This is to in form you that, yesterday on.08/05/2019 I given one complaint regarding prestige induction cooker at mutheena lulu ref: lulu service memo #. 33842. Prestige product I purchased 7 months before with "1 year replacement guarantee + 1 year extended service warranty but now 2 days over no replacement given against complaint item. Why their taking more times for replacement. This is not service period, I have one year replacement guarantee. Now ramadana month we have to prepare food we dont have other solutions for making cook. Kindly replace urgent basis.

Hi there,
I have been a customer for over 3yrs now, had a blind trust about the quality of all lulu product untill today, i found a big hair in my cookie which i almost swallowed, reali disappointed with this. LuLu Hypermarket ironing board

We bought an Ironing Board from the Lulu store behind Mall of the Emirates. This was about 4-5 weeks back.

However, one of the parts that locks/fixes the stand when you open it fix the height of the ironing board has broken. which means that we cannot operate the board any longer. This part was welded and has broken off.

the cost of the board was AED99 . I do not have have the invoice since we normally do not retain the document. It was charged to my credit card - Name - Mannu Bhatia or Anu Bhatia (my wife) and the last 4 digits of the master card charged would be 4231

LuLu Hypermarket delivery time

I would like to complain about the delivery time of the product I bought . We purchase a refrigerator at luku rak mall on April 29. Instructed the merchandiser to deliver the product on May 1 in the morning. He agreed on it.

I asked my friend to call the mall on April 30 and reinstructed them about the delivery time as I have work at night. They were calling me around 7:45 pm however I cannot answer because I am at work.

In the morning of May 1, my friend called again the mall about the delivery and they told my friend that delivery will be at night since I was not answering my call. This really upset me as how many calls should I do to make the instructions clear? I was very specific on my instructions on the day I purchase it, did another phone call the night before delivery and just because I wasn't able to answer the call because of work that madr you decide to put my delivery at night?!?

My day has been wasted. This is very inconvenient on my prt as my errands has to be put on hold because of this.

LuLu Hypermarket donuts and bill for eggs

Dear sir,
I purchased donots box from Lulu on 26th April. We gave it in the Tiffin for our kid in school and school teacher sent us a picture of donots with insect inside which my son was eating. This is not acceptable, Lulu should do proper quality check of items.
Another issue : in the advertisement it is mentioned egg price is 0.890 in place of 1.195 however in the bill they charged 1.195. this is not about money or item how many such item we should check the price if u charge incorrectly.my bill that day was 53 kwd.

LuLu Hypermarket I got charged for the product which I did not buy

Hi, i am akhil a resident of sharjah. I am a regular customers of lulu for morethan 10yrs but this is the first time i get bills for the item i have not brought. I have checked my items couple of times and i could not see the item which is billed on the invoice.
I was randomly checking an item price and i got noticed that a fruit price of 26.80aed which i got surprisingly paid extra at the counter. Since i have 50items i didnt notice at the time of paymet. This could be a punching mistake and you are requested to check and revert at the earliest.
I have attached here my bills for your perusal.

Lulu,
I bought a Quaker Oats at your Al Qusais branch which was infested with worms and insects . This is completely unacceptable. I have been buying from lulu for the past two years, Never had such incident. We had worms and flies flying all over the house once we opened the pack .

LuLu Hypermarket lulu dammam - sira mall - payment deduct two times for one invoice & not yet refunded

Dear Sir,

Greetings!

My family purchase LuLu Dammam Sira mall (TRN # [protected]) amounted SR. 242.70 dated 24-02-2019 using the credit card and in the counter it will deduct two times with the same invoice amount and when my family ask why you swipe the card two times then counter man replied offline showing and again he swipe the card because of that for one bill it will deduct two time same amount. Then we consulted in customer service they said within 24 hrs money will refund, still not yet credited the amount in my account and still we continually follow-up with customer service no any reply. We take the signature for submitting our documents from customer service (Mr. Hammed Mobile # [protected]) whenever we call he is not answer. Please look into and refund our money.

I have an important and sensitive topic to talk about and I hope you will receive all your attention, as you always do with the importance of the opinion of visitors and customers who come to your centers throughout the Sultanate.
On 3 April 2019
A woman came with a little girl to shop at the LuLu Shopping Center in the northern mabaillah district in the morning. She started shopping and took everything she needed and everything she liked at the center. All her purchases were more than 200 riyals...
During the women's shopping was the child's desire and curiosity in the touch and experience what comes to mind in the center is very large and urges her to increase her hobbies, eyeliner and she took the pen and try to play but the woman saw and try to stop her from playing with the pen, but to no avail convinced the girl to buy the pen and then stopped the girl The woman put the eyeliner pen in her bag to pay at the counter later. When she came to the counter to pay the bill for all purchases, she forgot to pay the eyeliner pen because it was in the bag she was carrying. When she came out, the eyeliner pen was discovered that she did not pay it through the machine.

The lulu Center management accused the customer of stealing the eyeliner pen and trying to blackmail her and diminish her respect as a big woman in an age and defaming her. The treatment of the security guard for women was very unfair and disrespectful to old women and indifferent only to appear as a policeman.

Is it reasonable that women buy more than 200 riyals and steal a pen as a solution that does not exceed one, two riyals?

