Dear Sir/Madam,

This is D K Pandey resident at Abu Dhabi, UAE (Emirates ID No- [protected]). On 13 July 2019 I have visited to LULU at Khalidiya mall, Abu Dhabi and purchased elbow support wear of cost 24 AED (my credit card transaction reference number is LULUHYPERMAKET KHALID DUBAI V4006930134015950000198.
And 15th July 2019 I have visited at LULU khalidiya mall again to return the elbow support wear, because it was short in length. Then the customer service of lulu they issued me a voucher of 24 AED (visiting time between 6 to 8 PM).
Then I moved to lulu hypermarket for buying vegetable and fruit at ground floor of khalidiya Mall and within 10 minutes my issued coupon was misplaced inside the lulu hypermarket.

I tried lot to find the voucher, but finally failed to get it.
I went to LULU customer service immediately and asked to provide my voucher of which you gave around 10 minutes before, but he denied to provide the any kind of voucher. Even I asked to customer service if you can block the generated voucher and regenerates then you provide me new voucher then he denied to provide any kind of support.
It was very disappointing to me for such a manner of customer support manger. Even I asked him to shared my last purchased details, but he was not ready to shown me again.
I made the complaint on customer feedback paper, but I am not sure he can look this complain as a series matter.
So may I ask you to please provide my voucher of 24 AED if somebody used illegal kindly share the detail of person who used my voucher, I will take very strict again .

It is completely wrong that I paid 24 AED and got nothing. Your early response will be highly appreciated. Below is my contact detail for any information regarding this.

I bought a sony home theatre DAVDZ350K on 08/02/2019. From this month i am getting blurred sound after playing it for 30 minutes. I took this device from Lulu Murabba, riyadh. Please advice how can i get it repaired as it is having 24 months warranty.

The device was ok in its initial months but failed to work from last month. The sound appears to be normal for about half an hour then it becomes blurred. when the surround mode is changed to multi or 2 channel or any other, again the sound becomes ok and after 10 minutes again becomes blurred. Ultimately after 1 hour all the sound becomes unaudible and bass shots up.
please resolve the issue.

We bought fish from lulu muharaq branch on 11 th of july(clams, mackarel and Anchovy)
Last friday cooked mackarell and it was not in a conditiob to eat. There was a smell(like a chemical)and we throwed it, and today when i cleaned the clams the same smell.As a customer for 7 years we are not expecting anything like this from lulu.

I bought one "nikai blender". ..at the time of shopping on staff from market was ready to check if the product is ok or not..they just saying it's under warranty if any problems..contact customer service..when I brought the product in home try to check it's not..
Really very nice customer service and product they sell. Which even didn't work a single time...

Yesterday i went to Lulu Al rai at 5:00 pm. and want to exchange my goods. almond and chocolate packet. costumer care ready to exchange my almond but reject to exchange chocolate packet. and reason is base less they said chocolate is melt. i put chocolate pack on my car dashboard temp out side is terrible. so this common. but there there behavior is very bad to me they treat me a criminal. costumer care people use bad language. they come as group. very bad service i don't know why management not take action on this stupid guys. (SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH)

I found one of the staff (Nepali staff) at the fish counter spitting into the fish cart in the store area.
Complained to manager and asked him to check the cctv to confirm the action. The manager checked the cctv footage and confirmed the same and he apologised to us, however we still find the same staff at the fish counter which is so disgusting. How sure are you that he does not repeat the same thing. Me and my friends have stopped shopping from lulu... Thanks to the prompt action to a customer complaint.

I went to yr newly opened supermarket at Tmn Shamelin this morning. I took 3 rolls of garbage bags as the price displayed was rm7.90/roll. I also took other items. At the cashier counter the price for the garbage bag has increased to rm8.50. I asked the cashier. He went to look at the displayed price shown at the rack. Yes..it was rm7.90. However a staff in charge said that the price has been increased to rm8.50. I asked him was rm7.90 a special offer price. If so why is it there is no offer date mentioned on the price tag. Normally if an item is on sale or special price then the offer date would be mentioned on the tag. There is none. So l presume that the item is not on sale.

