McDonald's service

On November 14th I went to the McDonalds on East Stone Drive in Kingsport Tennessee, and I ordered a caramel macchiato. I always go there because of the great service and they make their macchiatos very tasty. Upon leaving (I ordered at the window) I took a drink and it tasted like cold coffee with a strong coffee taste. Thinking I just need to stir it up I waited until I got home and stirred it up and tasted it. It was horrible! They had forgotten to put the caramel in, and all I tasted was a strong iced coffee taste, I called McDonalds and a young man by the name of Tyler I believe, told me he would write my name down, and I could come pick it up the next day. I didn't make it the next day because I was sick, but on the 16th I drove by to pick up my macchiato, and the man in the window (I could not see his name and he did not tell me) told me my name was not there and "I was not getting a macchiato for free" This infuriated me because I never want anything for free, I always pay for my items when I order there. It was their mistake and I just wanted what they promised. So I drove away and here I am. Please take care of your rude workers there, because otherwise you will lose many customers. McDonald's breakie wrap with sausage

Dear mcdonald when 18/11/2018 at mcdonalds malaysia sungai besi i purchased a breakie wrap with sausage but when i get the item I had a shock normally i will get a wrap look like a roll but this time the design wrap is totally different it looks like a triangle and all the ingredients inside the wrap is totally mess up i hope i can get a response from u guys mcdonald malaysia

McDonald's unethical behavior and

this november 17, 2018, we order in online delivery, we always order in mc'donalds thru online and we always have complained in every transaction. But only this day that we're really feel so mad or angry to them because they always deliver incomplete items. then they always say that the call center is the one who did wrong but its was clear that they're the one who did wrong because the receipt are in complete items but the foods they deliver is incomplete, the crew their don't make sure that the order is complete, and when we talk to delivery man, he just said that its not his fault. We always pay for exact amount that's why we contacted them again to ask those incomplete order. but they don't answering our calls or text now, or any response about it.

McDonald's lost and or damaged my property

I left a scooter/bycicle outside McDonald's property..In Wich at the time I arrived my property was gone they employees Dash manager safely put it in their possession or property in which they said I would be able to get it back at a certain time.. in which at the certain time they told me to go get it I arrived and they wouldn't let me get it till another employee arrive which have the keys to the room they had it in so they've been playing games it's been three days scooter is valuable to me

McDonald's unethical behavior, service, insubordinate, leadership standard procedures

To whom it may concern as a former McDonald's employee (crew trainer) from [protected] at the Paris Illinois facility I have seen a few issues with store #3996 in Pontiac Illinois.

11/08/18
1) Did not get a sausage egg McMuffin sandwich with meal from drive thru.
a) Called and got a free sandwich
b) Had to wait an extra 15 minutes for it to be made
c) Poor communication from Manager to grill team in making the sandwich
d) Grill employee stated out loud " I do not know how to make that sandwich
e) Manager asked another grill employee to make it and the response from said employee was " I am going on break now". This was said in front of me the customer. I stated to that employee if he worked for me he would have been disciplined.
f) The third grill employee had long hair in a pony tail down to the mid line of his back with no hairnet while preparing food.
g) Team Lead or Manager no clear identifying clothing to show hierarchy bragging about "hooking friends up" with free food.
h) The manager's unprofessionalism talking about her social life versus the customer service at hand.

2) Left with correct sandwich; however, questioning the leadership, culture, and how the world class values in action of McDonalds may not be sustained in facility #3996.

1) Drive through forgot the same sandwich again as stated in 11/08/18.
a) Store#3996

c) Facility gave sandwich after driving back to facility
2) Same issue less than two week period makes me question the facility ownership of culture, values, training methods, hiring practices, and so forth.

Reasonable request: to see facility #3996 adhere to the policies, standard work, and world class status of products, and customer service that McDonald's is globally known for.

McDonald's wrong takeout order.

