McDonald's manager

I just went in the drive thru and the manager gave me attitude saying that my credit card machine is down is cash only and said I'm short hand is gonna be a wait left me there for at least 20 min is every time at the 3 shift spot tat this happen. Then I go in he is sweating down eating a salad in the lobby with a book while eating while the employees are yelling his name nelson I need a void. Is this manager do get out of here gonna call corporate make a complaint to tammy so plz get new manager for this shift cuz he is rude is inappropriate dress and look drunk all the time.

McDonald's employee training regarding incidents on the premises

On 10/5/19 I sustained a n injury due to a fall at the entrance to this location. The employees were helpful once inside. Being an HR professional my question is are the employees trained to make a report of incidents on the premises. I was rushed to the hospital so at the time so I never thought about a report. Since then I have been told that whether the company was at fault or not a report should have been made. I have not been back there since I am still recovering from my injury. I am a concerned customer regarding proper procedures and training of your employees. If necessary to contact me see below. Thank you

McDonald's toilets baby change table

I am totally disgusted with the neglect of hygiene in parents toilet, the babies change table was covered in mould, this is disrespectful and threatening to children's health and this is not the first complaint I have made about the s same place same changetable this I s second complaint, now you tell me what company ignores a health complaint twice only mcdonalds this is sickening to think this matter has not been fixed the first complaint ', im sickened to my stomach with the thought this has bn my fave fast food outlet for as long as I can remember and now I am starting to question why its not right and something has to be done

McDonald's two big mac meals

I ordered 2 big mac meals.. One is supposed to be a large with a chocolate shake and the other was a large with light lettuce and extra onions and a dr pepper... And when I recieved my order thru ubereats my order was completely cold.. They gave me extra lettuce and no onions s or cheese.. Plus I never received my chocolate shake and they sent me 2 diet cokes instead... I would like for them to remake my order and send it back to me

McDonald's not honoring coupon

First off, I have always considered McD's the best of all the rest. I visit Mcd's anywhere from 3-5 times per week, probably for the last 30yrs. And unless
traveling out of my immediate area, I frequent the one nearest me on 4264 Washington Rd, Evans GA.

Near the beginning of 2019, I purchased a coupon card from the Boy Scouts of America, specifically because it had McD's on it, as well as 2 other restaurants I visit in Evans, GA. The coupon card was for any McD's location in the CSRA, and valid thru 12/31/19. It was for a buy one get one free 10pc McNugget. Now I love McNuggets, but let's face it, 20 is a bit much for one unless being shared or having a binge craving. That said I can safely estimate that I've only used this coupon maybe 5-6 times at this Evans location since I bought it.

Today, 10/24/19, I go thru the drive thru & place my order, then at the window when I was asked to present my coupon, the lady informed me that they don't accept this coupon anymore. When I mentioned to her that they've honored it here at this location since I purchased it, she asked if I wanted to speak to a manager, which I replied yes. The manager reiterated that they don't accept the
Boy Scouts of America coupon at this franchise anymore. When I asked why not anymore, when they had always done so, all I got was some explanation that this franchise was never supposed to be included in this coupon deal. So I cancelled my order and left.

The coupon states any McD's in the CSRA and this location is in the CSRA, and this location has always accepted this coupon in the past without exception or complaint, nor any mention of it being invalid at this franchise.

Now if i visit 3-5 times per week for 30yrs and spend at $4-8 each time, let's avg 4 times at $6 for 50 weeks for 30 yrs, that would amount to $36, 000 over my lifetime. Guess it is finally time to take my business elsewhere, Burger King, ChikFiLa, Arbys, Zaxbys, Krystals, Sonic, etc, all because this McD's couldn't afford to honor a coupon for a free $4 10pc McNugget.

I went to 23Ave NW Edmonton and the line up for food and coffee with more than half an hour and only one counter was available for the trainee.
More than five customers left without ordering and I had waited more than 40 minutes and repeated more than 5 times for
Food and coffee amnd your trainee was
Unreacted by waiting your manager to key the food and coffee.
Your Manager or female employee was yelling to me that all customers should wait for her to perform. Yelling and screaming in the restarraunt were happened and I left. Improper
Taining employee in customers times and no second counter available were unacceptable

McDonald's monopoly scam

We got caught up in the hype of monopoly started by McDonald's, I ordered 3 burgers that were advertised with 1 ticket on each, only to receive no tickets, when I asked the girl at the counter, she explained that the tickets have run out and no longer available on those selected items, unable to understand or make sense with her explanation, can't argue with a 13 to 14 year old so I left.
I smell a scam and would like to know how can they mislead customers with false advertisements and get away with it ?

McDonald's staff & products

I was at Macdonalds in Rustenburg numerous times, when we go there they never have buns for some reason, or they don't have the wrap for the breakfast wrap or the ice cream machine is not working ... oh and the best part they never have all the ingredients for coffee? How is this even possible. You might as well close your doors... this use to be the best Macdonalds now it's really useless. And the staff are not helpful at all, it's like it's just to much to help their clients.