After paying a lady supervisor came. I asked her about the price difference. She cannot give me an explanation as to why the price change was not done before the opening of the outlet. She then called a guy in red shirt. I guess he must be a more senior position. He too does not give me any explanation. Thus these 2 supposed to be senior staff walked away from the counter without a word of apology. Why do they behave in such a menner. Dont you think that they should at least offer an explanation or apologise to me on the price difference. Arent they given proper training on customer service and price dispute is a common thing. They should know how to handle the issue and not just walk away. To me they seem to be very arrogant!

such a terrible, we went to lulu hypermarket taman shamelin. & the staff at the exit gate was treating us so bad. I wonder how the management teach their staff to approach CUSTOMER rightly. We bought your goods but this is what we got? The worst part, he was talking bad about me with his mother tongue. What he not know is, I WAS CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD WHAT HE SAID.

We are a regular customer over the past several years and we prefer to buy the products of India in the Fruits & Veg section. This year the eagerly awaited mangoes were not upto your regular quality check that we have bought over the years hence we have not had any this from your stores. We bought a watermelon- India and i feel sick after consuming it. Not sure how these products passed the stringent rules here. Kindly rectify.

I recently purchased 65 inch Ikon smart tv from ma Zayed mall Mussafah and remote lost. I placed the order thru customer service of mazayed mall and keep calling IKOn service center but no response on my request. Staff simply disconnects the line . One staff simply said no stock available and doesn't know when stock will come. IKON is lulus own brand? And doesn't have stock of simple remote? All service center staff and mall staff are irresponsible and not providing support. Since this is your own brand I am not getting replacements anywhere. If my complaint not resolved in 24 hours I will be escalating this issue to social media about your IKON brand and raise case in DED.

CHIEF ACCTS SHOUTING OUT ALL THE TIME WHEN WE THREATENED TO COMPLAIN HO . HE COOLED DOWN, AND SAID THERE IS NO FUNDS IN LULU TODAY GE REQUESTED TO HO FOR FUNDS . ABD LAMENTED THE LOW AND POOR STAUS OFLULU . THERE IS NO FUND NO INCREMNTS STAFFS ARE LEAVING AND STARTED BUSING LULU 10 MONS . I buy a ikon tablet from lulu since I was going vacation next morning I didn't open and checked it. Once I reached home India, I opened the box and put on charging there is no screen appeared its not switches on no screen was coming I even send an email I got no reply from lulu. I took it for my kids they were very sad, its make me upset its almost ruined my vacation I'm sending you pics of product and bill .I was really shocked by this its happening in lulu. I want my money back

This was shouting of one of Merchandiser who was arranging some items in selling this manager shout because his pants or shirt was going up little bit maybe it will show his hips or back. I just complain why to shout the Merchandiser. Why you talk nicely to the people. Why he think he is the one give salary or food to this guy. Why he acting behavior like that? Lulu also give his salary, he is not the owner of lulu.?

It is with deep regret and surprising to experience a failure from what is deemed to be a well reputable hypermarket, where many of his staff starve to sell the products to customers, who unfortunately experience at a later stage and and find them selves stuck with defective product(s), which they have to incur the cost of repairing/ replacing, knowing that such customers have NOT misused in any shape the product and the defect is originally from the place of sale!

If your esteemed hypermarket is not willing and failing to give after sale support to its customer, please stop marketing and cracking customers heads with unnecessary offers and defective products.

On 24/03/2019, an ominous purchase, under Tax Invoice Ref No. [protected], for AED 1, 308.10 was made, which included a Karcher high pressure cleaner and a vacuum cleaner. After opening the vacuum cleaner product box, it was noticed that a plastic piece is BROKEN from the main machine and is lying in the product's plastic cover. As any customer, who thinks is holding a warranty from an esteemed company towards a product, the latter was taken and handed over to LULU (Wahda Mall Branch) customer service and after sale support team; And here the drama begins!

The item was surrendered on 17.05.2019 under Service Doc No. [protected].
Such memo stipulates that within 15 working days the customer will be contacted.
Surprisingly, after the elapse of such period, a shameful call is received stating that AED 100 must be paid to repair the product, which is defective from the shop. Refuse reply by the customer is made. A second similar lame call is received, which was similarly replied by a normal refuse to pay the AED 100, feedback.

On 13 June 2019, a message is received to collect the product. The innocent customer goes happily to collect the product, where he GETS SHOCKED AND SURPRISED that his product is still defective and the well esteemed hypermarket team are bargaining for AED 100 to repair the product.