I bought 2 cheeseburgers for my kids to bring home on a snowy evening and found that my order was wrong. I specifically wanted no ketchup, no mustard and extra pickles on both. They put only ketchup on both cheeseburgers. My kids refused to eat them. I was disappointed and since it was snowing, I did not want to drag my kids with me to go back to McDonald's to complain for a replacement.

McDonald's rude employee

A friend and I went to McDonald's this morning to eat breakfast. The food was fine but when my friend went to ask for some jelly for her biscuit, this female employee, don't know her name, saw her standing there but started talking to another employee ignoring the fact my friend was standing there wanting to ask for some jelly. That's not very good customer service ignoring your customers like that.

McDonald's food service

I arrived to a local McDonald's and used the drive-thru. I waited about 10 minutes because they had only 1 member taking orders for both drive-thru lanes. I ordered 3 Chicken Mcnuggets meals and when I told my drink flavors, they told me they didn't have any drinks at all. I pull up to the window and never got my nuggets sauces for all 3 orders. Also, no napkins or ketchup. Really?

McDonald's food poisoning

hi, I went t o mcdonalds on Friday nov 10 at about 2 am and purchased a big mac meal and two mcdoubles after working a thirteen hour shift. I got home ate my food and at about 6 am woke up to extreme abdominal pain. I went to the bathroom and had diarehea, vomiting, and cold sweats. Im pretty sure I had food poisoning from the food. Just thought id let someone know im probably going to avoid eating mcdonalds in the future even though ive been a fan for a long time.

McDonald's bayeux restaurant service

Very poor service and complete lack of customer care. Extremely poor in-premises service saw me wait for well over 1 hour and still did not receive my in- house food service as per self-service ordering. Complainents on the day 4 deep at the counter. Letter of complaint written to manager with copy to McDonalds head office in France but no response from either by more than 1 month after the event. Do not eat at McDonalds Bayeux.

McDonald's mcdonald's soda

The Graham NC store soda doesn't taste like Diet Coke or Dr Pepper for lunch or dinner. The same goes for the Burlington NC store.
Do any of the stores clean their lines?. Does all the stores have the same issues?
Can McDonalds in general make changes to their soda systems where there is no cross contamination of flavors when choosing a flavor.

McDonald's customer service

I went to the Taylor Texas store and the manager Samantha charged me twice. I was charged for the customer behind me and my order. I tired to explain to her and she told me that I need to listen to the order when it is repeated back. I tried to explain she didn't repeat the order and she walked off. Now I lost my money on food I never got. [protected]. I would like my money back.

On Sunday November 4th our family entered McDonald's on Main Street in Albert Lea Minnesota ordered for adult males one kids meal to go when we returned home which was four minutes later the fragile called the cheeseburgers are called and my granddaughters cheeseburger did not have a burger at all on it and proceeded to go down and get a burger at an attitude from home spoke with Abby who also gave me a very very strong attitude and refused to try to make any kind of apology or compensation

McDonald's food

I was at North Vernon Indiana's McDonalds last night. All of our food was very cold and my sons chicken nuggets still felt frozen. I tried calling the store a total of 38 times (I have the screenshot of it) and not once did I get an answer. Their lobby is currently being remodeled and the drive thru was slammed. I did not have time to sit in drive thru for another almost 20 minutes. I'm not very happy with the situation. I have included the picture of my receipt and of the amount of times I called. McDonald's manager named joyce

I have been into mcdonalds multiple times where this manager joyce had been incredibly rude and disrespectful to me, she gives attitude to customers, i thought working customer service you are supposed to atleast pretend you are nice, i had asked for to add extra patties to my big mac and she rolled her eyes at me and looked me up and down, and when i said something asking what the problem was, all she said was "that will be a large meal im guessing?". I had talked to other people about this and they said they have had problems with her too, im really hoping something will be done about this because enough is enough, i will no longer becoming to the lacombe location until something is done about her

