I was a member for 5 years, bought a membership for my son, daughter and daughter in law. When I called because I had an issue with my daughter in law's membership the girl at the counter (Alexis) told me the manager Denise would call me back, she never did. i called back and I was told that Lydia Perez the regional manager would call me back. Denise did not want to talk to me. Lydia Perez never did. When I called back after 5 days I was told it takes her (Lydia Perez) 7 days to return a call, I said wow! she never called me back. I cancelled my membership.
