This is not a wig
I don't want this hair. I ordered a braided wig not braid pieces. I don't know how to sew this. I'm sending this back. I want my money back now. This is supposed to be a wig.
2 wigs paid for never received
I bought 2 wigs I seen it on Facebook so I order the wigs but never received them i order them on April 13 that's been about 7 months ago so I need for my money to be refunded or I need my wigs and I have been very patient with your team I been trying to call and call and call but never could get thru to no one so I just came across a this web page and seen that others was complaining also so I figure I should leave a comment about my situation bc times is hard people work hard for there money bc I know I do and don't have it just to give it away for free so plz refund me my money back I still have my receipt for when I order the wigs

Having sustained a head injury resulting in rapid loss of hair, I thought I'd get myself a wig to alleviate the indignity of sporting a horrible hairstyle caused by the hair loss. So when I saw luxyhairlady.com's ad on facebook and found wonderful selection of wigs, I jumped at the opportunity of availing myself one. Little did I know that they are nothing but scams!
Today I received my item and how soul-crashing it is. I received the most horrendous product, nothing like what they advertised. The inside netting that's thick can be seen through the hair due to the thin volume of hair. The hair itself is not 100% natural. They're synthetic. I am so disappointed. An insult to injury.
The Number to contact is unrecognisable. I have emailed Qandies Limited, their marketer, but no reply. I emailed Yi Zhang, whose name appeared on the card that came in the parcel with the wig. As I paid via paypal, I was able to check that payment was made to Mean Inc with email address [protected]@seumail.com.
NO replies from all email addresses. Please help.
I had a similar experience
I ordered 2 wigs because they looked amazing in their advertising! They took about 2 months to get here but I was so excited to open the package!… What I got was nothing like what I ordered! It was more like a cheap Halloween wig that you would get at Walmart! I was so disappointed.
So I emailed the company over and over. I got a few responses back from them, mainly is what that they were looking into it and like twice they asked pictures of the product, which I sent.
Here we are 4 months later and the last email that I received this morning was as follows….
