This is the worst experience we have had so far. This Peg woman is the most untrustworthy, disrespectful person to deal with. She brags of the 35 years experience in the industry but she uses it to take advantage of your situation. We rented from her for a year and at the beginning she assumed an attitude of A-OK, never going through with us with the renting process and its ramifications. At the end of the lease, she sent us an overinflated invoice for some repairs (four black screws showing flushed in the wall) to the tune of $150. Even tough we have the photos we took, since the screws were covered with putty at the time, she is saying that it is our fault. Along with showing and delivering dirty properties, at the end she has the gull to take your money for things that are already there. DO NOT deal with this company ever. If you see her name, RUN the other WAY!

Worthless
McNicolas Realtor is a 1 woman (Peggy Langen) operation. She is spread way too thin and wont have much to do with protecting your property besides collecting your monthly payment. She managed my property for 18 months and didn't even give it a drive by. She couldnt pick your property out of a line if her life depended on it, but she is so quick to tell everyone how experienced she is and such a professional...I was not impressed. Most days if you call, you will get her voice mail because she is out in canyon lake playing with her horses. Also, be sure to check out what she charges for her own fees in case something happens to your house. My house got struck by lightning and her fees for calling the contractor on my insurance claim was over $1000! For that price you would atleast think she would have checked on the repairs when they were complete...probably too busy at the lake. So, if you like to be taken advantage and have your property half *** looked after...give Peggy a call, she sure fits that bill.

I have dealt with this person before and apparently, she is the broker of this company. She is the one running everything and she is a horrible person to do business with. I don't refer to this complaint as "bashing." This is a statement of truth. Actually, it is an understatement. If you are unfamiliar with this person, you have no idea how she treats people. I have rented from a lot of companies; some good and some not-so-good. However, this one doesn't even compare. I am stuck in a bad situation with her right now, too. It feels like being stuck between a rock and a hard place because there is nobody higher than her in this company.
Real Estate agents are usually independent contractors working on behalf of a broker, this sounds like a person beef with one agent. Is it fair to trash the entire brokerage over a personal matter? Many organizations have one bad apple that makes everyone look bad. I'm not familiar with this brokerage but there could be a lot of good people there. Even though this sounds like to is a private matter not related to the brokerage at all, perhaps the broker would help, just to get you to stop bashing them.
