I only wanted two find somewhere to complain about rude behavior their sales person. I've never made a complaint about a business, however this company is terrible! I walked in probably spent 15 or 20 minutes asking questions and going over possible purchase and I wasn't even given a tour of their back area. But when i told them thank you and started to leave, they got aggressive and rude. Very Rude. The salesperson had a contract in their hand and had already taking down my name and my address and I guess they just assumed that I was going to make a purchase but I never said that is what I was doing. Maybe they just expected that their time was worth me making a contract? Again I would just warn others living in the area to avoid companies like this, and I hope that making an online complaint will somehow be a resource that other people can read hand then avoid this business. Terrible terrible terrible rude behavior!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
First of all as owner we would apologize if anyone was ever rude to any of our customers. We have been in business for over 34 years and value each and every customer. That being said I am not sure why anyone would need a tour of our back area, our whole floor is showroom and everything we sell if upfront. Secondly our salespeople are instructed to get each and every persons name, address and phone number so that if you would return or call us we would know exactly what you talked about to that salesperson if he/she were not available.
Contracts are only made up when a customer agrees to purchase anything, the salesperson was simply filling out a quote form so that everyone would be on the same page as to what was discussed and any prices given.
Again we apologize if you felt you were treated rudely! McAlarney Pools again appreciates and are grateful for each and every person who comes thorugh our door. We are family owned and have resided in this area for over 60 years.
