Marlboro marlboro black 100’s menthol

I buy a pack of Marb black 100's menthol and I get a different cigarette in the pack everytime. They are not the cigarett that I want and I think if a customer buys a pack with the wrong product in the pack he/she should be able to get a refund. Either that or the distributor should make sure the pack has the correct product in it. My cigarettes have a blue printing on the bottom. This one is a lighter green.

Marlboro special select

I have been smoking special blends for years now. I just recently bought a pack of what I thought were my cigarettes but apparently.. Yall have changed the whole [censored]ing cigarette and it tastes like [censored]. I dont like regular reds either bc of that funky after taste and they are too strong. Please bring back special blends or I will have to switch companies and I really dont want to do that but these cigs are gross!

Marlboro marlboro rewards, points and coupons

I was on the marlboro website to add points. I took photos and added point today.. I then clicked on the where it read add more! I read +750 points and clicked it.. I then noticed all of my points disappeared! The ones I just added! I did not want to use points for coupons! Coupons should be given. Considering I spend over 400.00 a month on marlboro! I also have issues using mobile coupons because the page doesn't load or it says I used them!
What happened today on the website angered me beyond belief. What a way to misslead and manipulate a consumer! I called and text and no one can give me my points back! Coupons shouldn't be bought with points! Especially when i'm limited on how I can use them! Nothing but a huge rip off. They can go ef themselves! I'll just smoke more of my vape or buy something else after this! I still can't believe how I was manipulated today.

Marlboro menthol black 100s

Every pack that I buy that has the marlboro rewards code on it are not marlboro menthol blacks. They are marlboro menthols, which are disgusting. They are not bold enough. This is both in michigan and ohio. It's frustrating to pay for something and get something else! If you don't fix this problem soon you are going to lose a lot of customers, not just me! Philip morris get it together!

Marlboro I am complaining about your lighters

A sales lady approached me during your promotions at Yas Island, Iris.
She was handing out lighters as part of her job where she offers you a lighter if you are a smoker.
The lighter was on full and burnt my eyeslashes, eyes brows, and a small part of my hair on the right side of my face.
This is unacceptable. It may have causes serious damages.

I recently purchased a pack of marlboro black menthol 100s and the cigarrtes in the pack are not the ones a purchsed. I just was wondering why it was not packaged right and to see if I could get a refund or something of that sort. Marlboro black red 100

Ever since you have added the new gold lines on the blacks they have been terrible! I feel like we have been bait and switched here. You get us hooked on a line and then changed them completely no new logo, I just paid 65$ on a carton of cigarettes that I don't even want to smoke and can not return opened carton! I feel like if you are going to change should have changed package and let consumers know about change! Very very unhappy!

Marlboro Marlboro black menthol 100

For the last 2 weeks I have been buying Marlboro black menthol 100 an they have been have the wrong cigarettes in the box. They have Marlboro menthol in the packs not black menthol. I have spent over 200 dollars trying to find the right cigarettes. Marlboro black menthol 100 have blue Marlboro wrote on them the ones I have been getting is wrote in lite green an has 2 rings on the filter which is regular Marlboro menthol.

Wth is going one with the marlboro blacks? For the last 3 weeks I have been buying what I thought to be my cigarettes which are marlboro black red 100s but every time I open them they have regular marlboro reds in them. I pay entirely too much money for my cigarettes. Y'all made a big error on packaging and slot of people are pissed. I just wanna be able to smoke my brand of cigarettes. Is that too much to ask for

Marlboro marlboro black

Every since the "new design" came out with the seal on top, the cigarettes taste awful and just not the same. I smoke blacks for a reason. If not corrected, Marlboro is going to loose all their buyers. I am done with this brand. Its been weeks and I cant do it anymore. The new ones are just plain nasty and make me ill. My husband already switched to a different brand and i'm done all together.

Marlboro soft pack

I am a Male 72 yrs old 03/26/1945...I have been smoking Marlbro red short soft pack since I was 21 years old...I have went to 2 different stores to buy them...they tell Me that they quit making soft packs, I had asked them to order them for me.
Just wanted to know if this is true.
Also they told Me I could get coupons, would like to have some coupons.Thank You,

Marlboro black 100s

I have bought 3 packs with the.50 cents off on the pack. I opened the cigarettes and come to find out hey are not blacks at all they are special blend red 100s. I just would like to know what is going on. I pay to smoke a certain type of cigarettes and that's the kind I want to smoke not a completely different cigarette. If I wanted to smoke special blend reds I would get them.

Marlboro menthol black 100s

Marlboro Menthol black 100s. I have bought 3 packs of these cigs that I have smoked forever. 3 packs, 3 different gas stations, 3 different towns. The cig should say Marlboro in blue. Instead its green and has double lines on it. Maybe a special blend? The paper is also silver instead of black. I'm disgusted. Driving around towns trying to find my cigarette craving! Waste of money! Please fix them! Would love to have a carton of actual Marlboro Menthol black 100s and not this crap!

Yes! I have been to over 10 different stores and none of them are right and they taste awful! I miss my Marlboro 100 Black Menthols 😭 If this is an attempt to get us all to quit smoking, its very cruel..

