Sub.: Complaint regarding Delivery of Accidental/Re-Painted Wagon R LXI

Sir,
I have purchased a Maruti Wagon R LXI from Modern Automobiles, Karnal on 06-01-2023, which is registered on my wife’s name Mrs. Ritu Singla. The vehicle Temporary Registration number is T0-123 HR 4193B.

Engine.No:K10CNC106237
Chassis.No:MA3JMTB1SNF708742.
Colour: Magma Grey.

I have taken the delivery from Modern Automobiles, Karnal and on the same day in the evening I have doubt on quarter panel that it is Re-painted/Accidental. But, Showroom Manager Mr. Puri assured us that it is not Re-painted or Accidental Car. But, still we mentioned our doubt on Delivery Receipt too. Further, they told us that the Manufacturing of the Car is in November-2022 and they are avoiding the Manufacturing Certificate as well Pre-Delivery Inspection Report to get the actual detail of Car. I informed the Showroom Manager & their familiar response –“Can you please bring the vehicle sir? or shall I ask my people to pick up the vehicle”. I was really depressed. And when I visited the showrrom Mr. Puri everytime informed to Mr. Rohtash (PDI Manager) to check the vehicle and inform the customer but he never came to inspect the vehicle and as always, waited whole day with my accidental car I return back to home. Now, I have the only alternate to register my complaint.

From day one I was not comfortable with the brand new Car purchased from your dealer. I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very nauseating.
I am being deprived of using a new vehicle. “PLEASE REPLACE THIS FAULTY VEHICLE WITH A NEW ONE”. If you are not convinced do let me know, I have to think of other ALTERNATIVES.

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog Critical Product issue

My car engine got seized due to an exposed portion of the engine thru which oil leaked. The company is unwilling to listen to this product issue and is engaged in a cover up giving lame and un-connected excuses. The highlighted product issue has the potential to be a safety hazard for the road users and the occupants of the said vehicle. This if unresolved, is a serious life threat for the road users and the occupants of the vehicle.

Desired outcome: Repair/Replacement of the Engine and the associated parts.

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog new dzire 2017

Sub: Problem with front suspension.

Dear Sir,

I bought a New Dzire in August 2017. after 38000 km, I noticed abnormal noise from the front suspension. I reported it to the dealer (Manraj motors. Jalgaon) and he promised me that he would take care of it in the next service and if needed he would replace the parts. During the service they did something and the noise did not come for a week and then satrted coming again.

So when I contacted the dealer they say that (after warranty finish) it is a design problem and this model have hard suspension, and have a steering column problems. How it is possible within 1 or 2 years ater purchasing new car? I have bought a car after investing 10.5 lacs and I do not have noises like a old second hand cars when I drive it. What is alarming is the way MUL has handled it. They know there is a problem and instead of resolving it, they are making there customers live with it.

On checking with many other Dzire 2017 users, I found they too have the problem.

I want to get some resolution to this issue. MUL should recall this item, and refit an appropraite one with a good design.

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog door pads for ciaz cars

I have purchased a Ciaz Zdi SHVSin January 2016 and taken delivery on the 17 January 2016. The vehicle has covered only 55000 kms.
The door pads are peeling off just in four years
This shows a poor quality of the product manufacturered by Suzuki India.
I have made a complaint still there is no response from Maruthi Suzuki.
Request replacement of the affected parts

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog dealer service and malpractices

I am one of your aggrieved customer who has been manipulated pretty well by your dealer sai service andheri .

In the interest of your time i would share my pain in brief with minimal expectation of addressing it considering the poor dealer network your company operate with.

I was offered 1177000 quote by your dealer after multiple deliberations in the month of October, i agreed to it and gave my booking amount. I rejected the second best offer from kiran Motors since i was committed the delivery by same month.

Now the delivery was not done and the delivery from Maruti and the dealer was postpone to next month which is no fault of mine as i have my fund ready.

Now to deliver the car this month and i am asked to pay more than quoted price citing that the invoice month quote is valid. But no where it's mentioned that this is applicable even after Maruti n dealer delays the delivery.

While i may get my refund back hopefully without a problem, i am now sure why is Maruti sales going down. With such customer poor approach not sure how long will this company even exists.

This is a eye opener for many others who will be shared this post as well to know the poor state of customer service by the giant maruti company and its arm twisting dealer network

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog baleno car repairing and workshop issue

I m here by writing a mail due to poor quality of repair work carried out by maruti Suzuki India limited authorized workshop of our Car Baleno delta petrol, registration no is UP14 DN3029 which was submitted in showroom in 17th may 2019 for accidental.

