McDonald's health and safety

I have never in my 36 well traveled years of experience ever come across a restaurant so disgustingly dirty and a big hazard of public health and safety.

The McDonalds; in Walmart; in Guildford; in surrey was complete with garbage everywhere, food and dressing not even cleaned from ordering counter, not to mention the tables and floor; absolute uncaring attitude of employee service.

This restaurant would be shut down until proper staff could be found

My husband recently walked into a McDonalds on Mountain Road in Moncton . The grates that collect the snow were over flowing with water and my husband fell. When the young guy working saw him fall he went to his supervisor and said I asked you to get me a shop vac to vacuum up the water as that guy just slipped and fell. The supervisor said "too bad" What kind of service is that. I noticed that in Canada you cannot contact McDonalds through their website to file a complaint such as this. You can in the USA. They give you phone numbers to call so that you can pay the long distance charge.
I was reading mcDonalds values on their website and if this is part of their values I best not be going there anymore. I think they better ensure that their employees know and live their values as well. They are very lucky that my husband was not injured.

High temps kill most bacterias and viruses, the chances are you will be accused of being unhygienic with thorough hand washing and that's what they'll say why you were up all night, and there's no way to prove you picked up a bug from them direct otherwise.

McDonald's are untouchable! They have their HACCP books all filled in regardless of if the actual requirement of cleaning legislation. even if it has not been followed or practiced ! A family member use to work as an all night cleaner and they would not supply them with hot water and it was always minimum cleaning products supplied. ( the cleaning manager got a yearly bonus if she kept to a £50 a month cleaning budget! ) HACCP - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hazard_Analysis_and_Critical_Control_Points

Also, because they're top rank on the FTSE 100 ( it's all about the politics and the big tax payers and bribes I reckon ), the big bad boys will always win any court case when it comes to due diligence, suing etc

I would like to point out that my store did not have handwash readily available a points within the cooking areas.

The white shirts are the only ones who get yearly bonuses and the poor monekys doing a hard graft get nothing.

McDonald's por service, wrong orders, old & cold food

I went to mcdonald's today 1/16/09 at 12:47 p. M located at 101 w. Lerdo hwy shafter, ca 93263 store#15755 and I ordered a meal from drive thru. It took me 15 minutes to get my food. There was only one car in front of me.. When I got and got everything out of the bag I saw a totally different order.. They did not give me what I ordered. The burger was old and the fries were old and cold.. This is not the first time this happens to me. I think mcdonalds should hire more responsible people instead of irresponsible high school teenagers that play around and not take their job seriously..

When I attended MacDonald Restaurant at 6:10 am on Thursday 08th of December, 2011 at 375-377 George street, Sydney NSW 2000, The duty manager, who provided me absolutely bad service to me, I knew under the policy, no FREE tea or coffee will be provided under the VIP card, but he got no comparison, he got no smile and refused to provide the name as this duty manager knew I am going to compliant for his attitude. I am so lucky to know this duty manager from other staff. His name is Hank (If I am not spelling wrong). He did not say this is the policy at the beginning & asked me to wait for more than 15 minutes aside until I've to disturb him & he said that. He said I am not serving you anymore & his voice is getting loud. I have never seen any MacDonald Restaurant staff like him, he is so rude to me, even the policy is right for MacDonald Restaurant. Please provide any result or I'll any further to Fair Trading. My email address is : jeffchanno1@hotmail.com

McDonald's heat

My husband and I went to have breakfast today, Jan. 16. We specifically went there because the other establishment we go to is usually really cold, so we chose to go to Mcdonalds instead. How Ironic! We got our food and sat down, it was so cold in the building we couldn't hardly eat. The seats are metal and they felt like sitting on a block of ice. There was an employee cleaning the playground. She said it was so cold out there that her fingers hurt.
When we got up that morning, it was 12 degrees outside. So you can only imagine how cold it was in a restaurant without heat. The manager said she has no control over the thermostat, that the temp is set at night at closing and it can't be changed. This is absolutely ridiculous. No one should have to sit and try to eat in such unbelievable environment. We couldn't eat fast enough, our food was cold before we could eat it, and we couldn't wait to get out of there. If you want customers, you need to provide comfortable temperatures for them while they dine. You need to rethink your procedure.
Ellen Gage, Pampa, Tx
p.s. the service was good, probably the best we have ever received from there. But, we won't be back because of the cold.

speaking as a manager at a mcdonalds it gets either really cold or really hot and i as well as the other managers that work there are told to not touch th hvac system ONLY the store owner can. so sometimes it is not our fault. also you must also think of the comfort level of the crew providing service to you. would you really like it to be nice and toasty in the lobby for you but people in the grill are sweating while making your food? something to think about

McDonald's no customer service

Just to be clear, this is the McDonald's in Abacoa, off Donald Ross and Military Trail in Jupiter, FL. Store #23783. I haven't had so many issues at any other McDonald's location and I don't believe this store is representative of the chain in general.

