Magic Wand review: Your email 1

Why can't you just stick to the basics. My gosh. I can't even send an email to my own brother without responding to some kind of filtering device. Perhaps you should remember that not everyone wants to buy a new computer every year. I could care less about the most recent technology. I just want to conduct my normal day to day business and stay in touch with the people in my life without jumping through hoops to do it. It took me 30 minutes to send a copy of my resume to someone today. Is that really what email is all about? With all your education and marketing wisdom, why can't you figure out who your real threats are and make their lives difficult and just let the rest of us use your service. After a long day at work, the last thing I want to deal with is your ability to complicate my life. "Progress is the art of complicating simplicity." If it weren't so time consuming to change my address everywhere that I use it I would drop your service in a heart beat. It used to be a lot better, and that wasn't so very long ago. This is the first complaint I have ever posted on the internet. Shame on you for not thinking of all your customers before your own "progress". Tanya G.
