I have been using Maybelline Great Lash Waterproof mascara for 20 years. It was always a favorite. No clumping or flaking and would stay on until taken off. And, in the beginning it would last for several months.

Now, in the past few years is a different story. It has gotten increasingly stingy and bad quality and has to be replaced after a month. It is watered down and won't go on properly. It flakes off and doesn't stay on. And, the price has gone steadily up. Sad.

Not only do you guys not inform us that we need to buy a separate sharpener for the eyeliner cuz most Islanders eat sharpen have it at the end of it so I don't know why you're being difficult but on top of that every f****** pencil sharpener I found did not work I ended up like getting a splinter in my eye because every time I went to sharpen it it would break off and the eyeliner would fall out

Ridiculous please let me know how can I get my money back I bought it in farmashop In Uruguay - Maldonado while on vacation but of course I trew the package and receipt away thinking I didn’t needed it I live in North Carolina .

I purchased the above product and it was sealed in a security package. I tried to remove this by tearing down the perforated line. I was unable to do this as the packaging was so tight. Eventually I was able to remove this in a very difficult manner by using a sharp knfe. This was dangerous as it was slippy and I injured my had in doing so. Because of the slippiness, the knify went through the packaging and sliced the lid off which also cut through the eyeline. I tried to push some more liner up through the penciland there was noen in it. Very disappointed as I paid £10, more than my usual budget, but did so thinking the purchase would be "an investment".

I purchased the Tattoo Studio at Walmart when I started to use it I found out it has no way of extending the cartridge so you can use more. After the first couple of uses I was unable to use it anymore. I tried to stick a doll down the pen to push the liner material down but that just made a mess. I would like to have a replacement sent to me that works.

Purchased on February 7th 2022, opened and used for first time the same day. Had strong irritation and burning sensation in eyes. Removed the eyeliner and my eyes still did jot feel better til next day. Tried it again today February 9th and had the same reaction. I have read multiple reviews of other women having the same issue. Maybe something to look into. I honestly feel like it could cause someone to go blind I can still barely open my eyes from how sore they are

The macara isn't sealed...the mascara qasnt sealed

I bought the eyeliner and really like it very much but no matter how short I keep it, the tip keep breaking on me. I've gotten 3 now and each one has broken on mine. I would return them but it's makeup and it's a week later so it's not feasible Can you help me get this so it won't break? I really like it very much but I keep having to buy a new one. Thanks for your help. I truly appreciate your help

Dullness on my face. Could you assist by changing the products as the one im currently using certainly isnt
Agreeing to me. I would peerfer maybelline instead off poreless - matte (maybelline)

Hello maybelline! I would like to register the dissatisfaction I just had when opening a Lipstick of your brand. it is wrapped and sealed and when I opened it it was all scratched with some strange marks and the top was as if it had been cut. I was very sad because this was the first lipstick of your brand that I bought and now I have to throw it away. I can't use something that might be contaminated. I'm sending pictures of lipstick the moment I opened it. I really liked to know what are you gonna do about that.

Hello! Im a regular user of maybelline lipstick and last week, before your sale, I have asked the price of 1 super stay lipstick and the price is p299.00, then somebody told me that youre going to have a sale on aug. 16, 17, 18.. I know that is you use a prestige card for friday sale, you will have a 10%-10% disct.. So ive waited for it.
Then yesterday I purchase my lipstick, hoping to get a disct of 10%-10% and I was dismay coz the price has changed into p349.00 instead of p299.00 and less 10% only.. My question is why do you change your price and then give a smaller disct.. Youres is 349- 50= 299 less 10%, its should be p299-10%-10%.. You always do that to your customers not only a lipstick, but everything. This is so unfair.. The people doesnt know your trick to attract customers..

I went to buy a maybelline cream matte lipcolour from health and glow store, the forum mall, bangalore. The sales lady in maybelline's section was arrogant and she didnt even care to explain or show me the product. When i asked her she was hesitated to do so and told me to see by myself.I was offended and for that reason I changed my mind and bought a lakme product who treated the customer very well.This is really disappointing to have such experiences from such branded company like Maybelline.