ISN'T SHAMEFUL FOR A WELL ESTEEMED HYPERMARKET TO SELL A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TO ITS CUSTOMER AND THEN FAILS TO GIVE THE PROPER SUPPORT?

ISN'T SHAMEFUL FOR A WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A REPUTABLE HYPERMARKET TO BARGAIN IT'S CUSTOMERS FOR AED 100 TO FIX A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, WHICH HE SOLD IT TO THEM?

HOW WOULD IT BE SUITABLE FOR A BIG HYPERMARKET THAT A CUSTOMER'S COMPANY COLLEAGUES COUNTING TO ABOUT 25, 000 PERSONS HEAR THE ABOVE STORY ABOUT FAILURE?

I have complaint about your web store, I purchased food items and a walker for my baby on 05 june 2019 at 4.10 pm, but I didn't get any confirmation number and mail, only I got message from my bank as deducted the amount (an online transaction of aed 301.25 has been made through card 549305*9690 on 05/06/2019 at lulu hypermarket llc [protected].), I contact customer care and food items I get after 4 days, but walker I didnt get, its already 1 week now, very bad customer service, I never order anything from ur webstore anymore.

I'd like to complain about a security guard in your mall in Fujairah. I was sat down in one of the massage chairs you have distributed around the mall. I was not having a massage as I didn't have a any change on me. Your security guard insisted I move as the voice was saying to put change in. No one was waiting for the chairs and he cited there was too much noise from it despite it being in a shopping mall. Nowhere does it say you cannot sit down without having a massage as I have photos proving this

Just over one month ago I went into the lulu store to complain that my 50 inch song tv has a burnt in affect of tv channels once changed to a different channel (see attached photo). I have had the tv less than 2 years and it is still under warranty. Last week, I went to customer service again because no one had called me from Jumbo (the company that is meant to come and fix it within a few days). Finally, Jumbo rang me today and stated they only found out about this complaint yesterday. Jumbo says it is the fault of an Etisalat cable and it is the cable that needs to be replaced. This cannot be true and if it is then lulu should not be selling Sony televisions because Etisalat is the only provider for channels in the UAE. I have waited one month to find this out and my warranty is due to expire. Basically Jumbo is saying it is lulu's fault and vice versa. This needs to be resolved within the next few days as promised for over 1 month now. Please advise on my next step. Thank you.

Today 8th June 2019 by 4:30 PM we were in LULU for purchasing some stuff, thought to buy Dahi Barre with evening tea. we noticed flies and cockroaches with the pan where all sweets and Dahi Barre tray was placed. We bring the staff to the notice and they try to catch the cockroach with bare hands and i am sure he will prepared the food for next customer with the same hands, instead they should had removed the complete Tray and should had cleaned it for possibility of other insects down. The trainee staff already packed the stuff we asked for but because of the unhygienic conditions we returned it back.
though we did not purchase the item but its a question mark on the quality of eatables in a very dense populated area of Sharjah where children are residing and thousands of customers are purchasing grocery, who are mostly families.
if I noticed it again i will bring it to the notice of Food Authority along with evidence request to take required action and provide hygienic eatables.

I had very bad experience today from a billing customer at Lulu hypermarket Al nahda Sharjah. I bought 3 pairs of dress( churidar top 65 AED X 3 ) today 5 June 2019 at 10:15 pm. Just before pay, I ask billing staff to keep the dress in 3 different cover's but she said no, we cannot give more than 2 cover for this 3 items. So request explain her very politely, this is a gift for 3 people so I need it in 3 covers and it is necessary. Then she said we can't do that this is the limit of covers for 3 items very rudely. So I decided not to buy. And left without buying anything.

I never know Lulu hypermarket are so cheep to counting covers for their regular customers, better Lulu have to ask money if they don't want to give free cover.

Normally I am buying at least 1500 AED every month from Lulu grocery and other items. I experienced several times from Al nahda Lulu Sharjah like this.

I don't expect any changes from their attitude. So I personally decided to not to buy anything from Lulu again.

For management: This attitude is really shameful. You have to treat world good, otherwise world will find another place to shop. we customers are not much poor to not pay for your plastic cover.
