I want to settle my card outstanding ; due to some job issue i couldn't able to make but now i want to close my account. My card number is [protected]. Let me know how i can make it. Please help me out.
Also from Virtual team corp serve in india 2 agents is harassing me and disturbing me lot for getting the payment. I don't trust them ; is it reliable source what their behavior so bad? I want make payment directly through you guys not through any agent. Please ask them stay away from me.

Mashreq Bank liability letter

Dear Sir,
I have applied liability letter on 19th Jun 2019 .still I did not receive any replay. I want settled my credit card out standing as early as possible. I have got personal loan from one of the bank.I am unable to do the payment every month in future. That's why I have applied personal loan. I am giving reference for liability letter. Ref-3715611-S1L3T4. Please take necessary action to issue the liability letter as soon as possible.

Mashreq Bank wrong message in mobile from mashreq bank

Sir,
I have received a message from Mashreq bank as QR code fund transfer in USD accepted with Ref No: CPC - [protected]-FTO for amount of USD 3798.25, on June 18 2019.
Similar message has been received earlier as well. Currently I am not a Mashreq bank customer. Please clear my mobile number from the transactions/accounts, if entered wrongly, and acknowledge.

Mashreq Bank follow up to unfreeze my account

Dear Sir,
i had provided all my details to unfreeze my account after job change to Mashreq bank Al quoz last week on 19/06/2019 and was told the account would be opened within 48 hrs. Service reference no is 3709272-C6Q2F0. to this day i have been visiting the branch every morning to hear they have not received any response from the other departments. I am a customer for almost 18 years and now would like to highlight that the no response from Mashreq is high pathetic and unprofessional. i was even to by the bank that there is an issue with my account which is current and is now showing joint. this is totally unacceptable explanation and should be sorted by the bank, and this has caused me allot of in convenience.

Mashreq Bank retention top up loan process and staff unprofessionalism

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the transaction I had with Ms Taqania Pritee Sagar Bhandare on my Retention Top Up Loan. I am very disappointed on how she handles the transaction during the process and up til now that I have raised my concern. I havesent her a mail this morning 10am but til now there's no update or feedback from her. Also, there's no transparency on the charges or fees on my retention loan which should have been discussed with me during the process and before finalizing the loan. I feel I was robbed, cheated!

Until now, I did not hear a feedback or update from her. Very disappointed on how you handle the concerns of your client. Very unprofessional. Should I not hear any feedback from your end Ill be taking action on this matter.

Mashreq Bank customer satisfaction

The worst experience in my life after more than one hour time wasting I can not activate my wife supplementary credit card, I can not talk with anyone of mashreq staff, the telephone service very bad from many aspects so I start to see if there is any other way to communicate but nothing only help line 04-424 4444 which already need a help to be a real help for customer

I think its a bank strategy to reduce people in call center but please remember it seems reducing cost lead to reducing the customer satisfaction

Is this the same bank mashreq, I still remember that mashreq bank was one of the leading banks in uae, and many of my friends who became in high positions in uae bank getting the real and practical knowledge from all offered high quality courses which it seems was al mashreq bank strategy that time

Now I regret to say that every one day ahead if feel its one step behind

I hope al mashreq bank will be looking again for the first principle in any business

With reference to above Card Please note I have been settled my easy cash loan amounted AED 8.263.42 along with early settlement charges paid amount 105( with VAT) currently I have statement for June and its reflecting there is a minimum payment amounted AED 9, 494.00, It seems balance amount AED 8263.42 was included in minimum payment same I had paid on 16.05.2019 under reference # 3481614-H9H3Y2,
I request you to check my statement and reduce the minimum payment which has been wrongly included in my minimum payment

Mashreq Bank credit card not close at aecb and poor service

Requested 2 months before then when I call customer care, they ask me to call the collection department. After waiting for 10 minutes each for 3 consecutive calls when I got connected to the collection department they ask to call customer care, then customer care asks to visit the bank. Requested for the clearance certificate through the branch dated 17th June 2019 still not received.

Mashreq Bank credit card service

I have been charged for late payment fee regardless i made online payment before due date even my online transaction bank statement says it. I had submitted all supporting documents to the bank, however they are telling they received money next day of due date due to eid holidays . My question is if there was last 4-5 days holidays, why customer was not given extra days for making payment... or if their bank was unable to receive money for 4-5 days why customer is being blamed and charged for this. This bank is not recommended at all, they dont want to listen anything and entertain any kinds of requests even from loyal customers like me.

Mashreq Bank not fulfil comment for car detailing

I dr. misbah took insurance policu through mashreq bank in feb 2019. through saver cc card. they promissed to do so unitl june mid iam waiting.
Such big mis commitment.
Adent is always saying one day or two days u will receive.
Until no response.
It is very sad and shocking that mashreq bank is cheating to his customers.
Kindly look in this matter seriously.