The lulu Shopping Center is one of the well-known centers in the Sultanate. It does an unthinkable job of making a permanent customer or any customer mistake a "simple" line, such as a lack of respect and lack of appreciation and mistreatment from global management and a prestigious shopping center. What is incredible is that the customer buys and buys, As a solution that has been unfairly insulted and unjustified and does not require all of the shrewdness and noise in the subject.
After all that you mentioned to what happened to women, I wish to thank you and to give you strict procedures to the employees of that center and also to the security officer to be a lesson for all centers and so as not to underestimate the importance of services Pearl Shopping Centers in the Sultanate in general and this is the door of my love and interest to your services, Of citizens.
I also wish your esteemed administration to express your deep regret at what happened to women in such a way as to make them happy and tolerant of what happened to them, for example by rewarding them.

LuLu Hypermarket lg led tv delivered is defective and staff not accepting return after 2 day of delivery

Bought a 49 inch LED TV from lulu Al Khobar branch and noticed an irregular line on the screen after switching it on.
The line come and goes and Inhave made a video of the problem also.
I have visited the branch and showed the problem but they are saying the line is not visible right now so we cannot do anything.
I have made video of the problem which i am facing and I have paid full price for a new product then why am i being given a faulty device.
Also your staff used abusive language while discussing this issue which is not justifiable at all.
Need an immediate resolution to the problem as staff is not supportive at all.

LuLu Hypermarket bad attitude from two staffs (roastery section)

Actually I was confused which side is Yeast available so i asked one of your staff and he was so friendly and told me behind vegetable section roastery section and as per his information i went straight to roastery section and there two ladies staffs were present and when i asked her about yeast they both started laughing and one of the lady staff was trying to be so rude saying this is roastery section how come you come and ask yeast here.Thing i really felt bad was when they started laughing and later i told them i came here because one of your guided me to this area.This is my first time worst experience faced in Lulu.

LuLu Hypermarket ikon led smart tv-ik-e40dms

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring in your attention that we purchased Ikon Smart TV 6 Months back from your D Ring Road Outlet.

However, No one informed us while purchasing the Smart TV, that it has an Anriod Version of the is 4.4.4 ( which is currently outdated). Till Dec '18 we were fine with the verion as we were able to view the Web channels like Netflix and Amazon Prime etc. However now to run these Channels higher version of Anriod is required.

We have approached Lulu Store customer Service Several time and talked over Phone as to help us in upgrading the Version, but no response has been received till date. We were Given Number of Sr. Manager Mr. Shiril (Contact No: [protected]), we spoke to him and he promised to call back next day, its been a week now since then. No one has called us, when we tried to call this no. this is not reachable

The TV is currently under warranty and we need to get the Anriod version updated, as without that there is no Use of Smart TV.

Poor customer service from LULU Hypermarket Madinat Zayed Abu Dhabi. I have bought an HP Wireless keyboard & Mouse 200 S/N# Z3Q63AA. Just after a month from purchasing the keyboard last row isn't working well seems to press hard to type something. Today 24.3.2019 10:45 hrs I went there but they have given me 15 days time for repairs that is completely unjustified.

I bought a preethy's mixi on 17.03.2019. I just grinded coconut in it. But it didn't work well. So I came on 23.03.19 to exchange it. Then they said that they couldn't take it back. There is the provision to return it within 7 days. But they don't agreed with us. This was the most poor service I ever got experienced. When they give us the product, they are not checking weather there is any complaint in it. This will be my first and last purchase for home appliances from lulu. I purchase Note 8 darsit Lulu, after second I Am getting problem battery drained and during calling time too much hot, front camera hang and phone hang. Same time I visit darsit branch Lulu they observed and replace the phone. Same problem again came and I inform Phone counter supervisor . They replied me use this phone some more days may be phone software upgrading . But this problem came again and again I visit lulu darsit branch and show this phone to Lulu manager and they observed . They advised me to visit Samsung sarco branch. Sarco Samsung 1st time they upload software and return my phone to me. Same problem came after 3 days. I visit Samsung branch they observed my phone full day and after they give to me report front camera defective. I return this phone already lulu Darsit branch . Now I don't want to use this Note 8 phone, I want replacement of my phone. I don't want repair phone. Please take this issue serious . And sortout the problem.

Today I went there to return and they argue with me and told me that Lulu staff not forcing to come and buy the things

LuLu Hypermarket jaggery by vijay brand india

I bought 4 packets of jaggery of vijay brand(india) from lulu riyadh(murabba branch). When i cut it, i found a cockroach inside and its particles. Its so disgusting and the food provided was unhealthy and not checked properly. I save it yo show in the branch, when i will go there again.. but plz check the foods properly specially which are coming from outside.

My name is Harshad P. A., I have purchased one A/c from y mall today 15.03.2019. They have charged 42900.00 inr, I also checked webstore their price was 49999. The extra charge was deducted for gst as per the managers Haris word. But I have clarified online later this was cheating from his side. There was no extra tax on it. Now I have enquired him by phone. He made to remove the online price link from webstire. This is the second time I have this issue last time they delivered one defected cooler. Please conside this complaint and do the needful. I am attaching all the screen shots and bills. If you are not doing any proper action I have last option to file a case in consumer court.

LuLu Hypermarket shredded coconut

As a regular customer of Lulu, so far I was a satisfied fellow. But this time it's a thumbs down. Yesterday I bought 7 packets of shredded coconuts and I kept in freezer as I reached my room. Today morning I made "puttu" and the coconut parts in the "puttu" are really in red colour. Before they used to stick a note mentioning the date of packing and expiry. Homemaker like myself really rely on Lulu for food products and please don't break our trust.
