McDonald Worley review: Inferior vena cava filter tort

Have been a client of this firm since 2019. According to Cordis( company for the filter) all funds were released to these lawyers in March 2025. I have tried numerous ways of contacting this firm for updates on the release of these funds to me. I did receive an accounting statement in August, which I signed, and was told it would be resolved in approximately 30 day. On numerous requests, they keep giving a new date for release. Now they wont even return phone calls or email texts.
