Massimo Dutti Due refund since january 2020 not yet received

The order number is MD202033267

I have been calling and sending email since January 2020 about the refund for a returned product (black leather jacket for women). I returned it in its original form after a week from purchasing it, with the tag and everything on it as purchased.

I have not received any answer on why I have not received my money back.

I wish for this to be resolved and I receive my money back. It is not a time for greed and I need my money.

Massimo Dutti My order has not arrived, no explanation or solution

My order was supposed to come in 4 days time. It's been 12 days, the status is "in transit" and apparently it has been dispatched from the warehouse around ten days ago. I wasted my money calling HQ in SPAIN from Qatar. They said they'll call back, never heard from them. I tried tweeting and DMs, an automated reply. I would ask for a refund but I see that they're bad at that too.

Massimo Dutti Linen top

I Just returned to Sydney from Paris . I bought the top at the Rue Royale store on 11March 2020 . It was hanging on display on the ground level entrance . I was not offered a top that had not been on display . I just unwrapped the top today to find a hole on the front and wear markings in the material

Massimo Dutti jumper

I am disgusted with Massimo Dutti. I bought a jumper for my husband as a Christmas present on 12/12/19 in a Spanish store. Soon after I had to go back to another country to look after a sick relative. On my return I had to take the jumper back because it was too big. I was 2 days over the 30 day return policy. I would have been happy with a credit note. I know I was 2 days late returning the jumper but had no option to bring it back sooner. Of course Massimo Dutti do not want to help their customers at all. I was refused point blank in store to be allowed to change it. I contacted their customer service team online & found them very rude, she even cut me off. I was hoping for a little compassion from Massimo Dutti as it being the Christmas season but they refuse to budge. I am now left with a useless garment that my husband cannot possibly wear. Other fashion stores have a longer returns policy over the Christmas period. For eg. H&M aré doing Christmas returns up to the end of January. I am not sure I would shop in Massimo Dutti again. The staff online are very rude & not at all helpful to my situation

Massimo Dutti it’s about the stuff

It was a supervisor from the store, a male black hair 20-30, I'm not sure if the name is Victorios as overheard conversation with his colleague but it was in french or Italian ... Any way the man is with a light beard and moustache. Extremely rude and arrogant and specially to women. He was chasing me and constantly not allowing me to explore and look in the shop. It's completely out of any manner. How is it possible to hire such a person as a supervisor in the shop? Definitely not worthy. I was expecting better customer service in this type of store.

Massimo Dutti bad attitude / delay to open the store

Madam, Sir,

The store was not open at 6 am on Sunday 15th dec 2019.
At 6:10, the lights were opened but not the door. An employee was inside.
A 2nd employee arrived to enter into the shop. The lady who was inside said to me that the store is not opened now.
She just opened the store for the other employee to go in.
I asked to the lady already inside what time is the opening.
She answered to me with attitude "her train was delayed and she cannot do anything about it."
I asked her when it will open. She said in 10 more minutes. I explained that I have a flight. She answered that if we discussed now, it will take more time to open the store.
I can understand the delay (even if I took the train and I was on time at the airport) but I do not understand the attitude. She was not at all friendly. She never apologizes about the delay. I was upset about her attitude
I could not wait till 6:20 and I did have any more desire to purchase.

Massimo Dutti Coat “model: 2406, calidad:162, color: 801”

I purchased a coat on the 8th of Nov 2019 From Massimo Dutti branch in City Stars mall, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt
The coat details are "Model: 2406, Calidad:162, Color: 801"

The case is that the coat color changed in the first ten days from using it & I am claiming from the bad quality of the coat material and the problem that the customer service don't want to speak to me and not responding at all.