Mashreq Bank mashreq neo card

I needed an account which a friend referred me to download Mashreq Neo which she told me was very easy but I didn't know it was worse
I downloaded Mashreq neo app gave all my necessary info and I had a call back the card will be delivered. I gave the location and the scheduled to bring the card I waited the whole day for the delivery until today it's still not delivered. First of all I wasted my time and as well I tried as much following up with the delivery but there was no good response, just wasted my time
Should have good customer service not just to deceive your customers or stop advertising if you cannot provide good customer service
Until today it's been 8 days now there is no email nor call or anything regarding my card

Mashreq Bank credit card not closed since 2008 on aecb

Refer to Case Reference No. REF-2554586-Y6N5G3 dated Jan 19, 2019  wherein I requested my credit card from Mashreq Bank which was closed in 2008 to be removed from AECB.

I also got a confirmation that the case has been resoled. Upon pulling AECB report as of June 10, 2019 the same credit card is still appearing as active.

Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. I would have no option but to complain to Central Bank since getting in touch with customer service is next to impossible. I also visited your Al Ghurair Branch and was advised to reopen the ticket since they were unable to locate any information related to me using my phone no [protected] which has not changed since 2006.

Mashreq Bank vat charge for both credit cards that been cancelled

To the head of team:

There are so many emails sent to masgreq bank without any new or reply!

I was with masreq bank for the past 9 years, everything went well till I left Dubai.

Credit cards cancelled, but still receive statemt . And the charge of VAT of both credit cards annual fees of aed650?
No balance left in masreq bank, staffs informed that can close the saving account by phone call.when I get back to Malaysia. Nothing works!

Flew back to Dubai few mths ago purposely just to close account, my money got freeze. Can't close acctunt till.money release by your bank.

Now, kindly check the stwtament below.
Why still have VAT charge when I m not even living there with no balance and both credit cards cancelled?

Mashreq Bank about customer care

hey you are sales and service officer name is mr saurabh murgai I meet with him in the branch for my new oppning account with credit card he said you can deposit 10000 in you are account and after 3 month you can take back u r money and I will increase your card 32000 DHA I was waiting for 3 month when I go to the bank for wedrow the said you should to cansle ur card first but ur bank team the told me u can take money without cansle the card why the are plying with ppl why the are poting ppl in tension why the are giving wrong information to the customer you are branch staf the are not working properly the customer should to wait for them more then one month why the staf say lie to the customer if you want to do some work with the bank the will never do in one day the will wasting you time you come tomorrow when you go again come day after tomorrow thank you

Mashreq Bank obtaining liability letter and against the staff for not replying to any email or phone calls

I have an account with mashreq bank, wanted to top up my loan, however the rate of interest was much higher so moved to another bank, the bank employee from the retention team had called and made an offer, as I have already proceeded with my loan dint accept the offer and requested for a liability letter, had submitted the offer letter on the 5th of May, the staff initially told me 15 days, then later 15 working days, however since these 15 working days I have sent her several emails (Andrea D'Souza) and made several calls explaining my urgency, but this lady does not respond

As per the dates I am suppose to get the letter today, nobody helped me, it's fine probably since a customer is moving you don't have any regards for him, but atleast provide me the letter on the assigned date, the process is still showing pending

I hope some one can plz help me, and atleast for once reply, and give the liability letter as today 15 working days are over, plz meet your commitments.

Mashreq Bank un - happiness account

Unfortunately I have been a Mashreq customer for 10 years and hold both a credit card and a salary account. (happiness account).
The bank had promised the joining credit in writing on an email but now no one seems to be responding and they are closing my complaints without discussion.

Is Mashreq bank trying to cheat customers by giving false promises?

I was given a written confirmation that the joining bonus will be credited back, but now when I am following up for the same, Mashreq Bank seems to avoid the customer!

Very unhappy with Mashreq. This is unethical.

Mashreq Bank mashreq bank credit card

I am suppose to get a refund from a company called clear trip. Clear tri says that they hanve already processed the refund and the money has been sent to the bank byt mashreq is not responding to any of my calls regarding this.
Their customer service is very pathetic.
I need a call back at [protected] immediately to know when they are going to post my refunded amount.

Mashreq Bank mashreq bank collection services in egypt

Dear Sir,
I am a customer in Mashreq Bank for more than 5 years, an old friend add my contract number as a reference when he took a loan from your bank and your bank has been calling frequently for two years and i gave all information I have more than once, although someone called me today and represented him self as AlMashreq bank representative and was asking again about this person who took loan from you, he was taking in an impolite way and insulted me at the end of the call and now he is calling for different phones just to insulate me.
I submitted a complaint to Egypt call center and another complaint in the evening but up till now this problem isn't solved.
Please follow up this problem with Egypt branch as it is affecting my relationship with AlMashreq for revealing my personal information to un trusted representative who is stocking and threatening me right now.

Dear sir
I am holding a credit card from mashreq bank which is new (card number ending with 7420). Which is fine.

Old card with card number I am not remembering since I cancelled this card
Years ago, card number ending with 7130.
Last some month I am getting bills of this cancelled card, I made complaint by calling customer care twice
Even this month I am getting bill stating paymentt due

Mashreq Bank struggling to get my welcome kit along with my debit card from fetcher

I have applied for Mashreq neo account on 1st May 2019

From 05th May till now I am struggling to get my Mashreq neo welcome kit to activate my account.

I have called many times to fatchr customer service to get it but there is no response and service is very poor.

Really upset with services of such a big brand.