Although my recent (and definitely LAST) visit prompted this report, my frustration comes as a result of several bad experiences I've had at this location. I should have learned my lesson before, but the convenience of this location for me personally is difficult to resist.

Basically I don't have a fantastic story of any great injustices. It's just a consistent pattern of experiences that are not up to par with what I usually find at other fast food places.

Problems here fall into three categories: Impolite employees who speak rudely (if at all), failure to deliver the proper items in the order, and poorly cooked or assembled food items. Any one of these is pretty common from time to time anywhere, and I think I am a pretty reasonable person about this.. I realize I am not paying much for the meal and they aren't getting paid much to make it.

On any given visit to this McDonald's, you will probably be greeted with something like 'What do you want?' or just a blank stare if inside. You will probably have to repeat even the simplest order (I almost always get a number one with a diet coke, no special requests, so it's not like I'm ordering weird stuff).

You will then be commanded 'drive up'. At the window, someone will probably be on the headset with the next customer and simply stick their hand out for payment. They might take the time to state your total. They will then hand back your change or card, but at no time will they acknowledge or thank you.

Similar treatment at the next window, someone will wordlessly thrust a bag/drink at you and then slam the glass shut. Next, you may or may not find that you have the proper items in your bag. Actually sometimes I get bonus items here, so maybe this is alright :). Probably not so good for the person in front or behind who gets my order.

Finally, you will very likely find that whatever you'd ended up with is missing things like basic condiments, undercooked/frozen, and put together with so little care that things are not even in the right order (I know, a Big Mac has a lot of parts, but let's at least get a bun on both the top and bottom).

I know that these types of things are par for the course. It's just that the frequency of bad service and bad food served up at this McDonald's location greatly exceeds anything I've experienced before. I consider them a rip off because they do not meet even the low standards for typical fast food.

I disagree with this comment. First, it's Mc Donald's, let's put things in perspective. Second, we go here every once in a while on the weekend and the kids working here have always been fast and friendly.

Why does Mcdonald's have the screen that confirms your order, as you place it, when in the drive thru? This story all took place in a matter of 30 minutes. My husband placed a simple order for a value meal and other items. After watching the order and seeing it was correct on the screen. He picked up the order. It was missing fries and we finally found out it was missing the 10 piece chicken nuggets out of the meal. We were given a Big Mac instead. (We didn't order a Big Mac)The manager on duty told my husband he didn't order any fries and would not offer any apologies or attempt to correct the error. I called to explain and hoped to resolve the situation when the manager identified herself as the one who prepared his meal and like she told him, he didn't order any fries. She proceeded to call us liars because we couldn't produce the receipt that they never gave us. She was short and uncooperative. I am not concerned with the food error, but the fact that #1. Don't call your customer's liar and #2. The manager, of all people, should know better to represent Mcdonalds with more professionalism. All the commercials they show these days do not do justice for how many times I have been rudely treated by the employees of Mcdonalds. What is customer serice these days? Do they offer classes for it? Don't they have to fill out forms when they start working (especially managers)? Do the rules of employment include cutomer satisfaction? I have taken classes through numerous companies and they do not take a lot of time to reiterate manners! You may throw this away, but at least discuss amongst yourselves actually how many times customer service has let you down. People should be held accountable for their behavior when working one on one with the public.