Sequence of events:
• I travelled to France on 17th of Nov. 2019 for 10 days then the coat color started to be changed to white color "As shown in attached photos"
• On Saturday 30th of Nov 2019, I went to the same branch to complain & the branch checked the coat then send a claim to the customer service (case number: 191205-000138)
• On Tuesday 3rd of Dec 2019, I received a call from the branch and informed me that the customer service said that they will not do anything however I refused their feedback as it is impossible that the coat material can change its color within the first ten days and I claimed the bad quality of the coat material.
• The branch promised that the customer service will call me within 2-3 days max to check with me again. And no action taken.
• On Saturday 7th of Dec. 2019, I went again to the branch to claim that no action taken from the customer service & the branch promised that the customer service will call me within 2-3 days.
• On Monday 9th of Dec. 2019, I received a call from the branch asked me if the customer service called me or not & I informed them that still no action taken from the customer service.
• On Friday 13th of Dec. 2019, I called the branch again and they asked me to try to contact the customer service directly, however Egypt customer service are not responding totally & ignoring.

I am really believe that we don't deserve to receive such kind of behavior from our preferred brand. So, I am now claiming officially to Massimo Dutti Spain & wish to receive a positive feedback to resolve this issue.

Massimo Dutti refund not completed

Order return No [protected] was received by Massimo on the 1/12/2019 and I still don't have payment. I keep being told they have emailed head office. When I ask when this will be resolved I get, " I don't know!" Its a £180 pair of boots I ordered for my wife that she did not like. I was promised a call back yesterday and never got one. Dreadful customer service.

Massimo Dutti boots

I have bought ancle cowboy boots which when I got home did not fit well. I have never worn them and want to get them back. I was told it was impossible.I wonder if that is your company policy or it was just bad customer service. I would really appreciate if I can exchange these boots since I do like your products and am regular shopper. Enclosed is info aon the type of boots. Thank you for taking this into consideration

Massimo Dutti poor quality shoes, torn apart after 2 months - want refund

Hi,

I have bought sock-style trainers with mock croc embossing two months ago in Dublin in Dundrum shopping centre. One of the shoe teared apart completely from the seam (see attached). Didn't expect the quality to be this poor considering the price of the product. I would like to return them for refund. I'm attaching pictures of the shoes. Let me know how can I proceed with this.

Massimo Dutti poor quality

Dear Sirs. I have just been into your massimo ditto Store in shenzhen, Guangdong, china I am so angry about the quality of the suit pants, after 4 months With the friction of the legs, the filament of the suit pants material has appeared poorly under the zipper, I back to massimo dutti store in Guangzhou to show them that, and the store manger she was very kind and professional to me, but she taking a photo of my massimo dutti pants to her manger, then he said we can not changed it must show us the receipt, it's making me very upset really and it's making me felt it's a not a professional brand, and I'm thinking to not buy from massimo dutti anymore. Massimo Dutti mens double breasted herringbone wool coat

Hello, im writing you because I just had the kind of customer experience that turns me off your clothes completely. After ordering this coat to be delivered to the store, I found that the coat was missing a button. While the store had the button quickly sown on, when I tried on the coat, I immediately heard a rip and the inside liner was torn. This is not the kind of quality that anyone should expect for a $400 coat. This experience was made even more frustrating by the very poor service I received at the Ottawa Rideau Centre store where no one seems to know what to do.

As a result of this defective item, i ended up requesting a refund,

I would hope that for a company looking to grow its business that quality of both product and service provided would be priorities.

Massimo Dutti service staff. customer service. general

Dear Sirs.

I have just been into your massimo ditto Store in regents street London. I am so angry about the quality and level of service you offer in this store that I feel compelled to tell you.

Upon arrival I arrived to try and find clothing to fit me which I hoped to find in a size 12. not one of the items of clothing in your range had this size. So I bought something a bit too large as I liked it. Upon request for extra sizes I was met with a surly attendant who was more interested in going for her break than helping people on the store. I had to ask 3 times to be understood!

I then went to try and find a pair of boots. Once I found someOne in the store who could help me I requested a size 7 Äs the size on display was a size 6. i then had to wait 20 minutes while the staff kept bringing me size 6‘s. It took the 3 attempts to get me a size 7!
It was beyond rediculous.

