marina review: Residential matter 1

I have contacted 311 regarding the forest that used to belong to the LIRR but no longer does. This forest is adjacent to my backyard. I've complained that in the past 10 + years that we own this home this forest was never ever cleaned: there are mosquitoes everywhere, snakes are crowling into the backyard, skunks are seen, and other animal creatures that I simply do not recognize. Also teenagers go over the fance and smoke what I think is illegal to smoke. Because this is a dead end area we have a lot of people drive in at any hour and have intercourse in their cars right in front if our doors, leaving many used condoms on the ground. I have kids growing and don't want them to witness this and I can't have them play in the backyard because of all the creatures and masquetos. Please help! NY1 is our only hope as it seems.
