Delayed delivery, no response and sent the wrong colour!
The website claims that they deliver within 6-12 days. After 10 days of not being dispatched, I emailed and heard nothing. Messaged on their site (which they say they respond to all messages in 24 hours). In the last 3 weeks I must have emailed and messaged 20 times. No response. The tracking information is invalid too.
The item arrived today after 3.5 weeks and it is the wrong colour! And the bits that come with it to hold the cover down are random bits of cheap polystyrene, all different sizes.
This company should not be allowed to operate!
sofa cover - returns
I order a sofa cover from MagicSofaCover.com. The website claims to have 100 % satisfaction, however i have made multiple attempts to contact the company and have not no response.
The product snagged and looked worn within days on receiving it. It has been 2 weeks since i emailed the company and still have not heard back. I have asked about their return procedure and no one has responded.
Send the wrong cover, no answers after multiple tries. Zero customer service and bad quality.
Even though they claim satisfaction guarantee and refund policies none of it is true.
A store like that should be shut down.
I ordered a 2 seater sofa cover from Magicsofacover and it took ages to arrive, then I found it too big so I emailed them many times to get the return address...i tried many times to contact them... finally after many tries by chat service someone provided the return address so I sent back the item to China. NOBODY WAS IN... the courrier company tried to delivery it three times...meanwhile I emailed the company many times with the tracking reference number, the updates from royalmail with no answer ...so I keep trying to contact them by chat...sometimes someone replies asking the tracking number and saying they have asked to collect the item but the parcel is still at the delivery office... it's been 2 weeks with this ...this company is not serious! They are reading all the chats and email but they don't care about customer satisfaction at all! My order is #2428 from 18th November 2019
I received my 2 seater and 3 seater covers after trying the 2 seater cover I found it too small after following the measurement guide which my husband and daughter checked was correct.
The money went out of our account £78 on the 19 November and the covers didn’t arrive until the 5th December!
You only have 30 days to return if not ok so I emailed them waited a couple or three days then emailed again.
But still no reply!
This is obviously a scam and I didn’t realise it was abroad when I ordered them as it was in GBP. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE on google it needs to be stopped!
We are pensioners and can ill afford to lose £78!

I returned my order #1554 to return address on package which was Y&G Unit 5 Trident Way UB2 5LF on 6/11/2019 uk Royal Mail tracking number NJ675702159GB which shows item was delivered and signed for on 8/11/2019
However I have not yet received refund from magicsofacover.com even though item was returned within 30 days of purchase unused and in original packaging.
