I was an employee there never missing a single day in three years, that is until they hired a sexist, abusive, me manager, who used retaliatory harassment to fire me bc I wouldn't sleep with him, and if that isn't enough, now he is continuing his it by not approving my unemployment. What a joke of a corporation.

I went to the MAPCO on the corner of Mt. Moriah and Clarke Rd, in Memphis, TN around 8:15PM...I noticed there was a young lady letting people out, and locking the door. The young lady is not employed by MAPCO. She was a friend. Customers were getting upset because this MAPCO, doesn't close their doors for the night until 10:00 PM. The store has gone down as far as customer service and the atmosphere is terrible. The young lady who was working there tonight is loud and obnoxious and will say anything. Her friends are behind the counter which I feel is very unprofessional.
Desired outcome: Retraining of employee
The cashier is always rude, and either in the phone, eating or not at the counter.
2:25 April 8th 2021I went in today at the mapco across from north east alabama college in Rainsville alabama on hwy 35. I parked at the gas pumps, walked in, got something to drink, and a snack. The older woman (like always) on the phone with her family member I'm sure, sitting down eating lunch at the register. I kept standing there while she is actually watching me stand there. I finally said I need two boxes for f camel crush silver and 20$ on pump three. She totally ignores me. I was furious. I told her that mapco needs to fire her and walked out! Regional manager needs to fire the cashiers thats allowing what goes on property and law enforcement needs to clear the property permanently
Mapco Store # 1001 5756 Old Hickory Blvd. located in Hermitage, TN is a death trap and someone is going to get killed... The store is swarmed with homeless people and drug addicts, people parking at the fuel pumps and not purchasing fuel, the cashiers sits on their vehicles sometimes with family and friends and the store door be locked... This morning I went into the store purchase gas and cigarettes with my friend.
After finishing the transaction. My friend took me to buy a lottery in the front of the door before leaving. The cashier told us we did not sell lottery by loud voice. So my friend told her we not talking to you and you have speak nice with. She get so mad for no reason. So I told my friend let go after fuel the gas for my car, I came to the store to buy a Gum. She threw the gum and I told her she should be nice with the customer.

assistant manager and her cashier (son's girlfriend)
My husband went into the store onchurch street as he walked in he overheard a conversation between the assistant managerand the cashier whom identified herself as the assistant managers son's girlfriend the conversation was concerning 20 dollars that was missing as the manager ranghim uphe was holding a 20 dollar bill he rembered he had his mapco card in his wallet so he handed the twenty dollar bill to the manger reached in his wallet and handed her his card he then handed her a second twenty dollar bill he forgot about the first one when he realized what he had done he called it to her attention andshe basically called him a liar he then called me and I called asked for manager she identified herself as the assistant iexplained who I was and the issued I asked her to pull the drawer she said to call her back so I did she said she rolled the camera andcounted the drawer and proceeded to tell me my husband is a iiar I then informed her disrespect is not needed to her replies became louder the two employees at the store today oct 29 2019 around 4:30 ish are very unprofessional no customer should ever walk into a conversation about your company business nor should they be disrespected in anyway I myself am also a manager and have been in management for over 25 years I would not tolerate it from any of my employees I have faith that this issue will be resolved in a timely matter thank you in advance...
