LuLu Hypermarket customer service

I had very bad experience today from a billing customer at Lulu hypermarket Al nahda Sharjah. I bought 3 pairs of dress( churidar top 65 AED X 3 ) today 5 June 2019 at 10:15 pm. Just before pay, I ask billing staff to keep the dress in 3 different cover's but she said no, we cannot give more than 2 cover for this 3 items. So request explain her very politely, this is a gift for 3 people so I need it in 3 covers and it is necessary. Then she said we can't do that this is the limit of covers for 3 items very rudely. So I decided not to buy. And left without buying anything.

I never know Lulu hypermarket are so cheep to counting covers for their regular customers, better Lulu have to ask money if they don't want to give free cover.

Normally I am buying at least 1500 AED every month from Lulu grocery and other items. I experienced several times from Al nahda Lulu Sharjah like this.

I don't expect any changes from their attitude. So I personally decided to not to buy anything from Lulu again.

For management: This attitude is really shameful. You have to treat world good, otherwise world will find another place to shop. we customers are not much poor to not pay for your plastic cover.

LuLu Hypermarket product complaint

Bought India gate basmati rice (5kg) from LULU MADINAT ZAYED - ABU DHABI on 29th May 2019.

After cooking the same found the item, not in consumable condition. something is wrong.

Checked with LULU in charge, they said since you don't have the India gate cover to return, we can't help it (You tell me one thing, who will keep rice open in a cover after opening. Normally I have seen people will put it in some container and threw away the cover and I did the same).

And also the behavior of LULU representative (yesterday -evening time) was not appreciatable.

Request you to check and revert.

Department:Fish Shop.

I am a regular customer of LULU al nabba since its opening day.
Every week i will come with my wife and kid for our weekly purchase and almost all of our items are being purchased from LULU.
I am sad to inform that today is my last day with LULU and hereafter i am not using LULU for my future purchases.

REASON:

Today, after my regular purchases, i went to the fish stall.since i have selected Sardine(relatively cheap compared to other fishes.) their behavior to me as well as my wife was terrible.(please remember i am purchasing for around 1000 AED per month from LULU.)
There was no crowd in the fish stall, then also they told my wife that they wont clean the fish(i think its because the fish is less priced compared to others.)The guy in the stall was not even bothered to talk to me since i was talking to him.I felt embarassed in front of another customers.

I then told this issue to the philippino lady sitting in the customer happiness centre and she came with me and introduced me to the fish stall supervisor who was a keralite.He told that they wont clean sardine and since i am complaining, asked me to wait for 30 plus minutes to clean it which i felt is not worth to wait for since there were only one more person waiting in the fish stall(there was no crowd at all.)
My question is
"Is this the way you taught to behave to your customers?
Fish prices includes the cleaning charges also right?
If you can't give value/satisfaction/respect to the customers who buys sardines or if
you think the people buys sardines as inferior then why you bother to sell
sardines?
Do i need to buy always Salmon / King fish or Hamour to get respect?"

LuLu Hypermarket icon wall mounted fan

Dear Madam/ Sir,
I have purchased 3 wall mounted fans of Icon brand last year May 2018, and purchased extended warranty for one of the fan as well. I regret to inform you that since my purchase of these fans, on average of almost 12 to 15 times I have visited your branch on all the 3 fans with issues of not working. My family is fed up with quality of these fans as everytime, it breaks down, it creates absolute pain and inconvenience to them. Unfortunately, no permanent solution has been found until today.

Numerous times for giving this fans to Lulu Hypermarket desk, I have visit to travel from my home at al warqaa to Karama and I am paying taxi fare of around aed 80/trip and by now it has already exceeded multifolds to the total purchase value of these fans. We (myself and my wife) are being always shrugged off by the complaint registrar employee at lulu hypermarket saying that he needs to check with the management for answers and still we are waiting for months together for the positive reply.

