I actually got a refund but in the form of a issued credit and then when I went to buy new items there was no place to put in the issued credit number, for it would only take credit card information not the credit issued from them, I've emailed twice no response. Actually just want refund or show me place to deduct their issued credit. Pretty simple to me HELP

I order a pair of Bluetooth earbuds for my cell phone on 11/11/2019. I checked the order on 11/13/2019 and it stated the order had been shipped. I have not received my order and cannot get any response from the company. I have checked every day for the status of the shipment. I do not have a tracking number but I was given a website to check the status and I do have my order number.
My order number is yhst-[protected].
The policy stated on the order what shipped next day. When I checked the delivery status it stated 3-15 days for standard delivery.

TERRIBLE!

No customer service, although there is a phone number and e-mail address, they just don't care to respond.

Nowhere in the ordering process was it mentioned that their "warehouse" is in China. I've been waiting over a month for a cable I ordered. I'm disputing the payment with my credit card because Martgreat couldn't be worse!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I wish I had looked for reviews prior to ordering, there are lots, all terrible.

Buy elsewhere or not at all!

I am not complaining, our product is great it just doesnt work for my tablet. Two issues are first the support or holding tabs do not hold my tablet securely. When closed my tablet can slide out of either end. Second the wire from the keyboard to to the tablet is the smaller female plug. My Asus is the 2mm for new models. The one sent is for the older smaller plug. I would like to know the return proceedure and refund. I am sad because this is a goodlooking case.

Advertised as a Hml for a LH K30. After it getting "lost" in the mail i finally got it a month and a half after ordering it only to find out that HML doesent work with the LG K30. Now im stuck with a.product i cant use.If it doesn't work with it it shouldnt be advertised as such. Please heed my advice. Do not order products from them. Not a trust worthy company. Martgreat is as forest's mom said " like a box of chocolates... U never know what ur gonna get". In this case its a brown piece of something but it aint no chocolate. On July 3, 2018, I ordered a samsung-galaxy-note-8-0-gt-n5110 cover. The cost was $14.99, plus $3.99 shipping & handling, total was $18.98. When I received the cover July 19th, I was very disappointed and upset at the quality of this product. First of all, it didn't fit...it was too big and secondly, it was of poor quality and it had no camera slot. It was not the cover shown on martgreat's website. On July 21, 2018, I sent an email requesting a RMA number, per their written instructions, so that I could return the cover and receive a refund. After receiving the RMA number, I took the package to the Post office and they said it would cost me $14.25 to send. It isn't feasible for me to return it when the cover was $14.99. Martgreat was not refunding the s&h fee nor were they paying the return fee. They offer a credit if you don't requst a refund. I don't trust this company and I have no desire to order anything else. I want a refund and martgreat should pay the return cost since they falsely advertised this product. This was a "bait and switch." A very deceptive way to get business.

On November 12th I ordered a new charging cord for my husbands tablet. As of today I have still not received it. Ever time I check the order status all it says is shipped. I tried using the number supplied to track it but it tells me it is not valid. This is the number I was given yhst -[protected] this was shipped Nov. 13th. Buyer Beware! Not only did I have to wait to get what I ordered. They sent me a defective unit. Not only was it defective, it was not the item as advertised...it was a cheap Chinese knock-off. After contacting Martgreat about a replacement they said I would have to return the item to China at my expense which shipping alone would cost me more than what I paid for the item. This is definitely a scam operation.
