Ms. Tiwari at Kandivali centre is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have come across in my life. She made promises of morning batch while registration and constantly pushed me to make the payment. Once I made the payment you stopped caring, I made it clear that I want a morning batch while registration, since I work through the day. I have been following up with them, & trainers separately since then but all in vain. I personally visited the centre in Dec'20 but you weren't available & you didn't have the decency to even call me once after that. It amazes me that a brand like Maruti has hired you to take the money but have not given you any training on customer service.
I have had a terrible experience with MDS and want to cancel my registration with complete refund for all the trouble MDS has caused me through you.

I paid whole amount 8, 545 for driving classes as well as license merging with 2-wheeler on 29 Oct, 2019 on considering the brand maruti but am not satisfied with the way the staff there. My slot was 3 PM to 4 PM but everytime there will be none and training is not planned aptly. Every time I have been noted unattended. Today also stimulated car is not working but there is no information that there will be no classes today. Simply waste of time to come and go. Not sure who will be the trainer. WOULD BE GOOD IF CONSIDERED
Abysmal quality of teaching, irresponsible management
I have been very disappointed with the way the classes are conducted by the Maruti Driving School at Arumbakkam, Chennai. I live a lil far from the driving school but I still registered with them trusting their brand value. But it only ended in complete disappointment and frustration.
I had asked for refund in the 3rd class realizing it is going to take me anywhere. But they talked me into continuing the classes with them. In spite of telling them a priori that I have time constraints, no effort was taken to complete my classes. Also I was put in a time slot where no drivers were available and invariably every time I land up in the class there was no one to attend me being an odd timing. After not been able to complete my classes before time, I was forced to discontinue.
I had attended 4 practical classes, all of which taught by different instructors with no co-ordination. Every class, i was asked if certain things were not taught in the previous class.
Worst of all, during my wait at the driving school I happened to hear conversations between instructors (female who must be between the age of 20 - 25) abusing an customer.
When i wanted to escalate my concern, I had no way to contact anyone beyond the manager. And the manager was stubborn and refused to let me talk to anyone else.
And this being a franchise, I couldn't get any numbers or other contacts.
After repeated stressing that I want a refund, I am charged Rs.2150 for 4 classes(the entire course charge being Rs. 4270) or i have been asked to bring another person to join the driving school in my place.
Encouraging such franchise's Maruti is definitely creating a black mark on its brand value.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Not sure if the complaint was truly resolved because I faced same kind of issues with the branch at medavakkam. I reside at semmancheri and it's quite far from my place, but still joined because of their brand. Still no proper response. Infact I need to fight to get everything resolved. For instance my Llr it took several days just to apply for it. No response from their end. Spoke with their manager and he only tried to convence me saying I won't get refund at ease and the amount which I will get back will be very little compared what I have paid. It was like a feeling of being cheated. No proper slot scheduling after fights it got sorted. Then Llr, again it took several days for it to be resolved. They said RTO officer has changed and so they are unable to book slots. This too they said after several follow ups. Few trainers were good. Few were as if a local trainer could train better than them. Now about licence, as expected from them, it has been 3 weeks and after numerous follow ups still same. No proper response and yet to get my license. Infact they dint even pay the fees for licence which I've paid to them already.
I went to ABT MARUTI [Arumbakkam] to enroll my son for driving classes ...the front office staff were most unpleasant and condescending in their behaviour, they felt they were doing us a favour to give details.
Most unhelpful lot walking around with neckties. The so called Manager sitting in the corner was full of self importance that he couldn't talk to us [ sitting a few feet away] directly but through his assistants. Maruti should realise they are not the only fish in the Ocean. We prompltly left this place and went to a more friendly place.

yes i also joined ABT Maruthi Driving scholl, arumbakkam, their co ordintation not good, and every they change the instructors i cant able to communicate properly because the instructors are changed, very poor coordintaiton

thanks a lot. i was thinkin to join because of their brand name, i went there and asked for fee structure. very costly. anyhow i thought of joining, but now ur complaint made my mind clear, and going to join someother local driving school. thank u

for Lucknow One Up Mothers Training center i was done my training in Jan-22 also full payment is done but Classroom training & Examination still is pending and no any training certificate is receive from him. many time call to training center but no one is responding.
