These people lie and are very deceitful. Their response is nothing but BS. They will take your money, and you will never get anything of value. The Department of Justice needs to shut this organization DOWN. They are thieves and the most untruthful people you will ever come in contact with. Marriott Vacation Club is a SCAM. They will delay, deny and deflect your concerns so you have to pay more for maintenance fees. The CEO Anthony Capuano needs to be investigated ASAP and thrown in jail!
