Makro Germistonhp laptop

Completely unsatisfied. Purchased a HP laptop on the 29/07/2018 and the hard drive crashed on the 10/08:2018.
Took it into Germiston branch and were told to contact Pinnacle to collect and repair if we would like the problem to be resolved faster because apparently if the branch were to send it for repairs it could take forever . It's totally ridiculous. My daughter is going back to the UK next week and needs her laptop for Varsity. Laptop not even 2 weeks old yet.
Great customer service definitely not ...
I will be taking this matter further ...
