I've purchased a hose from www.machinemart.co.uk and the one arrived was incorrect. Diameter was wrong, so it was useless to me. I contacted customer service and asked for an exchange. They agreed and asked me to send the incorrect one back. I did as they said and later they told me that I'll get my hose within few days.
One weeks passed and nothing arrived. I sent them an email asking about my order status and delivery date but they did not reply.
This is a deliberate ploy to mislead the customer
Machine Mart deliberately manipulate any negative product "Reviews" on their website.
In a nutshell, any product reviews will only have the ones that Machine Mart wish to post up on their website and not a true reflection of the product reviewed. This is a deliberate ploy to mislead the customer.
I left a review on a poor performing drill I purchased, yet they refuse to display it on there website.
Avoid them at all cost.

Be VERY CAREFUL what you buy from this company. I was given the wrong items and they refused a refund (even though the items were boxed and unused). Instead they gave a credit note and wanted to take a 10% handling fee. I phoned head office and spoke to their store manager who were both extremely unhelpful. AVOID IF POSSIBLE!
machine mart customer service, like the clarke pressure washer i bought off them isnt fit for purpose. The machine has broken down seven times in the last 12months, yet they still refuse to give a refund.The attitude from them is tough, go away and stop bothering us. i would be interestd to know if anyone has had any similiar experiences.