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog suzuki swift

Hi, i bought Suzuki swift, MA3ZC6B15FA732440, Engine K12MN1458004, making year 2015 from Lebanon Dealer, since i bought it i have facing problem with it,
1- after 2 months, Driver chair was making noise i went several time to dealer to fix but nothing happen when i discover that the base of the seat is broken all what they do in the dealer service they rapped it with metal line!?
2- after one year i have problem with the right chair of the engine, they changed it in the dealer service for free, which was good.
3- Recently The AC is not working well its work only during the night and stop during the day, my question is this normal that a car is almost 4 years old brand new from factory, The AC has these problem... does its AC work for 4 years only!?
now i am having a serious problem where the heater core is totally damaged and stopped because a small metal hose is rusted, i went to the dealer he blames me on using normal water for the car radiator, lets say i have used some normal water does this make this metal hose be damaged like this !? (see attached photos) its 4 years old ! which kind of metal Suzuki are using ! do respectful manufacture like Suzuki accept these defect in a brand new car !?
my father car is toyota corolla 2001 he is using normal water for years and thats doesn't happen,
it will cost me to much money for servicing the car because they will remove the whole dashboards to change the heater core, its 2 days labor work ...! i paid 15500$ ...

I am totally disappointed from this Suzuki swift and i had very bad experience with it.

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog service of grand vitara xl-7 (2003) in india

Dear sir,
I have recently bought an used grand vitara XL-7 with VIN JSAHTX92V00201283. The car needs immediate replacement of the IACV unit. The maruti suzuki dealership network, the sole service provider of Suzuki cars in India, is of no help in detecting the right parts. They could not even provide a service manual of the model. Although the local dealership manager tried his best he got no support from country headquarter. This is disappointing.
I finally managed to get the part number 1813752D00 through Internet for the IAC valve unit. But could not locate the bypass air valve (on which the valve is located) part number. I would be glad of your support team can kindly provide me the part number for the metal part in the figure attached.

Also, I badly need a service manual for the vehicle. If your policy permits kindly send me a soft copy of the service manual for XL-7 with V6, 2.7l with H27A petrol engine. My email is da.[protected]@gmail.com.

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog grievance regarding performance of maruti suzuki celerio amt

Car no. MH-48-S-6159, with chassis no: MA3ETDE1S00145336. and Engine no: K10BN1782184 . Martui Celerio, AMT.

Above mention car was delivered to me through sai service in Aug 2014. Ever since these car is in operation on number of occasion defective things were noticed and due to that we experience difficulties in getting day today service.
This car is just 2 and half year old and has completed just 15000 kilometre in a above period and also vehicle has been serviced regularly at authorised Service Station (Sai Service Pvt. Ltd) as prescribed schedule in owner’s manual. This car is used only as a family car and being run on good condition roads in city area. From last one month car starts jerking while shifting gears and making some unusual noise from engine compartment. At this stage now the car is with your authorised dealer (Sai Service Pvt. Ltd. Virar west) for a couple of weeks and it seems that the dealer has Until Now not been able to detect the fault and put the vehicle on the road smoothly. They already replace many parts from transmission but engine noise problem remains as it is. The dealer now suggest that engine will be required to be open to see if the fault can be overcome.
At the moment the my vehicle is under extended warranty even though on opening the engine and transmission certain parts not covered under the warranty, will be charged me as dealer said. This will become a financial liability to me even when my vehicle is used very less and with extensive care. Further beyond warranty period if this is going to be the same scenario it ultimately resulting in a big financial liability in the time to come for me.
By all these means it seems that vehicle is brought out having manufacturing defects. When Maruti Suzuki claims to be a number one brand in customer satisfaction, deserve to be call back the said defective vehicle for safer transactions.
I earnestly request you that the needful is done at earliest to enable to get rid of these difficulties.

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog fraud/cheating to the tune of rs. 22000/-

I had booked a maruti celerio cng model (colour sun shine ray) through tanya automobiles meerut, the authorised dealer of msil at meerut. the car was booked on 07/06/2016 and in the bargain exchange of my tata nano cng was also factored in for a sum of rs. 1.05 lakh. however the car was never delivered on time by tanya automobiles meerut and no concrete promise was also made. when i demanded refund i got only rs. 83000/- against rs. 1.05 lakh on false premises thus putting me at a loss of rs. 22000/- for no fault of mine.

Dear Sir,

My Sister has booked Maruti VDI on 19 Jan.2016 from Akola Maruti Suzuki Dealers and paid entire amount on 28 jan.2016 basis the confirmation received from your(Akola Maruti Suzuki Dealers) executive that he will get the vehicle with in 8 days from date of full payment received. Now is almost 45 days and still u guys are not giving the confirmation on vehicle delivery. Every time I(Trupti's Brother) called your executive he just says that vehicle will be delivered to us within 7 days.

I have taken some amount from HDFC Bank basis the confirmation received from your executive. Now my EMI have started but still vehicle is not delivered .So why should I pay thE 1st EMI as I have not yet received my car ?

