Mavis Discount Tire

I had an 11 am for oil change and tire rotation. I was told there was to oil changes ahead of me and I could get my car at 1:30 pm. I arrived at 1:50 and was told my ticket was moved back. When I asked why rmtgey said by mistake. The same line was used in me at my last oil change, and my sister was told the same line
They said they need more time This place has terrible service and they are moving more expensive repairs to the front and told my that he'd move me up but it would be more expensive!
I refused and took my car and left.
The girl at the front desk was very professional and apologized for the problem. I wasn't her fault. The mechanics are moving tickets for pay
I will never return and I've lived in downtown Decatur for 34 yrs. I'm putting this in our local neighborhood notifier and will let all my neighbors know about this scam. Also filing with corporate

This place has the worst customer service I have ever had. They changed my master cylinder and it broke the next day. To make matters worse the brakes went out on my way to Orlando with my 3 kids. The manager Marcus was terrible. He never returned any of my phone calls and actually blamed me and the Mavis in Florida for the mistakes. I was always polite and very understanding even though Mavis was completely at fault. In the end, they charged me $1700 for a simple brake service. I would not trust these guys with a bicycle. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. They will rip you off, not fix your car and then blame you for the whole thing. Ask for Marcus he's the manager who takes responsibility for nothing.
