time and if I do not hear I will get a lawyer to pursue this.

McDonald's poor service and food quality

To Whom it May Concern:

I would like to bring to your attention that, one McDonald's branch in Las Piñas I should have a terrible customer service and low food quality as well. This morning, I went to the said store from work and would like to eat some breakfast before going home. I gave my order: Value meal #15; 2pcs. hotcake with sausage with an upgrade iced mocha for the drinks.

Apparently, I waited for more than 15 minutes for the iced mocha to be served and I even called the 'Barrista's' attention that I already waited that long.

But the answer of the 'barrista' was:

"Dapat po kasi kini-claim dito eh."

So it's still the responsibility of the customer to wait and claim the desired order in the McCafe section? Isn't it that the orders are being flashed in the LCD tv in that section of the store?

Which for me was totally unacceptable!

Another thing, when I checked on the hotcake, it was not well done... It looked so pale. My very question is:

How should the hotcake be done?

This made me more aggreviated and frustrated and just decided to leave the store.

I'm sending this, because if the service and food quality was not good and will not improve, definitely, you will have more frustrated customers and the worst thing would be to lose the business at the end of the day.

I hope that this complaint would be a lesson that we should learn from and should not happen again.
Thank you.

McDonald's latte

I visited this mcdonalds after dropping my kids off at school. I orderd a carmel latte and the cup was only half full and when I brought to the managers attention all she did was tell me that it was what I paid for . When I go to different Mcdonalds and order the same thing the cup is full so I know how full it is suppose to be. I feel that she was unprofessonal and was very unhelpfull. I always told that the customer is alwasy right but not at this location. I feel that something needs to be done about making sure the customers are leaving satisfied.

McDonald's Told I didn't order enough fries for more ketchup!

Last night I went through the drive- thru ordered 4 burgers and a large fry for my husband and I to share. I received 4 ketchup packets and when requested what looked to me to be the MANAGER for more, he told me "I cant give you more, or there will be an extra charge." I said "Really? for all this food 4 ketchup packets is all I can have?" He said " Yes because you dont have enough fries, then proceeded to very rudley put 5 more packets into my bag closed the window and walked away! I was in shock, since when is McDonalds doing so bad they need to charge extra for over 4 packets of ketchup, and who is this man to tell me how much ketchup is too much for my fries? My husband and I would only have had two and 1/2 packets of ketchup a peice to share a large fry, I dont think asking for a few more was that much of an outrageous request. I dont know how this man ever became a manager, I am still amazed by this mans customer service skills! wow!