I bought a newyork babylips cherry lip balm today at a Big Bazaar Store(India) for the first time as friends had suggested it many times.

The new lip balm ended up to be broken and hollow when opened.
This has really turned me off towards maybelline itself as this lip balm was the first product I bought from maybelline.

Would never suggest or buy a product again from maybelline as this experience was really bad.
Selling a hollow lip balm for 175 rupees was a bad idea maybelline.

I would look forward to a refund or an exchange from you as soon as possible.

After applying I loved how well easy it was to apply and it looked fabulous. Hours later my eye started to itch and when I looked in the mirror it was swelling. I immediately removed the eyeliner. One eye continued to swell. Took Benadryl in hopes it would counteract the allergic reaction. In the morning the swelling was down a little but more swelling appeared under my eye. It looked like I had been punched. Plan to apply cold compress to eyes and continue with Benadryl. This is an absolute first for me. Never had a reaction to eye makeup in my life. Extremely disappointed in this product. Wondering what is in it to cause such a severe reaction. Be aware!

I decided to try out maybellines copper eyeliner gel and immediately after putting it on my eyes started to get this terrible stinging feeling along with a burning sensation that felt like my eyes were on fire. After about an hour of bearing through it I couldn't handle the pain anymore so I used makeup removal wipes to take it off. It still burned a great deal after taking it off. I then took a shower and washed my face several times since. Now nearly 6 hours later my eyes still feel like they are on fire, I also noticed they started to turn red as well as the skin around my eyes as well as my eyelids. They are also tearing up like crazy. When will this hoirrble burning sensation end?! It is insane to me that they would have a product like this on the shelves! My advice is to never buy a maybelline eyeliner unless you want to feel like someone set fire to your eyeballs.

My eyes are burning and am also experiencing achy eyes alone with a headache in my temples. I live in the India and recently purchased the Maybelline eyeliner gel as well, today is April 06, 2015. I have only worn it twice now trying it for the first time. I noticed it once, then used my old make up for a couple of days, then tried it again today. The same results. I thought I would try one more time to make sure of the association, but having read these reviews, I am now convinced that this pain is from the eye make up.

I received mascara that was not sealed. I contacted customer service that said that they sent it out sealed. They said that I should not worry about using the product, however the plastic on the back of the cardboard was not in tact at delivery. The mascara itself had no protective seal. Customer service said that I can return the product at my own expense, since they would not take any responsibility for possible damage of the packaging during delivery, but they would refund me the purchase price. Every warning tells you not to use cosmetics that have been opened. This product is for use on my eyes. I wonder if they would take responsibility if I were to suffer vision problems from infection or worse. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. For all I know this is a used product.

i bought an eyestudio lasting drama gel eyeliner from Ms Chawla store sector 8 panchkula Haryana India and got a strong irritation in my eyes with a severe headache. as a result i consulted an eye specialist costing me heavily. i strongly regret using the product after which i had to suffer a lot. i want u to take my product back as it has not suited me. i want my bills to be reimbursed too.

I have been using your Maybelline 16 hour makeup for a leats 1 and half years or longer. and when you changed it to 24 hour makeup it is not as good. In fact, it is too thin in addition, I also started using your new waterproof Siloutte Mascara, well it is not that waterproof. In my opinion, why doesn't the company maybelline Cosmetics invent a makeup with flawless cover 16 to 24 hours that even covers the dark circles under one's eyes, yes you do have the 24 concealer, but it just seems to sink right into your skin, does not cover very well at all. I know a lot of women turn to Plastic Surgery but that is one thing that I do not believe in even if I could afford it. Please make your makeup for a older women also that does not make them look old and covers like I said flawlessly, right down to the dark circles. I know that such a makeup can be invented because a long time ago Mary Kaye makeup had one, of course today well I will not say anything at this time about Mary Kaye Makeup. Please improve your makeup and Masacra.