I have been in Dubai for more than 15 years, and have been ardent patron customer of Lulu since many years, I feel sad to say that the service quality has significantly deteriorated over the years. I hope this complaint reaches to the desk and ears of the top management to take necessary corrective and positive actions to keep up their good faith of services with their customer. I have already handed over again the 2 nos. of wall fans which are not working to Lulu staff today, who have again said the same old statement that he needs to check with the higher management.

Information on the item are as mentioned below:
1. Tax Invoice number: [protected] dated 1st May 2018 with extended warranty for 1 additional year.
2. Tax Invoice number: [protected] dated 19 May 2018.
3. Latest Service Memo 19396 dated 29 May 2019 for 2 no.s of wall mounted Ikon fans, handed over to Lulu Hypermarket Karama.

I hope Lulu is serious with their customer satisfaction and expect to be fair and reasonable in products and service delivery so as to keep up their image and reputation. Anticipating prompt and positive action to resolve the issue with the refund so that I could purchase fans of different brand.

LuLu Hypermarket al khazan roasted meat - expired from the inside

Bought the product Al Khazan sliced beef roast on 28/05/19 frm Arabian centre lulu but the product was completly spoiled from the inside irrespective of the valid expiry date on the lablel...This is totally unacceptable.. bng a regular customer of Lulu now i've lost the trust..and awaiting for a compensation for the inconvenience as i was planning to consume it for suhoor..

Dear Sir,

I have purchase the above items from your Lulu Hypermarket new branch in Dammam, Saudi Arabia on 23rd March 2019. It got complaint after using of nearly two months. I visited your Dammam shop and discussed with your Electronics manager Mr.Shakir, he was really ignorent to me and said " we have no warranty for this item". I requested him to give any service centre and he said there may be a service center in Rahmaniya Mall( its in Al-Khobar, nearly 35 KM away from my residence ). I searched that place and given this item, they said they are the service provide only for BOSS.

Kindly be informed that, i have spent 400SR from my pocket and within 2 months it got complaint and i am not getting any proper service or replacement and people in your department are really non supportive.

This is really unfair and i request you to provide much better service to get rid off from this difficulty.

If i am not getting any proper response, i don't mind this 400 SR but make sure nobody from my friends list and family members do not buy any items from Lulu.

I have purchase many items from Lulu, before also i faces some issues but that has been solved after sending the complaint.

I seek your assistance to do the needful in this matter with immediate effect and oblige.

LuLu Hypermarket food & snacks

Bought 02 spinach puff today (25 may 2019, 07 pm) from lulu hypermarket al warqa branch.At 8.30 pm one piece was shared by my daughter and cousin.After eating tey had some discomfort.
I opened and checked the second puff.The stuff inside was full of white fungus and foul smell.
Unfortunately one puff was already eaten by my family members.
The second puff was handed over to the customer service around 9pm as a proof.

Dear Lulu,

I was bought the London Dairy (Vanilla Flavored) on 18.05.2019, 11:07 AM from LULU Center, Abudhabi. (Behind Sun & Sand Sports). I can not check that time that Container Cap is Open / Close Condition because of the Container Cap freezed by ice & I kept the London Dairy Container in our Fridge & Found that Container was opened before I am purchasing while that day evening. After that I found, there is one Coupon code for Smart phone winning, I checked in the "London Dairy" website. That Code is already Used or is Invalid. May be that Promotion period is finished. Still I have a doubt how that container cap is opened. Your sales persons may opened that (I am thinking so). for that promotion of Winning smart phone.

You can take this as Complaint / my feedback / Suggestion.

LuLu Hypermarket lulu inko washing machine

I have bought this dilon washing machine and after 10 days I noticed that the inlet pipe was leaking and complaint about this regularly by visiting the Lulu hyper market in Ghubra Muscat. I have repeatedly visited the mall but no action taken for that. Only thing I heard is that the pipe is not available and they will call me back once it's available. I never received a call back. Now my washing machine is not working and making a uncomfortable sound since last month and no body at Lulu is answering my calls. The hypermarket is not very closed to where I stay so it's not possible for me to go there every now and then just to hear that they will call me back. Kindly take serious action on this and refund back my money.

