Lulu Hypermarket / LuLu Group Internationalgift voucher entry desk staff

Since a long time, I am one of the regular customers of LULU service in many ways such as shopping, money exchange. But most recently on 04 OCT 2019 around 4:30 PM I face some issues at Hidd branch in the gift offer registration desk, I have given two of my invoice first one they registered and got a confirmation message in my mobile another one which is numbered as "663650022022083720191004165213" to make registration along with my CPR but after some time the representative told me it also has been registered but did not any message then he advised me to approach customer service in the second floor where again I explained all the things to the concerned person at counter, they took my number and assured that we will contact you for clarification but until now nobody updated me about my concern escalated. I think it could be a typo error while he enters my numbers at the time of registration.
