Cancelled order
We ordered and pay online for washing machines for two worth 2198sar. Im just trying to ask for the confirmation if uts cancelled already because we call and cancelled and they said okay we cancelled but when i give a call again still they did not. Its their mistake because of the timeframe they are giving to deliver the machines. Now i just need the refund of my money and its very hard to reach lulu customer service
Ikon Pedestal Fan
Hi,
I bought Ikon pedestal fan today from jeddah lulu hyper market near air port.
Once reached home and opened the packing, I found wings are broken.
I was not expecting this quality stuff and now it's difficult for me to take ride and go, change the fan.
Need replacement at home.

Laptop lenovo ideapad 5 (ryzen 5 5500u,8,512ssd)
I bought a laptop (Lenovo IdeaPad 5) from Lulu Hyper market Ras Al Khaimah branch Rak mall with in 2 weeks I noticed that is a defective product the laptop have a dead pixel, heating issues and trackpad unresponsive sometimes and I reported the issues with lulu branch and they ensure the complaints and told me to replace with new one before 16 day's and update procedure with in 5 days and no response from there side even after 2 weeks. and I called them for the update they told me they received back the product after service and not even resolve or repair the product and with that manufacturing defect. I trusted Lulu and there service that's why I am bought it laptop from there and they provide services unprofessional and dealing with customers with no respect and attitude like do what you can

Water dispenser
I have a lulu water dispenser which is still under warranty. It started to leak recently and I visited lulu customer care where I was asked to leave it for a week. After a week I collected it and the water dispenser is still leaking. When I called a guy from customer service, he agreed to send someone at residence to check the machine. I called him twice and he lied to me that someone will contact you and come and then ignored my messages

Rotten Fish
I had bought fish from Lulu near Stadium Metro Station Dubai on 15-03-2022. The expiry date is till 17-03-2022. This was marinated fish and we kept in the refrigerator. (Special price!)
Today we cooked it and it was all rotten, stinky and it made all the apartment smell like a garbage bin.
Delivery service, TV sold out mistake piece
I have paid for the washing machine on 12.03.2022 and they committed to delivery on Monday 14.03.2022 evening 7 pm. 9 pm I called shop and asked for delivery, they said before 10pm we will deliver and 10.08pm they called and infirmed me that we will deliver tomorrow evening. What kind of service is this I don't know it's just opp building of Lulu. I want to cancel this order without any compromise and need to take necessary action on it. Last week I bought one display piece TV and they said there is no any pbm but I couldn't fix in the wall cause there was missing one bold to fix but I couldn't mind about it I don't want disturb them so I just kept on the table but again they played like this for the delivery I totally dispointed about your service. Last week I bought fridge in nesto as they committed delivered on time and fixed it. Here with I have attached my washing machine bill and TV photo where the pbm for fixing in the wall. I request you to give service to fix TV in the wall and cancel my washing machine bill asap.
Selling spoiled food
Selling spoiled briyani in wtc lulu. We purchased from wtc lulu on 11 March at 9.30 n when we opened box at home by 10 pm it was fully spoiled. So horrible

I bought a AED 600 steam mop from you online nearly 4 weeks ago. It did not work. Dozens of contradictory emails and phone calls later, I had to waste my time and drop the faulty item at the "closest" Lulu. I was told it would take 7 days to either get it back or get a replacement. 7 days are up today and when I called and enquired, I was told it was 21 days - because that's what the T&Cs say. I am sure they also say you are to supply the customer with working goods in exchange for their money - or remedy the situation ASAP. So now you have my 600 dirhams, I don't have a steam mop and I have no idea whether I will see my money or my mop ever again. Highly unprofessional and very very poor customer service.

Bengali salesman counter no 3 didn't given my invoice and change back and he's doing same with others.time between 8:00pm to 8:30.

Lulu offer not applied - trolley for free juffair
Hi,
Today 01/03/2022.
I visited Lulu juffair branch, in which an offer "trolley for free" is ongoing. i.e. anything you buy in Lulu, if you are selected will be given for free.
The cashier has shown me that in his screen for my bill, "trolley for free" was getting reflected. Which means whatever I bought is for free and I don't need to pay. However, when he called his supervisor to recheck, she made me pay the bill without giving any reason.
The total amount was BD 33.
When an offer is ongoing, I had expected Lulu to adhere to it, instead of cheating like this.
Desired outcome: As per the offer and since I was clearly selected, I should have gotten the groceries items for free.

Today I buy Lulu Atta 5 kg, No 2 grade from Karama Lulu center (Dubai).
But the quality is not good, it contain above 50% Maida in the packet.
The Brand is atta, but they sold Maida.
I think this is your MD Mr. Yousuf Ali technique to cheat Customers.