Do let me know the when the same will be delivered. If at all we don't get the same with in this 2 to 3 working days you will be forcing me to escalate the matter.

Also pls note that by any means if the cost of vehicle raises we will not pay a single rupee, then u on ur end sort out the issue.

And a firm request manager sir(Akola Maruti Suzuki Dealers) of Akola told me on 29th of feb that he ll call me on 2nd march regarding my car's delivery status and yet i have not received any call from him... that means even u r not having any responsibility towards ur customer . so plzzz sort out the matter and deliver us our car

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog wagon r - vxi

I had very worst experience with Maruti dealer JaiKrishnaa Autosales Private Limited, Coimbatore. I had purchased silver colour Maruti wagon R from above dealer. On Monday (14.12.2015), around 7 pm, I had requested the dealer that before RTO registration, I want do to pre delivery inspection for my vehicle and requested them to arrange for it. They have asked me to come to the showroom on 15.12.2015 (Tuesday) morning around 9 AM. Sales rep taken us to their yard and shown me the vehicle. We did the PDI for the vehicle (that vehicle chassis number is 979397). However during delivery they gave me vehicle with different chassis number 979347. when I questioned about this, initially they argued saying that I have noted the chassis number wrongly, when I asked about user manual they said it will be given only after 2 working days then I forced them without manual I will not take delivery, then they asked me to wait for 1 hour since manual is taken for RTO formalities Finally they gave me manual in that user manual also vehicle chassis number showing 979397 but they have stroked out 9 with pen and written 4 (see attached document). When I questioned about this they said maruti sends vehicle and vehicle manual with chassis number written. Maruti by mistake written the wrong chassis number. I said during PDI you have shown me vehicle with chassis number 979397 but they refused to accept it. when I asked them to show me the vehicle in the yard with chassis number 979397 initially they hesitated later the showroom manager said they have not received vehicle with chassis number 979397. I think I have been cheated by Maruti dealer, the vehicle what they shown me during PDI was not delivered to me. Can anyone suggest me how I can make complaint against this dealer. Even I have asked the dealer to provide me their PDI copy for the vehicle which I have taken delivery but they refused to do that also. During pre-sales they said they got award from Maruti India for best dealer.. but finally I understood this dealer we cannot trust. Also the vehicle what they delivered to me is having lot of problems.. example during night driving mist is forming in the glass even with defroster switch is on it continues.

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog maruti swift zxi

Dear Sir/ Mam I have purchased Maruti Swift ZXI as on 23rd Dec. 2014 from Rana Motors Registration No. HR-36X-0556. My vehicle is in brand new condition, approx 24000 km run and I have got done all services on time as per schedule and from Maruti Suzuki Authorised service centres. Last Sunday I was driving in my car along with my family and suddenly I heard a blast sound and I have to stop my car and I escaped from a major accident as truck was behind me and he has to put emergency breaks. I saw there was oil all over on the road and I have to tow the car to nearest service centre in Rewari. (Dinco Four Wheeels). I am chasing with the service center but response from Maruti Suzuki side is very poor till now I have not got any satisfied answer from service person. The service person is also chasing with Maruti for their conclusion. As per service guy whole engine got damaged and con rod broken into two pieces and they have to change engine parts. I am surprised that trusted brand in India are making this kind of parts that can take any body’s life anytime. I have buy top model in Maruti Suzuki because of its safety features but all in vain. I don’t need this car as whole engine is opened and I don’t know what would be the future consequences, will it work properly or not, what would be millage, what would be the performance and as I have put 6.5 lakh in this so I don’t want to drive such vehicle which can break down any moment. And i want replacement for the same I hope you will help me out to get out of this abnormal situation and provide me new vehicle with immediate resolution. Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog scross

I have booked an scross on Aug 30 2015, with a booking amount of 10000 from my credit card.I informed them I need the delivery in the second week of September.But due to personal reasons I informed them I want to cancell the booking on sep 10.Now my money is struck with them.After repeated calls and follow ups today they informed that around 5000 will be deducted as cancellation charges. What should I do to get my 10000 as refund.

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog delay in delivery

I have booked Maruti Celerio with Shivam Autozone, Kandivali, Mumbai India in the month of Mar-15. It was told to me that the car will be delivered in the month of Apr-15 but till date they have not come back to me with revised delivery date. It is really frustrating. This is not expected from Maruti Suzuki. Are they really having lack of planning at their end? If yes, then they should appoint some consultant who will help them in planning the things at their end...
they dont know when they will slot the production OR they dont want to promote this brand in India?

the maruti suzuki am motors feroke, we had sumbmitted our car for a insurance .they are not giving insurance right..they are telling silly reason and they did not give our insurance for our car..i did get my body repaired.now im in qatar...the insurance bad behaviour and not good at all

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog body part defect-manufacturing

Hi Team,
Chasis No of Car - 176875 Car No. UP14BN7241 Purchased in Year 2011 (December) from Motorcraft Ghaziabad, Total Running - 38, 000 KM. My car is making heavy and abnormal sound from last long an i sent for service and get to know it is because of the manufacturing defect in Steering and its part. As advise by fasttrack that it is not repairable as it isa manufacturing defect.We want company should provide this part to the users as the complete assembly cost us very high an we can' afford it.We need "Bush" part rather than complete steering assembly as this part is not replaceable.
Need reply and action on above mentioned query.

