Madison Hill University is a diploma mill. They collected over 800$ from me as tuition fees and didn't deliver any education supervision or support. They promised online degrees and postgraduate research but these return empty with no deliverables. It is a scam organization and on top of that, they are still asking me for an additional 4500$ to complete my certification and paperwork.
Threatening phone call
I was a student from this Madison hills university and paid the amount of more than 6000 USD for certificate registration, various accreditation in 2014 now after three years yesterday again got the call from Ministry of higher education in Saudi Arabia and saying that your degree is not accredited regarding this need to pay again 4500 USD to get the Saudi council attestion.So now I have doubt whether this university is a real one or fake? And advise me how should I relive from this threatening call.

Unethical behaviour, layers, take money and do nothing
I asked for certificate they give me a certificate after sending 4600 US D they asked me for Registration after 3 years they asked me for 26500 US D and threaten me they take the money and do nothing, they are asking me for (18000 US D) and refused to answer my question about the previous (26500 US D) SO I ask you is this university Fraud

In Oct 2013 Samuel Richard of Madison Hills University collected advanced (50%) amount of Money 400 US$ for UAE legalized PhD degree after submission of all my experience and paper credentials. Till today he didn't delivered - I have all the documents in writing and on online chat. I shall be submitted them on further enquiry.

It sounds like the $800 was a deposit, towards the tuition. Not the full tuition. Go back to your contract and read all the details. $800 total for tuition would be very, very cheap. It's possible that you fell for a scam, but the easiest way to know for sure is to thoroughly read your contract's small print.
