THE PERFORMANCE OF THE VEHICLE WAS VERY GOOD, ALSO I AM HAPPY TO SAY THAT YOU SERVICE AND PRODUCT WAS GIVEN ME A GOOD PERFORMANCE, RECENTLY I PLANED TO EXCHANGE MY VEHICLE AND PURCHASE A NEW MA RUTHI UPGRADE VERSION WAGONER VXI.
I APPROACH A DEALER .DEALER NAME IS POPULAR MOTORS IT WAS AT KAYAMKULAM DIVISION IN ALAPUZHA DIST, NOW I FEEL IT WAS A WRONG DECISION I TAKEN BECAUSE YOUR DEALER WAS CHEATING ME .BECAUSE MY OLD VEHICLE I EXCHANGED AND THE DEALER FRANCHISE TRUE VALUE DIVISION TAKE OVER MY OLD CAR ALSO THEY PROMISED VALUE OF OUR CAR IS 1650000 RS AND EXCHANGE BONUS 100000 RS AND MA RUTHI OFFER FOR NEW CAR 20000 RS CASH DISCOUNT ALSO .BUT AFTER BOOKING THEY ARE TAKEN SIGNATURE IN BLANK FORMS AND PAPERS AFTER THAT THEY AP PLAID FOR THE BANK LORN FOR TAKING NEW CAR . THE BANK LORN AMOUNT WHAT SANCTIONED AND DD WAS COLLECTED BY THE DEALER . OUR OLD VEHICLE HAVE SOME FINANCE BALANCE THAT WAS AT ICICI BANK THE BALANCE AMOUNT I NEED TO PAY IS 4300*19 INSTALMENTS ONLY THAT MEANS IT IS 81700 RS ONLY WE CLEARLY TOLD TO THE SALES PERSON WE WILL CLOSE THE LORN AND WE WILL GIVE YOU THE NOC FROM BANK BUT THEY DIDN'T ASK ANY
THING TO US AND THEY CLOSED THE BANK LORN WITH OUT OUR KNOWLEDGE AND THE AMOUNT THEY
ARE PAYED IS 95000 RS, YESTERDAY MY FATHER VISITED TO THE DEALER OFFICE AT KAYANKULAM THEY
GIVEN THE CLOSING STATEMENT OF BANK WE ARE SUDDENLY SHOCKED BECAUSE WHY WE NED TO PAY UN NECESSARY AMOUNT TO THE BANK AROUND 120000 RS ADDITIONAL THY PAID TO THE BANK AND THEY CLOSED THE AMOUNT . ALSO WE ASKED OUR OLD VEHICLE SAIL AGREEMENT . THEY GIVEN YESTERDAY GIVEN THE COPY IN THAT THEY
ARE MENTIONED AMOUNT IS 158000 RS THAT HE WAS EXPLAINED IT IS INCLUDING OUR EXCHANGE BONUS . ALSO IN THE TIME OF BOOKING WE CLEARLY TOLD TO THE SAILS PERSON THE COLOUR WE REQUIRES IS WINE RED, HE EXPLAINED THAT COLOUR WAS NOT THEIR THUS WE TOLD WE REQUIRED SILKY SILVER METALLIC COLOUR . IN THAT ALSO HE CHEAT US HE BOOKED A BLACK CAR . I AM SPENDING MY MONEY AND THEY ARE DECIDING WHICH COLOUR I NEED
TO TAKE IS IT GOOD . I DECIDED TO TAKE DELIVERY ON MY NEW CAR ON 17TH OF THIS MONTH BUT NOW I AM SURE I CANT TAKE MY NEW CAR ON MY DECIDED DATE BECAUSE THIS MUCH PROBLEM WITH YOUR DEALER, HOW CAN I TAKE MY NEW . ALSO NOW THE SALES PERSON WORDS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR AN EXECUTIVE . WHY THIS MUCH CHEEP YOUR SAILS TEEM MR : ARUN AND MR BANNY WHO IS HE TO ORDER TO ME . PLEASE TEACH HIM SOME MAN ASE AND HOW TO BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMER, I AM ALSO WORKING IN REPEATED. WE ARE CUSTOMERS WE ARE NOT BEGGARS PLEASE ADVICE HIM OR GIVE HIM A GOOD TRAINING TO HIM HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMER . I NEED TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM BEFORE 17TH OF THIS MONTH OTHER WISE I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT. I KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THIS CASE WE TRUST MARUTHI BUT THIS TYPE OF DEALER SHIP SPOIL THE BRANT NAME


I AM VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT PEDANTIC CUSTOMER CARE THIS IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST DON'T SPOIL YOUR BRANT NAME ANY WAY I NEED TO THINK AGAIN FOR TAKING A MARUTHI CAR .