Once I received them I was abandoned and had to unpack myself and then had to queue 20 minutes to pay struggling to hold the box and shopping while the staff stood and counted each others countless cash ahead. Not one person offered to help me

I then was told there was no bag big enough and the £200.00 pair of boots were going to be folded in half and put inside the small bag on the box. The manager had to intervene

Im sorry but this is absolutely appalling. There were about 6 sales people in your store and 90% useless. No quality service anywhere in your store just staff eager to take breaks! I asked to speak to the manager to complain. She just smiled said sorry and hoped I'd have a better experience next time. It took me over a hour to buy a dress and a pair of boots. I am absolutely fuming and will be sharing this experience with other shoppers

Massimo Dutti watches

I am writing today to complain about the poor quality of the watches which I bought in Massimodutti Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam) in September 2018. Since January 2019, the watches needle was broken three times. In the first time, the store in Hochiminh (Vietnam) took 2 weeks to repair, but I just used a week. Then I had to come back to your store to repair it again. After this time, I used in about a month. Now it was broken again (the attachment)

Massimo Dutti exchange defective item

I have a bought a t-shirt and after washing it 2 times, I found it shrink about 2 cm length, and when i went to the store to replace it they said that we will send a complain to administration and we will respond within 72 hours then no response came so i visited them 3 days later they told me that my complain has been rejected and we can't do anything to you.

Massimo Dutti online return service/customer service

I've been trying to return my recent online order to Massimo Dutti with absolutely no avail. I'm in the US market.
The website by some reason only gives you an option to return it to the physical store - which list is unavailable as well.
Even more disappointing was an attempt to contact this company customer service in the US. The phone ## shown on their website: [protected] in fact doesn't exist!
Such an awful experience with seemingly respectable retailer!

Massimo Dutti quality of product

I've bought the trousers less than a year ago. After they have been cleaned once according to the directions at the label, pink tips appeared. Please check the added photos. This garment is very valuable for me, I love them since they look very good on my figure and I wore them on rare occasions this was the first time I cleaned them. I have a lot of your garments so pls. tell me what to do. I love your clothes and I do not wont to believe that this will happen again. Can I return them or fix the material somehow.

Massimo Dutti returned products but never received refund.

I returned products but never received refund weeks ago. It has been more than five days passed and the customer service in the US told me they could NOT do anything to figure out what is going on. They told me it was beyond their responsibility and was in charge of other department. Their responses are completely useless in solving the problem. Thanks to the customer service is the worst. I will never buy anything from Massimo Dutti.

Massimo Dutti new suit jacket damage by tailor

Dear Massimo Dutti Customer Service Team.

At the outset, I would like to thank you for your high-end products, which made me choose all my clothes from your stores with you, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Rukaiby from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
I have been a customer for over than ten years, but the last time I bought from your store in Jeddah branch. I bought clothes worth 3500 Saudi Arabia Riyals, were among it suit jacket and its sleeves were a bit long and I bought it because I am sure that your shop tailors are highly skilled, but the jacket was terribly destroyed
first sewing was done on the jacket lining and not underneath, secondly there is a change of inner lining color to Yellow as shown in attached pictures plus there is a fabric cut at the beginning of the sleeve, so I hope you will find a solution because it has become a moral and material problem.

Massimo Dutti shirt

Dear Sirs,

I have recently purchased a shirt in Renoma Shopping Center in Wroclaw (Poland). I live in Ireland and this was only 2 days shopping travel . I don't usually complain, but this time I feel very much disappointed. I was shopping with personal shopper and she couldn't recommend your brand any more. I was looking for a good quality clothes for work and it was extremely important to me to buy clothes which will last at least for 2-3 years. I bough a shirt which fabric tore up after second wash - please see picture attached. You will note that tear is typical for poor quality fabric, not caused by wearing. I never hooked anything and my wash is always in low temperatures. After spending nearly €60 for a one piece of clothes it is not acceptable in my opinion. I expect full refund based on attached receipt or equivalent at least. Thank you