I work at a McDonald's' in Galveston, Texas. My first job in fast food. I have a shift manager who seems to think managing is to bully call names blame others for her mistakes. She has had costumers say she is so rude and unprofessional. I even have people telling me they won't be back. I am an older woman and I come the old school where you treat the customer with respect and I am genuinely happy to see people come into our store. I work front counter most of the time. I always greet customers as they come into the store. I wish them well and thanks for coming back to see us. I see my shift manager treat costumers as if they are stealing when they try to right a mistake. I have had the meanest people respond to friendly service and and their well being with a smile for me. They always thank me when all I did was little things to let them know they are special to us. My shift manager gets angry at me because of this. She Say's people are very rude to her! She is openly yelling and even threatening us with a write up. S he bully's us by telling us she holds the key to where we get a raise or not, because she reports us to management. With her acting the way she does I know for me it is hard to concentrate on my work. The more she yells the more mistakes I will make. Her shift is he only one that has such a high mistake ratio. I have told the upper management but all she Say's is she knows. S he told me that unfortunately, she is the kind of person who will try to make herself look good by trying to blame others. S he also told me because I am such a nice person and very sweet it is usually me she hits at. I try very hard to please.
I have been out of a very an abusive marriage now for 6 months. My whole married life was me trying to please my husband not to get approval but not to get beat or killed. I am still at the stage of doing things now as a matter of life or death there fore, I do a very good job. The woman does not care about those things at all you can't please her unless you are her pet. Any way I am resigned to this fact now. I need this job 8.00 hour. I left my marriage with only the clothes on my back no money car clothes nothing. I have come so far just to find that there are bullies every where.

PS
I am in therapy here in Galveston and I all in all I am coming around. I have had to learn to drive catch a bus shop for myself, all things others find is their right in life. I get to keep my money and know one takes It from me. These are things I am THANKFUL for every day.

McDonald's charging for condiments

We frequently visit this McDonalds and came in this evening for a meal. We placed our order and paid with a credit card. When our order was ready we asked for dipping sauce and were dismayed to find that this McDonalds is now charging $0.11 cents per container for your dipping sauce. This is outrages! What next, are you going to start charging $0.11 cents for a little packet of ketchup or maybe $0.11 cents for a lid or a straw? You are the first and only fast food restaurant I know of that charges for condiments! All I wanted was a couple of containers, in the past I would ask for sauce and your employees would give me several when I only needed one. Instead of penalizing your customers why don’t you train your employees to be more conservative when handing them out.

I can not tell you how upsetting and appalling this is to me and I will be voicing my opinion to everyone who will listen! This will include FaceBook postings to all my friends and discussions around the “free” coffee maker at work on Monday! I also plan to contact the other fast food restaurants in the area and encourage them to advertise that their condiments are still free!

well get this.. i went through my locale mcdonalds. in the drive thru and ordered a hamburger and i asked what came on it. after telling me what came with it. i simply asked for only mayo pickles and mustard. and asked for extra pickles. then to my surprise as she rang the order up. i saw on the screen that she had charged me .20 cents for mayo. i said wait a sec. did you just charge me 20 cent to add mayo to my burger?. she said yes. i said no take it off im not paying to put mayo on my burger.. how stupid is that. i spoke with mang. found out the owner has the option to charge. so i called the corporate line. and got no further they will not give numbers to higher ups.. and they say any locale owner has the right to place their own charges. this is ridiculous. and someone should do something about this. and i think i should start the process. so whose with me. if you can help please contact me gene34e@yahoo.com im seeking a lawer about this. if you have any info. please let me know. or if you want to stand up with me on this please let me know also. PS i know condiments in the drive through are free. but mcdonalds doesn't have regular mayo in the drive thru. its all lite mayo. and i do not like the taste of light mayo.

One night while me and my girlfriend are on our way home; She has a sudden craving (She's Pregnant). So we stop at McDonald's and instead of just getting her craving we decided to order Dinner. So we place our Order

2 McDouble's No Mustard, Extra Onion
1 6 Piece Nugget w/ Sweet and Sour Sauce
1 Large Fry
1 Large Sweet Tea

1 #1 Big Mac Meal
With Large Cherry Coke

Totaling roughly 12$

First of all, I've been ticked off at McDonald's since the one day out of the blue they started asking for money for extra sweet and sour sauce.. However, most don't ask. So it's hit or miss. This time we pulled up to the window, I asked for an Extra Sweet and Sour Sauce for my McNuggets and Mayonnaise for my girlfriends Sandwhich. I'm then told well they only charged me for one and it would be .30 cents for another.. Well I just paid with my Debit Card, and I don't have change.. I rarely carry money at all on me.. So I told them, never mind I didn't have the change. We got our bag of food, and after being requested to pay for condiments, I surely checked the bag as I'm sure everyone else does to make sure the order is correct. Did I even get the one I had been "charged" for? No. So I wait for them to come back to the window, and tell them.. Can I get the one I'm supposed to get then.. Basically being called a liar.. She says.. "I know I put one in there" with a smug attitude and reluctantly gives me 1 Sauce, and 2 Mayo packages.