McDonald's very poor service from an employee and a manager

10/21/2019

Receipt shows my order time of 11:07 A.M. After 20 minutes passed with no food, went back to the counter and asked an employee what was taking my food so long. She asked an employee bagging up orders who just started yelling. I'm hard of hearing and don't know exactly what she was saying but her tone of voice and demeaner suggested she was less than pleased about the question. Waited another 5 minutes and tracked down a manager named Charlene who said "we've got some issues and are just recovering from a power failure". I can understand the power failure but think the delay should have applied to the 10 customers who came in behind me and got their orders with the normal, everyday speed, well before I got my order. Then Charlene asked me what I'd ordered and I told her 2 egg McMuffins from a kiosk under the "All Day Breakfast Menu". She informed me that the breakfast order was part of the problem because they didn't have "all day breakfast". I looked at her unbelievingly and told her they sure did because I had just ordered from the all day breakfast menu. She told me again they did not have all day breakfast. WHAT !?!?

I can understand and deal with unexpected situations like a power failure or a bus load of 40 school children showing up unannounced but I won't deal with nasty attitudes from employees and certainly not attitude problems with managers.

Some of the employees and at least one manager (Charlene) need some further customer service training. Actually, they need a LOT of further customer service training.

I won't go back to that location again unless or until I hear from you explaining what you have done or are doing to prevent recurrence of that shoddy service.

McDonald's mcribs

I ordered 2 McRibs and when I opened the first one is was so dry no sauce at all, so much so I checked and the second one had no sauce on it either! I didn't even eat the second one! I waited so long for them to come back and now I'm totally disappointed. I probably won't go back for any more! I remember them as being covered with a barb-a-que sauce and I really liked them now I won't try them again! I'm sure I'm not the only one who ordered them and got totally disappointed! Don't know if it was just the mc Donald's I stopped st or it is just the way they are being made, but really they should be made the way we remember! Judith rasley st [protected]@yahoo.com

McDonald's service... food

Waited in drive thru at least 30 min. One windo open. When I received my food I pulled to the side and checked my bag. Food was totally ice cooled ! Went in and asked to speak to the manager and it took forever fo her to come to the counter! I told her just give me my money back and she was totally defensive and never said she was sorry! Got my money and went to chick fa la next door and was in and out in no time! This restaurant needs to be staffed with a manager that knows what to do! Me Washington you shoul be embarrassed to run such a store!

McDonald's making order

I went to this McDonald's on 2700 S Kirkwood Rd, Houston, TX 77077 and I was trying to make a breakfast order for my son as I was talking to the cashier the so called manager called EMMA came and started shouting bin the cashier to be fast when she has not even spend a minute taking my order so I told her she doesn't need to shout at the cashier because she's doing her job and she's the only one and there's a line but she started to insult me saying is not a must for me to buy McDonald for my son and she said fool black and she's also a black dark very slim ugly thin and she contihue insulting me with the order on e that's working at the back spitting inside my order. This EMMA is not meant to be working at McDonald's at all she's a evil being and inpatient soul. She and the other one walking together to fix the food are not qualified to deal with customer at all I even have their pictures to send is only the cashier that's patient and we'll professional others are just trash.

McDonald's rude employees

On 10-19-2019 at 4am, I decided to stop for breakfast at the McDonald's right in front of the hospital I work at in Birmingham. I arrived at 4:01am and waited to order in the drive thru. Only one vehicle was ahead of me and no others around. After the vehicle ahead of me placed their order, they pulled around. I was told to "hold on a min". At 4:10am, I was asked to place my order. I have long enjoyed McDonald's biscuits. I placed my order of (2) bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. I was told to pull around. Once at the first window, I could see an older female employee writing something down next to the register and a male employee walking around in the background. After a minute or so, she walked away, never to be seen again. She never even acknowledged I was there. I waited until 4:15am before I decided to pull up to the next window, hoping to see someone. At 4:20am, after not seeing anyone at the window, I decided to drive away due to my shift about to start at 4:30am.

I really do enjoy McDonald's breakfast. The whole point of getting there when I did was to pick up breakfast and eat before work. But sitting in the drive thru for 20 mins just to be ignored is not the way I wanted to start my day.

McDonald's double cheese burger

My partner and I visited Hervey Bay's McDonald on 19-10-2019 @ 08:41hrs, and ordered a Double Cheeseburger. We were number: 121.
The advertisement on television shows a large Double Cheeseburger, almost too big to take a bite from. When the burger arrived, it was so tiny, that a 2 year old child could have eaten it. The burger wasn't even even either, the top bun was almost off the rest of the burger. It was also dripping with fat. We were absolutely disgusted with your product. The buns were so small, and lettuce was limp! My pancakes were delicious, however my coffee was just warm, and as always, I specifically ask for "extra hot". This is so disappointing, as we love McCafe' coffee.

McDonald's service

I just returned home from Store number 22086 in Lynn MA. Once again, they left an item out of my order. An egg mcmuffin this time. I have had to return to this store on 2 other occasions to pick up items that were missing, I am not going back again! I would like to be given this item next time I go by that way, or receive a gift card for another store! I have tried calling this store for over an hour, but the lines are all tied up! I have my receipt number. KS(hash tag sign) 13. I hope to hear from someone soon! thank you.