Resp. Sir,

I had booked Maruti Swift VDI on dated 05/06/08. You had promised me to deliver the vehicle within 25 days, but after 2 months also I didn't get the delivery.
I am not satisfied with your service.Hence I kindly request you to consider my complaint at the earliest.

I have booked Maruti Swift vdi white on 03.03.2010 at marketing times automobiles pvt. ltd . At the time of the booking i have been told that I will get the delievery in 3 months time. .Now after booking, it is 7 months past .Till now i havnt recieved the delievery..

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog eeco 7 seater

I have purchage an EECO 7 seater on 09/05/2014. There is a problem i have facing continuously from the date of purchasing to till now. There is some leakage in rear axle of left side . I have contact the Rohan Motors Ltd. Dehradun for services they have been check the vehicle and sort out the problem within 1800 km running.again i have faced this problem after 5000km running and services on a service station. but again i have continously faced this problem in my vehicle. And third time seal again leaked at 7200km running. pls register my complained and take an urgent action. i have contact on toll free helpline number [protected] to Ms. Priyanka & Mr. Rajesh. But both of them could not try to resolve out my problem and taking in a very offensive way.

I have mruti swift diesel ldi version.My car has been havinhg steering problem and i have complained it several times to the batra auto dealer several times . The car was reguilarly serviced at this service station since it has been bought. I had made privious complaint on 9th sept 2011 but i did not receive any reply from your company. Kindly look into this matter.

i had purchase a new wagonr lxi(blue eyed boy)from TRsawhney gokulpuri at three months ago.my temprery RAC was issued me with a wrong name.i had complaint about it about 20 times to the dealer and maruti suzuki helpline no.also, but there is no response from their side.plese publish my complaint.i am very suffering.thanks-

sir i booked my new Alto ( BLACK ) from T R SAWAHNEY, MAIN WAZIRABAD ROAD, GOKULPURAM, DELHI ON 20 MAY AND MY LOAN AMOUNT 230000 IS TRANSFER ON 29 MAY BUT STILL I AM WAITING ... Respected Sir,
I have Maruti Suzuki Alto LX, bought from ANAND MOTORS LUCKNOW UTTAR PRADESH.
From Last 3 Months I am complaining about Communication Swicth Due to problem of that high besm is not working.
But they are not changing my car's that parts.
Sir please give mw guidelin what can i do.

I have brought Maruti Ritz(Petrol version) one yr back in the month of August, 2010 and the mileage I am getting is 8-9 KM per litre whereas the company executives claims it to be around 18 km per litre. Kindly provide a solution to me.

They do not know manners, they have abnormal norms-they rejected my cheque of 5 lakhs saying they dont accept cheque... misbehaving...etc is normal for them...

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog high pressure pump

I sri rabindra kumar mohanty at/po- mandurakula purchase a maruti ertiga VDI from jyoti motors balasore. after 42000 km running fuel high pressure pump as part no 15200M55KD1 not working properly and engine stop in running position. for this problem repair the high pressure pump but after 25000 km same problem is found. when i said for problem to the service engineer to know other 4pcs of maruti ertiga had same problem. so i think to refund my ertiga to the company.

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog no service

i have purchased one maruti swift vxi, regd. no. As- 05/D-1663, from M/s Bimal Auto Agency, Guwahati, Assam, on august 2009. from the last two years or so, the car has started giving a lot of trouble like starting problem. I live at Jorhat, Assam, for the past 4 yrs, so i had sent my car to M/s Anamika Motors, Jorhat, Assam, for servicing and repair when and where needed. In the last two years I have spent almost 1.5 lacs to 2 lacs on its service & maintenance. The delear i.e. Anamika Motors, kept on changing parts like disel pump, a/c pump & oso on for about 2-3 times, & every time it goes for repair the bill is almost [protected].But the most annoying part is that the problem remains the same.The last time it was serviced on 02/06/14, from Anamika motors & they told us that the disel pipe line is jammed & they make a bill of Rs. 18000/- approx with some parts purchased by me from outside for Rs. 3000.00. I now felt being cheated by the delear every time. The starting problem is not solved till date & the car is standing in my garage.So, i request you to kindly look into the matter.Mr. Omprakash PrithaniJorhat, Assamph. [protected], [protected]