LuLu Hypermarket one product was paid for but was not on my shopping bags

I came on 21 May to Lulu hyper market kewaitat AlAin & bought items but one item i paid for & found out its not on my shopping bag & when i came to them today 22 May they showed me the camera which was not clear & they insist it's with me though the camera was not clear at all, they simply said go home & check! If I didn't check at home first how come I will come & complain. I met the manager on duty who came after 15 to 30 minutes & all the time I'm dealing with the security man! LuLu Hypermarket cleaning service rejected at fish counter

Respect Lulu Managers,

On 20th May 2019 I have done a shopping of 704 Sar Approx. As at the fish counter of Lulu Khurais, riyadh i wanted to buy prawns but the agent (Mr. Manoj) at fish counter rejected to clean prawns, As i have availed this service same from LULU hara, Riyadh ; LULU Dubai; LULU sharjah.
After explaning this to agent at counter he directly rejected to clean prawns, As i am very old customer of lulu and i admire lulu service.

LuLu Hypermarket lulu security or the management

Incident Date: 19-May-2019 time around 2 pm

I and family recently started to live at Dubai Rashidya area and we were in pride and pleasure that new Lulu outlet is going to start at the area. But at the beginning we got a very bad experience from the Security staff that they not allowed to take trolley outside to my villa which is nearby the store. Once we are heading to my home with the purchased items in the trolley, the security man blocked us and asked to hand over my ID to release the trolley with condition that once I return the trolley, they will give back the ID.

This type of new rule we never experienced with any Lulu outlets at Dubai as we lived for years at Karama Dubai area and we were practicing the same to took the goods at home. Moreover I found two Lulu trollies near the Rashidiya metro station. So i thought it is also allowed to use the trolley to home is allowed at this out let also and so I purchased more items on that day. Me, my wife and three kids waiting outside below the sun in Ramadan time around 02 pm, security staff coming one by one but no excuse from them. Finally, we took all items in Hand and left with a bitter experience.

It give me and my family very bad view on Lulu security or the management who took such a decision.

Hope you understand our feelings and expecting a favor action on the subject.

LuLu Hypermarket al shifa honey

Dear respected sir,

Good day! This is to bring to your kind attention that in the in the month of march -2019 I purchased al shifa honey from lulu hyper market, khobar. When I started using the product I noticed that the product is sub standard and I bring this issue to the lulu hyper-market and complained to them about this issue. At first they refused to entertained my complaint but after arguing with the supervisor they offered me the credit voucher of 44.95 sr and told me to go away as we already gave you the credit voucher and close the issue. I told them I don't need your money I can buy 100 bottles of honey with my own money and I politely requested them that this issue should be noted down in complaint and in return they gave me customer feedback form which I fill and gave to them and as per them they told me somebody will call you from our end but nothing happened even after 02 weeks. Again I went to them stating the reasons for the follow up complaint they are saying al shifa people checked their products in all lulu hypermarkets about their product which they found after inspection is good but only the product which I purchased is having problems which they said they and as well as they cannot do anything beyond this point and they even tried to escape by saying it is not lulu brand. I refuted them and I told them I trust lulu that is the reason why I come over over here to purchase the product and both should be held accountable for this sub standard product which is not related to me and somebody has to take responsibility for this grave issue which is related to human health. Some supervisor rank holders telling me you buy this product in promotion that is the reason might be it is like this. I asked them if the product is in promo it is fake product or original product? Lulu did not take any action but they gave me credit voucher which I refused to redeem it and I told them to give suitable compensation regarding your product which could endanger my health related problems and the 100 % honey is turned out be 100 % sugar which raises serious concern about the quality of the product.