It's one thing to force someone to pay for a condiment packet, (Which is what I feel completes my meal) but then coming back with an attitude when you didn't do your job is a completely different story.. McDonald's is no longer, "Made the way you like it".. It's "Made the way we can make money"

I'm only lucky I'm not actually allergic to mustard, because I've bit down on far to many where they don't bother to do the order right. It's either 1. Mexicans who don't understand English, or Teenagers with no work Ethic running this global conglomerate.. Worse thing is, no one will stop going there because it's quick food.

For the price of a single meal; you could feed a family of 2-4.. Can of Tuna, Box of Tuna Helper, even get fancy and add a can of Corn.. It's like 4 bucks. IF THAT.

The McDonald's in Turtle Lake, WI just started charging for condiments. 25 cents extra for a packet of mayo or ketchup. I'd never heard of that before. Any other restaurant has that stuff sitting on the table. McDonald's is just using a new method to gouge their customers.

PEOPLE WILL COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING IF THEY KNOW SOMEONE ELSE WILL LISTEN. I HAVE SEEN AND HEARD SO MANY RIDICULOUS THINGS IN MY TIME AT MCDONALDS THAT YOU WOULD ALL BE SHOCKED. SAUCES IS JUST A PETTY ONE.

FOR THOSE THAT LIKE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT EVERYTHING, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. GO TO A RESTAURANT THAT YOU KNOW WON'T CHARGE YOU FOR YOUR SAUCE, OR THE FREE FOOD YOU ARE TRYING TO CON THEM OUT OF. MCDONALDS ISN'T THE ONLY PLACE TO EAT.

OH, AND FOR THE RECORD, IT IS MUST HEALTHIER AND MUST CHEAPER TO EAT AND COOK AT HOME! WHY IS AMERICA ONE OF THE MOST OBESE COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD? CAUSE NONE OF YOU WANNA COOK AT HOME. STOP CHOOSING THE DRIVE THRU AND MAKE A FREAKIN HOME COOKED MEAL EVERY NOW AND AGAIN. SHOW YOUR KIDS THAT THERE IS MORE OUT THERE THAN JUST BURGERS AND FRIES.

YET ANOTHER UNFORTUNATE THING. MCDONALDS RELIES IN THE FACT THAT YOU GUYS DONT COOK AT HOME ANYMORE. SO, I GUESS IT IS A WIN WIN FOR ALL OF YOU. YOU'LL ALL GET FAT AND UNHEALTHY WHILE MCDONALDS KEEP INCREASING SALES...WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD WE LIVE IN

McDonalds is a business that is merely trying to make up money that it has lost in the past by giving out free condiments and customers taking advantage of those policies. Is it fair that some have to pay that didn't take advantage? NO! But unfortunately, there is no way to tell which customer is a loyal customer and which one is out just to stock up their arsenal at home. To make it completely fair, McDonalds has to charge for sauces above and beyond what is needed for what is in that particular order. That's just their policy and that is what we are supposed to do. Do I like to have to tell someone I need 10 more cents for an extra BBQ sauce? NO...but I have to. Do I give them out without charging sometimes? You bet your [censor] I do! There will be people that give you grief over it...and those people I will just give one to so that I don't have to deal with the stress the rest of the evening of that person throwing a fit over 10 cents. Many people are more than happy to pay extra for sauces...and normally have their change ready when they ask for it. They understand that McDonalds is not a NON-PROFIT organization. There are several restaurants out there that will give you as many packets of crap as you want free of charge. And believe it or not, you are not required to stop at mcdonalds. You have the freedom to go anywhere you please. If you don't like what you're getting, why continue to come? Let me just say this. If you go to Olive Garden, or a Red Lobster, or Applebees...you get chraged for your extra stuff. Why should fast food be any different?