McDonald's service

I went to McDonald's at Moorebank today and ordered McFlurry and large coke got to pick up in drive thru and the staff member leaned over and dropped the order all over me the coke opened up and all over my lap my upholstery and my mobile phone.i looked up and she was gone then another girl came up which was the manager and told her what happen and told her if the mess and damage to my seat and phone and wiring in my car no apology or anything I have taken photos of this and I'm going to get quotes on the damage I will be taking this further

McDonald's facilities danger

A terrifying experience happened to me in a McDonald's restaurant. On Saturday October 12, 2019 I was in the restroom of your McDonald's at the Florence, Italy train station. I was in this bathroom with 2 other women when the pocket door to the washing area would not slide back open and we got trapped! For 45 minutes we were locked in the 5'x5 1/2' area while inept company workers tried to get the door open even though they were not doing the correct things to get the door to slide back open.

In trying to open the pocket door they had gotten it off the track and the 2 Italian ladies inside with me kept explaining to these men that the door was 1+ inches lower on the right corner than the left but they just kept hitting the door with a hammer ( or something similar) or putting a very thin screwdriver under the door in a feeble attempt to get the door back in the track. The police were called after 30 minutes but that was of no help.

One of the women trapped with me was getting very upset as I also was. After 45 minutes somehow the door was prided open and we all immediately got out of there! No one around spoke English (I'm American) so I don't know if they wanted to apologize or what my concern was get away from that terrifying experience and seeing my husband, he was not allowed to even come down to the door to check on me, the worker just keep insisting he pay .80 euros if he wanted to go there!

I can not begin to express how scary and totally upsetting this experience was. No matter where in the world a McDonald's restaurant is every part of that building should be in excellent working condition.

I pray that this facility will be inspected so this unnerving and extremely stressful incident will not happen to anyone else, legal action could be taken if it does.

McDonald's going to the back of the line

Today about 12:03, October 14th, I ordered a #3 large combo with a coke, so naturally the girl at the window entered a bacon quarter pounder and I was given the wrong price. When I got to the pay window, she said "Bacon quarter pounder?" and I said no. My order was corrected and my price was correct. When I got to the food window, I was asked to pull forward. Then I watched no fewer than EIGHT CARS get their food and go around me. Finally, I was so furious that I got out of my car to go in and confront the manager about WHY I didn't have my food, and met the poor crew member assigned to bring it out to me. Listen, the management of this restaurant has gone WAY down hill, but the worst is going to the back of the line BECAUSE THE CREW SCREWED UP! NOT OKAY! I left the lot about 18 after 12, AGAIN NOT OKAY for a fast-food restaurant. Did they have to slaughter the cow before they made that quarter pounder?
You will just have to deal with the all caps because I'm still so furious I could scream! Notice: you do NOT ask a customer who is inconvenienced because of a crew mistake to be inconvenienced further by having their order put together when the crew gets around to it. THIS IS A CORPORATE PROBLEM! Fix it or you've lost this customer for good.

McDonald's employee and manager (fraud) identity theft

Well i was looking for a job and i went to mcdonald's for a walking interview, and i ask the manager is he still doing interview at this time?. He said OH NO! and the Staff manager said don't be rude just come at 2:30 or 3:00pm and this happens week ago (Oct. 2. 2019). So i came back and a lady interview you me but i was expecting the manager but i was a little confused he felt like he want to do any interview. And so the lady asked me question and said " do you have your ID and Social security"? and i said yes, and felt like had the job but something wasn't right abut this location the staff manager had people coming in and the employees will go outside and not doing their job. So i waited for a call back but i never hear from them, and so i called them they said they never interviewed me but they took my identity with a copy. I want THEM FIRED! this unacceptable they can not ask for ID and Social Security unless you are hired

McDonald's unethical behavior from a female staff in red tee seemed to be manager called apple

At around 15:00 on 28-Sep-2019
Apple (I saw the name from her name tag) was servicing an old man and said, Do u have any xx card? The old man replied Yes I have. Apple raised up her voice, looked unfriendly and said, I asked u many times before and u did not give me any response, now u said Yes u have?! She pointed to his helper and said: u better assist him to order. After the order, Apple directly said $37, instead of Thanks $37. The old man looked to his helper and asked, how much? I can't hear clearly, and his helper talked the amount for several occasions and finally she just showed him some hand signal. I'm no sure if Apple encountered something from this man before I entered. However, in my opinion, it's really a bad service and attitude i've ever seen in McDonald's and we are talking about she is in a manager/leader position. She really breaks the image of McD and I feel full of scare from her activities. Even I only know the second part of their conversation, I can't understand why she needs to scold the man and not fully assisting him. She is not working in a service industry? So no need to RESPECT and give good service to CUSTOMERS? I can't see any bad words from the man since I entered.
I've sent a complaint letter in Chinese via FB messenger to the service team from McDonald's Macau. However I know they've already have a look on my complaints, but they did not reply me after a day. I hope this complaints-board can give me a response, otherwise I will have further action against this case.