Marlboro marlboro menthol black 100s

I have smoked these cigarettes for years and am very disappointed. I went and bought 2 carton of these cigarettes 2/7/18 only to find that they have changed the cigarettes and are now rather nasty, they are more like the regular Menthol 100s which I don't buy for that reason. The normal (apparently now older) pack had Marlboro written in blueish writing on the filter and now the filters have 2 gold rings and the writing in a blueish gray color. I have a pack of each and the difference is clearly evident in flavor and packaging. Now I am either going have to change back to Newports or find a different brand that is on that I like and am now out the money and stuck with nasty tasting cigarettes. The only positive thing is at least the cartons we bought each had a $ .50 coupon on each pack so payed $5.00 less for them but I am still pissed off that I wasted my money and got a nasty product in return. Either change back to what they were or I will spend my money elsewhere. Also a refund for the product would be greatly appreciated since I have to now go buy a pack on Newports or Camels.

I called Marlboro a couple days ago having the same issue with Marlboro black 100s. They admitted to a packaging error. More bowl is aware of this issue and the vendors selling Marlboro is aware of this issue and yet they are still stocking the shelves with these faulty cigarettes today. I guess they are trying to make as much money back as possible but I’m tired of smoking these nasty shorts. I bought nicotine patches today. I guess if I’m going to quit, now would be the best time! I’ve been dealing with this for a week and a half now. I smoke 75% less then I did when I enjoyed my cigarettes. The cigarettes have been messed up since January 20th (earliest complaint I’ve found) and they still haven’t removed them from the shelves and replaced them with the correct ones. They make too much money from cigarette smokers to deliberately screw us over in my opinion. Yet that’s what they are doing. They did offer a refund but I didn’t want to sit on the phone that long. That was 6 packs ago. I’m sure they are making more money back then they are losing because people assume they just changed the look or they don’t want to sit on the phone either. Only problem is, they taste awful too so it isn’t just the look. They have Marlboro red 100s packaged in Marlboro black 100s boxes.

Marlboro marlboro menthol black 100s

Every pack we buy now has marb menthol 100s in it, not menthol blacks. They are terrible. This has been going on for over 2 weeks. What's the deal? Qe spend good money every day to get a specific brand and now we cant even do that. This is very disappointing. Please fix this as I dont really want to start looking for another brand I enjoy. Thank you.

Marlboro marlboro red beyond

This is now the 5th packet that I've bought that some of the sigarettes tastes like lemon. It is really disgusting. It almost tastes like the new Camel Switch sigarettes. If this happens again I will change the brand because the taste is really awful. I've opened the bubble of some of the sigarettes and all the bubbles are blue but the ones that tastes like lemon is green. How is this possible.

I buy 2-3 packs of marlboro menthol blackl 100s daily ive noticed if they have the stamp on it it is NOT menthol blacks it has green writting with the rings i think they are menthol lights gave me an instant head ache ive wasted alot of money on these its getting very hard to find these cigs without the stamps on them very disapointed thinkimg about trying to switch to a diffrent brand

Marlboro marlboro black 100s cigarette packs

For the last 2 months or so I've been opening up my pack of blacks and discovering they aren't blacks at all, they are Marlboro red 100s instead. I really don't like reds so I'm very disappointed when I open up my favorite cigarettes, only to find my least favorite cigarettes. Once the pack has been opened, I can no longer return it. From my understanding there is a price difference in the cigarettes. In my area (Texas), Marlboro red 100s are cheaper than Marlboro black 100s. So I'm paying more for a pack of cigarettes that I didn't even want. I'm sure you can see my frustration.

Dude i truely thought i was tripping out. My coworker smokes marlboro reds and i smoke marlboro blacks and we were always able to tell our half smoke cigarettes apart and now we cant because marlboro is ripping us all off and putting reds in the black packs. This is [censored]

So these are now what red special blends my bf smokes the red special blend and they are disgusting. I finally found a cigeratte that i liked in the Marlboro Black red 100s and ypu switch them to these nastey things. Im happy im not the only person dealing with this. They give me a head ache amd its getting annoying real quick. Way to expensive to be dealing with this stupid mix up. Marlboro better fix their stuff before they loose alot of their customer's

Marlboro marlboro black 100's

My husband and I both smoke Marlboro Black 100's. We purchase 4 packs every day! The last 2 1/2 weeks the cigarettes in the box are NOT blacks. They are red 100's. With two gold lines on filter. Very disappointed as we are spending quite a bit of money each day and not getting the product we paid for. And we have purchsed from a few differnent places. We would appreciate some coupons or reimbursment or just some Marlbor BLACk 100's! Please fix this! I tried to attach a photo but for some reason its not the right format? Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Marlboro marlboro black 100’s

I went to buy Marlboro Black 100's this morning at the speedway in Eaton Ohio and I opened my pack and they were special blend 100's. I know I bought the right pack because it was a black 100's pack. But the cigarettes in the pack weren't correct. I know the difference from the two golden lines on the cigarettes in the pack I got this morning. Marlboro black 100's don't have golden lines.