McDonald's extra big big mac meal

I went to have a meal at McDonald's Manly wharf last Wednesday the 24th October and I made a purchase at 3:48pm for $13.80 of the Big Mac meal with extra meat patties; and chips and a large chocolate thick shake. When they served it to me, the top pattie was hanging 50% out of the bun.But worst the burger strangely only had the meat patties inside the main buns and no sauce, no salad, no pickles, no cheese .And the chocolate thick shake was strangely 1 quarter white on top.And also the fries were not very hot.I thought straight away they must of being playing a joke on me.The young woman serving me was of Islander appearance and when I showed her the burger she didn't apologise at all, and she said she would get me another one made. In which she did. I usually don't go to McDonald's at Manly wharf, Sydney as a few years ago my burger had a long hair in it.And the cashier was laughing.And I'm sure it was done on purpose. This store also has very uncomfortable seating out side and not enough seating .And there is usually only one cashier on at a time all the time at this store which isn't adequate for such a busy area.And usually this store has brats working there.And I'm sorry to say, But I usually get treated like the gentleman I am at "Hungry Jacks" up the other end of the corso by most of the staff over the years and I'm treated like a mate.And I keep finding over and over the last ten years I've lived in Manly that the wharf "McDonald's"staff are usually "up the creek"and that the staff being recruited at the wharf are atrocious and rude and not helpful.I also find the burgers and chips are usually not hot enough.And the soft serve ice creams are always half the ice cream volume content of the ones at "Hungry Jacks".And like the "McDonald's " in Times Square New York" which I've been to.They permanently have extra patty Big Mac meals .And with Extra Big shakes and extra big chips.And it's not just an occasional special like in Australia.

McDonald's drive thru nobody answers, slow and rude services

Hi customer services, the kids and I were here on Sunday 10/28/18 at the drive thru and nobody would answer and take out orders after I was calling "hello 5 -6 times and asked "I'm ready to order, are you here?". We thought the machine was broken, so we changed the other drive thru lane, but there were 2 cars before us So we decided to go inside. Even if the machine was broken, there should be a sign at the drive thru, but there wasn't any!
We came inside and let them know that we were at the drive-thru and nobody answers to takes our orders. The lady in the grey uniform with the headset said "she heard us, but she was too busy to respond." Which raised the questions, that this location could have done better so I don't have to wait for 3-4 mins at the drive thru to take the order. There were 3-4 people working and it even took them 20-25 mins to received my order inside. They were so rude raising eyebrows, laughing at each other when I was nicely asked to work on my order since I ordered outside and I had to go. I hope you address this issue to them to take their job seriously and respect others. I think McDonald is always better than this and always better with customer services. I have a restaurant, and if they work for me, I would FIRE THEM.

McDonald's service by cashiers

Good afternoon. I am a regular customer of the mcdonald's restaurant on 136 west 3rd street new york, ny 10012 store #2767. I have been coming in each day with a smile on my face to enjoy a cup of coffee. Every single time I order my coffee, food, or both I get nothing but attitude. From the manager down to the all latino females. I'm not nor have I ever been prejudice, but I am a caucasian female who understands the spanish language. I know when someone is mocking me or trying to make a joke out of me. I can only account for the shift that works from 8am to 1pm. I'm not doing this bc I have time to waste, i'm doing this bc I value my hard earned money which I spend there every day and never once have I been disrespectful. Unfortunately each day I am disrespected, laughed at and talked about. I have tried to speak with the manager to no avail, for she acts just like the employees beneath her. And I can go on for pages and pages about the service, but let's just use the word "incompetent".

McDonald's milkshake machine in greensburg ky

Why is there no milkshake machine at the Greensburg Ky store. I have a free peeler for a milkshake and why do I have to go to another location. Campbellsville Ky store 11 miles up the road has one but it is broken. This makes no sense a multi trillion dollar company can't provide its stores with equipment and that works.
