This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

We purchased the MVWB765FW2 Top-Load washing machine to replace our old Amana washer that broke after 20 years of use. Let me say right now, if you want a "Deep Fill" cycle that looks like a Deep Fill cycle, do not buy this May Tag MVWB765FW2 machine.

The MVWB765FW2 has a "Deep Fill" cycle, which is important to us. The problem is that the "Deep Fill" seems to have little meaning. As best as we can tell, the water level is the same whether we select "Deep Fill" or the "Auto Sensing" Water Fill.

When I called May Tag I was told by their Help Desk customer service person (and later in the phone call by the supervisor) that there is no defined water level for the "Deep Fill, " which effectively makes the deep fill cycle meaningless.

Additionally, if I wanted a technician to come out while it is still under warranty (less than 5 months old right now), we will have to pay $79 if it is working correctly, even though the Help Desk was unable to tell me what the "Deep Fill" cycle means or how full the washer is supposed to get.

Stated plainly, they cannot tell me if this May Tag washer is working correctly or not, but want to charge us $79.00 to find out if the technician claims everything is fine.

This is poor customer service!

May Tag (or any manufacturer) should be able to clearly define how many gallons or how full the unit should be with Deep Fill. We should not have to pay to find out whether it is working correctly, when there is no visual difference between Auto Sense and the Deep Fill water levels.

As stated in the first paragraph, if you want a noticeable Deep Fill cycle I strongly recommend not buying the May Tag MVWB765FW2 washer. If you want good customer service beyond lip service, I would also encourage you to ask questions about the warranty support before buying, as we never expected this from May Tag.

The "Deep Fill" selection appears to us to be a cute LED light with little meaning when it comes to filling the washer to a recognizable Deep Fill level.

Hi Ms. Hardin.

I'd like to assist where I can.

The washer is a great selection -- a large 4.7 cubic foot tub with the optional agitator, all the while offering Maytag's exclusive Power Wash feature for additional motion, heat and water.

The issue may be one of damaged suspension but might also be one of poor support from underneath your flooring. A quality floor will have at least one floor joist every sixteen inches. Without such support, you may find the floor not adequate to support washers without allowing them to move. In such cases, there are products produced to help reduce such movement. Take a look at these: https://www.simplygoodstuff.com/vibe_away.html

I purchased this washer in November 2018 with matching dryer. My main goal was to have a washer that would wash my king sized comforters so I wouldn’t have to pay laundromat anymore. Forget that! It will hardly wash a small load without bouncing , dancing around my laundry room. / sounds like a train coming It has ruined my hot water heater banging into it. I have had the suspension rod changed the lock lid replaced and balances replaced twice it’s a piece of junk I would like a refund on top of Maytag never sent me my rebate on the appliances I’m throughly disappointed
