I ordered a set of four NEW pumps from this company. Can you believe that they sent me USED, BROKEN, and INCOMPLETE pumps? When I complained, they told me to send them back for a refund (I should have asked for a pre-paid return label). Consequently, I had to pay for shipping it BACK to them. They only refunded my original purchase price and wouldn't refund both sets of shipping costs AND they charged me a 15% restocking fee! I'm incensed! VERY DISHONEST COMPANY!