Discount coupon not applied
Hi,
I did some shopping using LULU app.
I applied code BACK10, the code is applied correctly but the total amount and invoice is not showing the discounted Amount.
So, total bill was for 334.60 (including 10 aed delivery). The discount is of 20 aed which is not applied. Now my card is charged in full 334.60.
While checking out my order, I raised the issue on WhatsApp lulu customer support and Amruthesh adviced to enter card details and the discount will be applied on total. What a wrong advice he gave, my card was charged in full. He closed the chat without bothering to check if the issue is resolved.
I emailed customer support and they have changed my total amount to 344.60. They didn’t realize that I have screenshot of every page and I have invoice on email which says 334.60. How come the bill amount has changed? As per them the invoice will not show the discount but it shows delivery charge. What a sad state of support at lulu.
So now for 20 aed discount I am talking and chasing for last 2 days. It’s not about money but about ethics of a LULU brand. How many people are getting duped into believing that they got the discount but they didn’t.
I want to bring to notice of the senior management of how incompetent the lulu support staff is. They have no idea what the issue is and how to resolve it.
To my surprise without my consent they happily closed my ticket. My ticket number is [protected].

Today I have visited luluhyper, Ramli branch ,bahrain. I want to purchase Tanzania mutton 1.5 kg ,staff given me 1.615 kg. Ok I took. After cut I feel aftthe quantity is not enough so I asked that guy give me 500 gms more. Guy given me a small piece of mutton which I don't like .I asked them to give to give me from another part he was no agreed. And way of talking was very bad . Then I told him to call supervisor. Supervisor not came near and from far he reply rudely. I always going for purchase lulu ,Hidd branch . Hidd branch all staff is good behaviour and was expected every branch will be same but I disappointed at ramli mall branch. Please trained your staff.
Personal belonging lost in lulu electronic section (airpod pro right side)
Dear Sir,
I would like to notify you that I have lost my personnel belongings (AirPod pro right) in Al khobar Lulu electronic section first @10:30-10:49 P. M on 15/02/2022.
When I realized that I lost it I passed by Lulu at 4:15 A. M with the help of iPhone application “Find My” which showed in Lulu and updated same.
Requested customer service and staff to check in CCTV early morning at 8:30 A. M & evening at 9:00 P. M on 16/03/2022 but they not bothered to do it and advise if they found through staff they will notify.
I was expecting that they will at least review through CCTV to check.
If it is not of use, then why severs CCTV have installed.
I request you to advise your staff to at least consider such thing in future.
Food delivery
Delivered not all items which where charged, not refund. Customer service not responding. Lulu - thieves. If u face it, don’t ignore, report to police, other vice they will never improve, they are totally impudent already. In other countries service is working immediately, but Lulu in Khobar just shaming area
Product warranty- took long time for them to fix it
We went to Lulu Murraba last January 4, 2022 to fix out our Samsung Tab which is still on warranty order number [protected], since then our product was not yet fixed and it's more than a month already. We went there for several times but according to them it is still not returned to them or not yet even fixed. Are you really guys doing or fixing it? 🤔 Everytime we are coming to your section you always told us that you will follow it up but still mo update and you even told me to wait for the message and what the heck it's February 13 already.
Desired outcome: Pls do a follow up on my item. If you cannot fix it so pls return it back to me and I will let it be fixed outside from your store. And this is not the first time you are doing this to me.
Ikon 65 inch - problems with display and repairs

I had purchased a 65inch Ikon UHD from Lulu with additional 2 years extended warranty which ended during June 2021.
The TV display had dark corners when I purchased and I had requested someone to visit my place and he explained that these type of TV's are cheap and not Edge LED like Sony.
The TV cost was around AED2200/- and with the 2 years extended warranty it cost around AED2600+.
Now the TV display has two big dark horizontal strips running from top to middle. We asked someone from Lulu to visit us and was told that the cost TV Model is outdated and not in stock. Moreover the parts are not easily available. The part once made available would cost AED1500/- which is 70% of the cost of the TV. What sort of product does Lulu sell which does not have proper life nor costing. I can add a few hundred dirhams and buy a new TV. It is a shame that Lulu sells third class products with poor spare part availability and high cost. Why are you punishing us for buying a product from you. I purchased a Philips LED TV from Sharaf DG which is working in excellent condition even after 8 years. I need to reach to the Top Management to understand this high and unreasonable pricing of service of Lulu products.

Such a shame that i received carrots kept in the freezer when i ordered for fresh Indian carrots. If you have kept things on offer, we are still paying for it, not for free. Its an insult for us to receive scammed items for whatever price we pay. You are not a small chain, and can do better than this!