I cant believe people are talking about sauce policy's at mc Donald's. We have way more important things to worry about then this crap. pay the .11 cents and live life. i'll tell you one thing if you owned a restaurant and your costs go up you would be doing the same damn thing. every time i go to mc donald's there is always a customer yelling at the poor employees and they have to take that stuff from all of you. it makes me laugh because when that same rude customer comes back and asks for something like extra sauce and the employee says "that will be .11 cents" i laugh so hard i almost pee pay back is a b_ _ _ _ _. I don't mind paying the extra .11 cents but what i do mind is the government spending my hard earned money on stuff thats un necessary. Or even when gas prices go from 2.30 to 4.20 thats what we should be getting mad about. you people make me sick. I know some of you don't care about paying it and thats good this world needs more people like you!

for Drake Uk.. its alright we get a whole bunch of slobs that don't clean their table anyways. For everyone else that has a valid complaint and can act like a grown up about it. I completly understand. I work at McDonalds and a lot of the time I don't charge for extra sauces even though I know I should. However sometimes I do, for example a lady came in and asked me for 16 Honey Mustard sauces because her kids like it for their lunch. (SHE DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING) and I said okay, I'll give you 6 (mind you shes not suppose to get anything for free) for free and the rest you'll have to pay for. I got a complaint to my manager about how rude and greedy I was. And that Mcdonalds is run by a bunch of "fat fu!ks" who are out to kill the country, one heart attack at a time. Excuse me, but your arguing over sauces. When they started charging me for plastic bags at the grocery store I did not put one over the cashiers head and tie it. Instead I said hmm... Okay I guess it makes sense when you rationalize it in your head. All I'm asking for is that no one takes their anger out on the employees, we don't make the policies, we just follow them.

McDonald's manager's poor customer service

My friends and I went out and on our way home we stopped at the 24hr Mcdonald's. My friend had recieved some old money from the bank, twenty dollar bills from the 1950's and 193o's. it was 2am and we ordered our food. the Manager Tawana, told us the bill my friend paid with was fake, she couldnt give it back to us nor prove to us that it was fake. we asked why she refused to explain this to us, confused we left. we called the police and asked them if they could check my friends other twenty dollar bills because we knew they werent fack they were just old.we then decided to go to a 24 hr drug store and have them chck the bills for us. we went back to the MCdonalds and the manager refused to answer any questions she was rude and condesending. she said the police came and confiscated the bill. we called the police again. in the end, we were given the bill back. the police said it was not fake which we knew. the manager was very rude she allowed other employess to talk crap to us and she tried to give us a fake name. the employees should be trained to look closely at money before confiscating money that isnt too obvioulsy discernable. I wont be returning to that location

McDonald's no service no icecream

Ongoing saga with not only this mcdonalds known as CITY but WEST BUNDABERG AND HERVEY BAY.
No matter what time e seem to go into the store they are always out of something whether it is a beverage item such as coffee or something as simple as softserve.
Tonight AGAINST all the better parts of me, I decided we would visit the City 24hour store, Waited 15 minutes Clear in the drive thru to be told they had no icecream. I demanded to know what the story was from the young man serving me. He imediently replied The machine goes into heat mode and we cant use it. So i told him WHY DONT YOU PUT A SIGN AT THE START OF DRIVE-THRU SAYING THIS SO I DIDNT HAVE TO WASTE MY 15 MINUTES?
No response apart from an ohh im sorry,
Which i must add is the first time in three years that i have ever heard from a staff member.
Firstly you turn up to this particular store and there is a poorly written sign (Blue Biro pen torn a4 paper and a tiny bit of tape ) Stating go to last window for order?
Im FED UP! When i used to work with almost identical machines there was a simple switch on the front that enabled you to choose between HEAT, DISTRIBUTE, CLEAN, AUTO and OFF,
Why cant they establish procedures to just turn the machine to heat manually during low times such as 1am to 4am?
I know this will accomplish nothing but i thought id try,
Ive given up ringing the useless store
What else can one do? ITs not like Im asking for a bloody hundred of the things I just wanted one

The bundaberg McDonald stores are some of the best in Australia. I'm a consultant for hygiene products and stop at maccas all over Australia and you people don't realize how lucky you are . Some McDonald's don't know what their doing so stop and at least say thank you to these people for doing jobs that you can't do. Cook for yourselves! I do everytime I'm home and im on the road 8 months of the year so how about you learn to put a fry pan or a wok on and cook ey? Instead of blaming the 15 yr olds who just want some money for the movies.

