Buyers beware of this dealership. I purchased a 1999 Porsche 911 Carrera from these guys in November 2008. The price appeared to be the lowest around, the car seemed to be in good shape, and my salesman Ronny Bataineh seemed very friendly. Unfortunately, all of the service and smiles and customer service end once you sign your name on the dotted line. The finance manager, Chadi El-Madani charged me the Chicago sales tax (8.5%) when it should have been only 7.25% since I live in the suburbs. On a $23, 000 car, the difference amounts to roughly $300. What's even worse is that he paid the Illinois Department of Revenue the correct 7.25% sales tax, putting the difference in his own pocket - MAJOR TAX FRAUD. I have already contacted the Department of Revenue about this and am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Mr. El-Madani openly admitted the mistake on his part and told me several times that the difference in sales tax would be credited to my lender, which 3 months later, HAS NOT HAPPENED. Also, don't even bother trying to get a hold of anyone over the phone because they will have one of two excuses - (1) the individual is with a customer or (2) they are out of the "office." What is even more appalling is that there is an ongoing investigation against Luxury Motors by the Attorney General for money laundering, tax fraud, among other things. These guys are unable and unwilling to run a legitimate business. They have sold numerous vehicles with salvage or rebuilt titles without ever disclosing it to the consumer. They are notorious for withholding deposits from out-of-state buyers after Luxury Motors backs out of the deal. Numerous of hopeful customers have flown into Chicago to pick up the car they agreed to buy over the phone only to find out Luxury Motors had already sold the car to another person or were no longer willing to honor the agreed-upon price. They underwrite all sorts of hidden charges and cancellation clauses in their lease agreements, and some of the more reputable lenders even refuse to do business with Luxury Motors because of their mendacious reputation. Please take some honest advice and avoid this dealership at all costs. Behind the shiny paint, the free coffee, and the business-like attire of the salesmen are unworthy, unreliable, and misrepresented vehicles along with the fictitious warranties and service that allegedly follow. These guys make money by finding the most compromised and inexpensive vehicles at bulk auto auctions and passing them onto the unsuspecting consumer as top-notch luxury vehicles. It is no wonder why it is impossible to find a manufacturer certified vehicle in their inventory, much less one that comes with a bumper to bumper factory warranty. The only way these guys stay in business is by buying subprime vehicles and selling them at "discount" prices. Volume is the name of the game for this dealership, which explains the reason why they wan't nothing to do with the customer after the conclusion of the sale. Don't be naive people - the appealing price tag on their cars will amount to twice that much money over the course of unforeseen repairs due to the absence of regular maintenance on their vehicles. Times are tough and if you have the money to afford a high-end car, go to a reputable dealer that has lived up to their name over the years rather than a bunch of smooth talking swindlers who should be selling ties at Sears.

    I bought there my 2005 Lexus ls 3 years ago. I brought flayer from They did not want to sell it for the price. I paid over $800 more.They told me that they will wash it and Monday car will be ready for pick up. Monday car had over 150 miles more and cracked windshield(over $2000 damage).Good I noticed before I left dealership.They fixed it after my complain, but someone put extra mileage even I paid car in full on Friday. So they just drive your car over weekend.
