Marriot Vacational Clubpoor customer service and misleading their customers

Last January me and my husband got stopped my one of the MVIC agent who spent an hour offering 'A great 5 star luxury holiday in Spain only for 169 euros per person per stay(3 nights). This agent promised us a luxury apartment and no catch! We decided to book holidays 90 days in advance in June for October. The foreign operator with no perfect English told us to book flights first then ring back and book holidays. We disagree, but this operator insisted. We did what she said, but another operator next day said that we shouldn't have done this and there was no available apartments for us at all. That's 3 months in advance! Ridiculous! The operator recommended the hotel beside the Marriot resort, but she did not mention that this hotel was not a part of Marriot. We accepted because we did not have other choice as we bought air tickets. When we arrived, we got shocked! We got a tiny hotel room, dirty bed cover and nobody called us to welcome from MVIC.
When we attended the presentation with the MVIC sales rep, we complaint. The Sales manager did not help. We came back from this awful holidays, we discovered that MVIC debited an extra 169 euros from our closed credit card accout for high season( 25 october!) without any notice in advance. I made 100 phone calls to complain, but the Manager was not available for 2-4 weeks. Nobody had returned my calls. Finally, I got this man on the phone and he denied everything, especially misleading us by foreign operator. We complained to different MVIC offices, but we are still remain ignored by MVIC. That;s disgraceful! No customer service at all. I would like to let people know about this ignorant MVIC attitude.