Lmao McDonald's bundaberg is the worst in qld even when I travel to other towns the service is extremely better, we got told by a staff member from west mcdonalds to go f$&k ourselves cause we asked her to take the meal back n remake after watching it leave her hands into another car, it is my right as a customer to refuse possibly contaminated food, would she of rathered a law suit on the chance we got sick. I may being paranoid but it is my right as a customer, if I told my customers the same thing I would expect a slap in the face, I am soooooooo disgusted with McDonald's constantly losing the battle with politeness

mcdonalds stores have been notorious for years at having crap service, messing up meals, how about they learn to do things with better efficiency as well as speed. it isnt that hard to double check orders going out, instead food is changing hands with to many staff, leading to missing orders. i can guarantee that one in three orders i get, they have stuffed it up.

Next time i pass through im going to record driveway, counter and take video of the dining room, and the [censor] about not being able to afford repairs what a load of [censored]e they turn the machine off the same at hrvy bay gympie and the two bundaberg maccas! Turnover at these sites is by far enough to pay for repairs from MVO, Quite frankly i think that the manlys if they still manage to be franchisees need to do some serious managment consultation. As for you foolish employees; havent you read your terms of employment? Which specifically states "You are not permitted to talk on behalf of the store, " especially when it comes to dealing with the media...
Again tonight we chose maccas city stupidly food=crap, service= what service, cleanliness= 2/10
They cant even manage to put the correct amount of ingredients on the burgers!
But again Mcdonalds dont care, its up to us to stop paying these [censored]s our money!
Customers pay your wages!
Mcdonalds train you how to do your job! Just look at other stores that magically manage to get the job done right! If you cant hack it go work for a cleaner and scrub floors or collect garbage!
One customer on average tells 7 and so on, i definetly know ive mentioned it to about 3000 or so...

errr. well i do work at city mcdonalds and waiting for 15 minutes is a load of crap. not only is our maccas one of the fastest, but we are a franchise, and we cant always afford to have $5000 dollar repairs on a machine. there are literraly about 20 other places to get icecream in bundaberg so shut your hole. we slave away to give you food, and to make you happy, but is this not enough?

McDonald's poor service/ food

This location is horrible when ever i've gone to this 24/7 drive - thru fast food location 50% of the time the drive - thru either has a car blocking the drive - thru or when we go to order food we get there and an employee stutters the words "sorry uuhh ourr ddrive thru is cclosed uuhhh wwe are I mean the system is ssshutt down and we aren't serving food right now, well wwwe can't and aren't able to serve you." what! Get your story straight before you even try to pull something like that, come on guys. And when I do get food it is cold stale and almost smells. Believe me it's not a good smell it almost makes you loose your appetite fries are cold and you might as well have bums working there you know at this point I would rather be served by a bum. You ask why go there then? Well it's our neighborhood mcdonalds it wasn't always this horrible I want to give them a chance I don't know maybe this time it'll be good. I love the food why do I have to be told to go somewhere else because they can't get their employees and food quality inline it's mcdonalds aren't they supposed to want to keep their customers and keep a good reputation last I thought it was a business. On top of all of this i've never called back or gone back to complain this was the last straw. I don't want them to spit in my food for saying its not good enough! I just want to be able to go to mcdonalds again but i've really got a mental block with the food now because of the bad environment and feeling I have against mcdonalds now it sucks!

McDonald's health issue/customer service

First, and foremost id like to say i have never in my life subjected a complaint towards a Mcdonalds resteraunt.
On December 23 of 2008 at 740 pm myself and my boyfriend were out looking forlast minute christmas gifts at Mcleod Trail walmart, and deceided to grab something to eat.
Before we get any further, as a former Mcdonalds employee I know what the standerds of Mcdonalds are.And lets just say the Health inspecter would have a hayday!
So we order and get our food which should have been alot faster but i guess thats what happens if the person who is serving you has their friends in line in front of you.
So as i get my food i look around and are apalled by the floors and tables so being considerate(and by the way their were customers with children under the age of 2 and their seats and tables as well were a disgrace!)
I ask for the tables to be washed so i didnt have to eat what the person before me had eatin as well.
The clerk washed his hands so i thought he was going to help me out..but instead he whent onto the next order..as orderd by the manager on duty who ignored me as well.
So i go up to ask if they were going to wipe down our table but before i got a chance to the clerk HANDED ANOTHER CUSTOMER the cloth to pass to me so I CAN WASH THE TABLE MYSELF. I AM DISGRACED that is unsanatary as well as awful customer service.
Needless to say i will be thinking twice before stepping foot in one of your locations again.Especially that one.

