Maqui Berry BurnUnable to cancel

I agree. They are full of crap. I called several times and finally got some chick named "Harley" on the phone who basically agreed that their so called "14 day trial" isn't really FREE after all and they are going to bill you regardless if you cancel the product or not! I went off on her since she refused to out a supervisor on the phone and told her i want my damn money back. After going off on her she finally agreed to refund me half of the $80 they charged me only because I threatened to go through my credit card company to get my refund! Even after refunding me half of the total charge, they still are trying to bill me for services I canceled and never sent me the confirmation email I demanded after fighting for a partial refund!

I found an updated phone number for Maqui Berry Burn at [protected] When I talked to the customer rep I kept a level head and they were helpful enough. I got my order canceled. I also found out you can cancel at

I also suggest making sure you have the right company, or checking if you are receiving products from multiple companies. It’s a frustrating waste of time to call one company, spend all that time trying to figure out your problem only to find out you have the wrong people. It’s also frustrating canceling for one product, then receiving more of another product because you didn’t realize you signed up for multiple company’s products.

    True that.

No honest company would need to use fake news sites and fake blogs to advertise their products!

No honest company would use fake (non clickable) hacker safe and verisign logos on their order page.

No honest company would hide who owns their domain name using Domains by Proxy:

    @ Eric Dumkle:

I HAVE looked at the sites (thoroughly) and I do NOT believe any site that has any fake news sites telling me to go to it! The news sites themselves are fake enough so why wouldn't the site it is advertising? On the fake news sites some of the info are scripts on these sites that say that the offer will expire tomorrow (then you visit another day and it is a new date that it expires)..

    Here is the date script:

    Warning: Offer Expires

I am having the same problem. I bought a teeth whitening trial and somehow got roped into this one. I never received a confirmation email and I didn't know at the time I had to cancel. So not only do I have no way of canceling but the link provided above doesn't have my email registered with them. This is definitely a scam even if it may be technically legal somehow.

I agree, these guys are crap. I called the above number and some girl answered with no clue about this company. The number on the site is ### too. Disconnected. I ordered the free trial product and it never came. My card was charged the 80 buck no problem though. Any company that tries this hard to hide from the consumer has to be a scam.

I was unable to track down the phone # on their site, but it appears as if it is posted here on this page:

And you can CANCEL your order by going to:

No offense but try looking around at the links on web pages before claiming something is a scam.