Furthermore last week i.e. One manager from al shifa has called me and told me to take the money and close the issue it is 100 % honey when I confronted him about the product he said it is crystal which is not possible at any case and I asked his name and he refused to reveal his identity as he was making an call from lulu khobar. When I told him I will take this issue to baladiya, he told me do whatever you want I dont care and disconnected the call. I demand stringent action against them and my request for compensation should also be considered.

Hence in this regard I request you sir to do the needful and what further actions can be taken in this regard. Attached are the pictures for your reference and I met 03 managers and 01 head manager but no results and they said the al shifa honey will provide me the lab test certificate but nothing has happened so far and now iam not sure whether the test report will be original / fake and my demand for compensation is not entertained which is my right to claim.

Indeed it is alarming, this kind of product is seriously threatened the heath of public consumer's especially who already bought and consumed it. This should be escalated to higher authorities Saudi Food & Drug Administration (SFDA) in the kingdom for corresponding action and for the victims to have compensation for the substandard product.

LuLu Hypermarket butchery section stealing meat on the name of cleaning and later sells it separately

I am so heart felt and irritated to see how your butchery section in al wahada mall lulu cuts small pieces of mutton in the name of cleaning, on an average they reduce the 1kg by 50grams and by the end of the day sell these small stolen pieces of mean and bones separately.
I hope this will be taken up by utmost priority.
Hope to hear from you soon, ignoring the message will make me believe that you didn't bother to take this matter serious .

LuLu Hypermarket I want to complain their promodizer in lulu old souk kuwait

Hi there i went to lulu hypermarket in old souk salmiya last night dated may 15 to buy fish en vegetables for dinner...but there is one promoter/promodizer of a certain product i think coffee under al rai if im not mistaken her name brenda.she was my room mate before in farwaniya for almost one year.everytime i went to lulu market we met each other but deadma coz we are not in good term.of course im a customer and she was on duty on that time and she was fighting with me with a loud voice and everybody starring on us.we exchange words but she called me that im a theft of her divider...execuse me i did not stole her divider it just only like skeleton divider and for that personal matter there is a right place for that to talk to...right? The point which i dont like is first it was personal matter, second she shouted me at the center of the crowed and called that im theft..3rd im a customer and she was on duty and there is policy between staff and customer.during that time i just passby near on here place inside hypermarket i just came from fish area going to vegetable area but she stop me and asked where is my divider you are a thef...is it nice for u to hear if u are on my side.i was shocked coz i never stole anything from my whole life despite id that thing given by othere friend..lastly she demoralized myself in front of other customer.i dont like her behavior fighting with inside lulu store she made scandal..which is not good to the eyed of every customer, and despite im suppose to buy more goods i stopped coz im angry with her and after a while i come back and look for any manager to take my complain of your promoter.kindly check the camera so u will see how she did it.im so disappointed with her i want to talk to any manager i want her to serve her punishment for demoralizing my dignity.i will come back to lulu every now and then until my complain being solve.thank u...the staff who will fight for customer is very bad image. She should be aware.i want immediate action for this u can contact me [protected].thank u.

LuLu Hypermarket lulu palakkadan matta rice

Hi,

I have bought 2 packets Lulu brand Palakkadan Matta 5 kgs each and it has oily brown color while we wash the rice with normal water, our hands will be sticky or oily red color.its all about chemical and it will affect our health or could lead to severe sick.we have 2 kids also.
Now we are using this after 3-4 times washing with hot water...Its redicules and what kind of rice you are providing in Dubai?I need immediate action and delivery the genuine matta rice.

LuLu Hypermarket cashier behaviour

Face very bad behaviour from cashier. lulu needs to work on their saudi cashiers. many of them behaving very badly to the customer.

When i ask one cashier ibrahim (Riyadh murabba branch) to remove one item from bill, he behaved crazy.

Most of your customers are from asian countries. they don't have any respect for others. Please work on this matter ASAP

This is to inform that we had purchase a new fridge (refer to the inv [protected] dt. 06-03-2019 attached ), from the day one we r facing problem with fridge lekage we trying to contact many times for service since once the service is done yet the problem is not solved.