McDonald's manager ashley

I had a large order and I do understand it takes time to make but I was watching a girl who I asked and it was a manager named Ashley she was on her cellular phone talking loud and laughing. She was so rude when I worked I never was aloud to be so rude to a paying customer. I saw my food sitting their and she did nothing. Along with the casher April. Who is the one who took my order. I sat in with my family and ate and watched The manager Ashley get on the phone at least 4 other times. I would never come back to be so horribly served.

McDonald's verry bad customer service

Its 3am im at the Mcdonalds on Jean Talon Next to parc metro I order 2 junior chicken sandwich's a big frie and a big coke I go sit down in the back so then the cook comes up to us and tells us u cant sit there u have to sit in the front... but in the front there was a bum standing arround there with condoms on the table and all kinds of garbage not verry pleasent to look at when ur eating... so then I take a bite of my sandwich and realized it was cold, burned and looked as if it was sitting there for an hour so I decided to ask for a fresh one which I did get but that didnt feel like it was enough the place was dirty most tables were full of ketcup bbq sauce or whatever and the manager wanted us to go sit in the front with the bum standing there and his condoms and garbage and napkin that he kept wipping the blood from his nose so then I decided to go and ask the employees names so I can complain but they didnt wanna give their names so I got the boss's number wich I will call and complain also and after I got the number the cook comes out from the back all with attitude to try and start an argument with me as if he wanted to fight, since when do mcdonalds employees come out and wanna start fights with the customers that is wrong, I hope who ever reads this understands my situation and really does something cause I know I will... I dont have a lot of money but believe me ill take this as far as I can and get it out in the news I wont rest!
Thank you for reading and I hope this falls into the right hands...

We have a MAJOR problem with the McD's in Fulton, Kentucky. I own an Income Tax Business in South Fulton, Tn.(twin cities of Fulton, Ky/South Fulton, Tn). We buy breakfast EVERY morning at McD's, to this day we have not got our order correct. I have called in the past. It does no good. The last time before this morning I talked to a lady named Heather. I called this morning, I am so sick of it all being wrong. I told her I was sick and tired of NEVER getting not one order right in 2 months, six days a week. I told her I called her a couple or so weeks ago. She called me a liar, changed right quick and she I had not talked to her. I told her not to call me a liar. SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Is this anyway to treat customers? If I treated my customers like that, I would not be eating breakfast every morning at McD's because I would not have any business. I am not asking for anything free. I am asking for better service and better employees. I am also asking that this Heather be taken care of. Thank you. And I do hope to hear from you. pj

McDonald's hairy salads

My daughter and I went and had a salad at McDonalds in Russell Kansas on December 2nd, 2008 first my daughter found a hair in her salad, she pushed it aside and went on eating, then I found a hair in my salad. I was not feeling to good about now finding 2 hairs and then when I said something my daughter found ANOTHER hair in her salad. So we ask for a refund. Then I noticed that these workers do not wear hair nets at all. This has made me not want to eat there at all anymore. So now I am on the subway diet, lol. Oh well I guess we will be healthy while ohers are coughing up hair balls!

McDonald's no service 8.15pm

I arrived at this Mc Donalds Kallangur store at 8.15pm on a saturday night to be told the cafe' was closed! The shift manager didnt even have the descency to come and speak to me, just shouted out across the diner. I then rang the store at 10am the next morning to sort this out as I know the Cafe' is supposed to be open until late at night, the shift manager seemed to be very understanding and apologetic and advised me to ring a superviser, not the stores superviser as he didnt have her number but a superviser named Steven on [protected], of which I rang and explained my disgust and made it quite clear I would not shop in McDonalds until I knew something had been done about this problem. The girl who stated the cafe' was closed is called Rhiannon and apparently has resigned and is causing all sorts of grief, yet she remains working there! unbelievable. I am also an employer of many workers and I beleive there should be a system in place to at least return a call and assure a customer this has been attended to!

When I arrived at Mc Donalds Kallangur on the 31st October 2014 at 12 noon there were 2 staff serving but they were very busy serving the drive thru customers. I stood there for 10 mins. No one said anything to me that they were sorry or anything like that. Another customer walked in and one of the girls told him that she was sorry and it wont take long. And I am thinking why are you saying it to him when she should be saying it to me. As soon as the drive thru customers were over, this girl who is called "Clare" turned around to the other customer and served. I was so angry. Didn't want to make a scene as there were so many people in the lineup. Anyway I did tell her that I was here so long before the other customer. She didn't care and was not apologetic. I ordered for a big mac and didnt even bother to ask me if I would like a meal with that or anything else. I was feeling really upset that this Clare person was so ignorant and had no respect !

