Mavis Discount Tire — tires, wheel alignment and balancing
3 times I have call the Mavis organization and not once have i received a phone call other than the manager.
I want to start by saying I am not happy. I not happy with your product and I not happy with the service. My car still shakes, They claim to have done alignment and the I did not even drive a mile without noticing the tire pressures were all wrong.
I would like to speak to someone regarding this asap.
The manager, and the regional manager do not communicate as this matter is still not fixed and I don't feel safe knowing that the manager "said she told me twice" that I had a bent rim?? This is a common excuse to not doing the job properly and is totally false. A scratch on the rim does not mean it is bent!
I would like to file a complaint with the BBB.