McDonald's bad big mac

The worst over priced Big Mac I've ever had. No pickle, no onion, salad dressing, one piece of cheese, NO TOMATO, yet you show a nice big slice in your picture. French fries to go with out ketchup or salt All of this for two ordrs, $9.16. Ate inside once and workers spent most of their time talking with friends who were not buying. Do I need to say more. Bob Martin
Next thing you know, you'll be asking the government for a bailout!

Eunice, first of all im sorry that this is happening to you. McDonalds' should be a fun, comfortable, and safe environment to work in. It sounds like this person has a major ego trip going on. I think that it is best if you go to your store manager and talk directly to her/him. McDonalds has in place a "no retaliation" policy that will enable you to talk freely (yet professionally) to your managers'. If you feel that your manager can not or will not help you you can go to your area supervisor if you are a corp store. or go directly to your owner op. hope this was usefull to you. U dont have to deal with this.

McDonald's unsanitary & terrible service

Every time i have visited Mcdonalds in WestHills Calgary Alberta, when i have gone in to order, the employees who make the burgers or sandwiches don't use gloves at all...kind of gross and very unsanitary altogether. I have actually seen an employee wipe his nose and continue to prepare what looked like a double cheese burger...im glad it wasn't mine...

i thought maybe i caught them on a down day but every time I have visited I have yet to see them use gloves or wash their hands. Recently what did it for me...We ordered two Big Macs without Thousand sauce with Mayo, Cheese Burger, Large Coke, Large Fries, and Chicken...we didn't get any sauce for chicken or ketchup for fries, but if we would have got our fries ketchup would have been good! We didn't get a receipt so i didn't know who to call but since we were going to a family B-Day party I thought i would take care of it in the morning. Went to the Mcdonalds to resolve problem...it was actually about 12:00 so there was about 4-5 cars in front of me, i approached order mic and was in the middle of talking with employee and he cut my complaint off before I could even explain issue, didn't ask me questions just said come inside...i reiterated to him "your going to make me wait to get through this line and park and come in and explain my issue", "Am i less important than customers behind me" I haven't received fries i paid for for about 14 hr now technically...i wasn't happy so i said get your manager, pulled up to window and she didn't care about what happened she wanted me out of her drive thru scolded me on not calling in last night and then refused altogether about my fries i paid for and never received. I called corporate right there in drive thru to complain about this service im experiencing. Now there where 3-4 cars behind me she is yelling at me to move...im thinking first come first serve... and i want corporate to know right now...Nobody should be treated like that ever and im going to make sure of it. mNow im at the point where i dont want those fries and Im not coming to Mcdonalds again.

i have worked in many McDonalds. none of them use gloves, it isn't mandatory, and going through the drive through to log a complaint is just stupid. the drive through is not for complaints, anyone would do the same and tell you to come in and talk to the mananger themselves. the people on the mic are not there to listen to you rant. use your head.

Yeah i'm sorry but you didn't deserve to be treated special, first of all learn how to deal with stuff professionaly next time. And second, who the hell tries to prove a point through a drive through line?!?!? are you kidding me!? Maybe if you didn't eat so much Mcdonalds you would have gotten your lazy butt out of the car like a man and went inside to confront them. So next time you try to prove a point, make sure you don't sound like an idiot with everything you did. K Bye(:

I went there last night which is Tuesday night 11/18 at 6:30pm to purchase a cup of coffee, 2 apple pies and a chese burger. they do not put cream and sugar out side available to customers use. I saw the sugar on the cart and I grasp 3, the manager came to me and grasp the sugar back from my hands and she alo made a comment that next time I have to open my mouth and ask for it. she yelled of me terribaly in front of the crowed custermers. I feel I was imtimidate and mistreat by this manager. it is uncall for her to act in the way she acted. it is just so unprofessional. as a customer, I feel I was mistreat and was treated in the nasty way. first of all, she should not took the sugar back from my hands. secondly, she should not scream and yell at me . i am not deserve to treat in the way I was treated. particularly, I do not want to pay my money for some one to treat me that way. it they sell the coffe to the customer, they should have cream and sugar available for customers use.
